We have eaten at PF Chang's many times over the years and it is usually one of our favorite restaurants. However, we had some issues when we ate there this last time. I had ordered an appetizer as my main entree, as I have done numerous times. I requested that my order arrive at the same time as the other three members of my party's entrees. Instead the waiter brought out my order very quickly - - and apologized for it - - and then said the other entrees would be arriving very soon. That was NOT the case! I was done eating before any one else got their food which was extremely awkward and unpleasant for me. (They insisted I eat so it would not get cold while they waited for their food.) On top of that, our waiter was not very present since he became busy with other patrons and I feel our service suffered. It was also very noisy as they seated a large party right next to us and we could barely hear our own conversations. All in all it was not a very pleasant dining experience.

We have over many years eaten at P F Changs. There were 4 of us and never have I had such a horrible meal. I doubt that we will be returning. Don't know what has happened to the food . Service was good.

father's day meal ... very busy , waitress over worked, pricey we frquently go to P F Chang for dinner . so maybe just understaffed day

Another great meal served to us by Kevin this time. This is one of our favorite places when we’re in the area. The lunch specials are priced well and the portion size is perfect for lunch. Highly recommend the spare ribs, both the BBQ pork & Northern dry rub, for an appetizer! You won’t be disappointed…they fall off the bone and both are seasoned well.

Although the food and service was excellent, table availability and food delivery were very poor. We had 7:00pm reservation and were finally seated at 7:45pm. We had to do a “hurry up” appetizer order as main entrees would take an hour. The dining room was extremely busy.
