P.F. Chang's - Town Square Las Vegas
Egg drop soup wasn’t edible tasted like it came from a tin can! Food had a chemical taste to it.. resembles Chinese food but doesn’t taste like Chinese food!
Our waiter was so nice he kept checking in on us and would keep us informed on the time it would take for our food to come out. He explained several times that the kitchen was running slightly behind due to Valentines Day. He was nice enough to give us complimentary soup to help with the wait time. Overall it was a nice experience. We will be coming back.
Great service - Gerome
The food was very good however we waited almost 35 minuets from our appetizer to entree. The waiter was very apologetic but considering we got there at 11:30 and it wasn’t crowded for a lunch seating leaving at 1:00 was a bit much. Good thing we have an understanding boss. Not a good choice if you are on a time schedule.
Had a reservation at 6pm and we were there on time, was seated and no one came to our table to offer water or tell us the server would be coming. We sat for quite awhile and no acknowledgment from anyone. My husband wanted to leave but I insisted we stay and asked the hostess if someone would be helping us...she said she would get the waitress. Finally Jerome came to our table and was our server, I know the lady server that WAS supposed to wait on us was nowhere to be found. Jerome’s service was outstanding and we only stayed because he was so professional and attentive. We normally go to the PF Chang’s in Henderson and always have a great experience...the Town Square location needs alittle more customer awareness. A brief “hello” and a busperson with water would have made the experience somewhat nicer.
Food is ok but portions were small.
Our service was great, people were friendly. It was opening time so it wasn’t busy yet but our server did take a little bit too long to come back and take our orders and also check to see if we needed refills. He was very friendly and took interest in why we were there which was very nice. Overall it was a great experience.
My first visit to the new location. It was all good, just as I expected.
Overall it was good, Better then the one at the GVR District. I will come back to this one.
A table next to the kitchen is not recommended. It was very noisy and the sounds and sights of the open kitchen was distracting. We had a reservation a week ahead of time and when asked to move to another table, they said it would be a 1/2 hour wait.
Great food, great service.
The Dynamite Shrimp are... dynamite.
I forgot to show my dining reward to the server :(
Our server, Jerome was fantastic; mature, friendly, attentive - but not overly so. He had an excellent knowledge of the menu allowing him to make great suggestions. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience, in large part to Jerome. Our future visits to PF Chang's will be to the Town Square location with a request to be seated in Jerome's section.
This is the worst restaurant we ve ever walked into the front door staff one lady in particular was rude obviously this is a new place cant find the right people to work
We have visited PF changs for many years in Las Vegas. This location had the worse fried rice ever— dry, tasteless and the sea bass was charred. The service was sub par and hostesses were very rude.
More like a fast food restaurant than a pf chang.
Beer served without a glass. No sauces for entree’s unless specifically asking for them.
Our reserved table wa a high top.
Extremely noisy. No ambiance
Food was pretty good but we’ve had better. Server was on his mark and we considered him excellent. Portions aren’t the biggest but tasty. Prices are what you’d expect for a little upscale Asian cuisine.
Great service and the food was good (as usual)
Always a great lunch spot!
A great addition to the line up at Town square
The food was good and innovative
The service was excellent
Geo did a good job
