Service was very poor , seemed like not enough wait staff. Environment overall was not what I expected from a PF Changs.

This is a great venue to go to for an early dinner before a show at Gammage! Good food, good service.

My friend and I were visiting from Canada and were sooo looking forward to our meal at PF Chang’s. To be honest, we were quite disappointed. We had a reservation and ended up waiting about 15 min, even though it wasn’t crazy busy. We had a table that seemed to have a sticky film on it, even after using my own alcohol wipe on it. Our service was good, the food was ok and quite reasonably priced. But, we saw one of the workers cleaning the table/chairs across from us and was using that same cloth to wipe the square plates that were set around the table. Gross!!! We are in the middle of a pandemic and just seeing that turned our dining experience to one of, ‘I don’t think we’ll be back’!! Sorry.

The hostess that seated us allowed to change tables. We wanted a booth.. The bartender was our waiter and did a fantastic job with our many requests. I would recommend a reservation. Happy Hour is no longer a part of PF Chang’s , but they still had many items at the Tempe location

Everything was kinda bad. :( -Appetizers (fried green beans & lettuce cups) took 30+ min to arrive. -The fried green beans arrived with the tempura completely fallen off. -Orange chicken arrived soupy and stringy. We sent tit back. -Mongolian Beef tasted like it may have had too much fish sauce. -Everything simply took so long. They told us the kitchen was backed up but the restaurant looked 50% capacity. It was all kinda gross. :(
