I was highly disappointed, haven’t been in almost a year or more. Wanted something I hadn’t had in a while. Mongolian chicken is 2550 a plate, and it came out cold or lukewarm after being so late at night. I never had expected it to be that cold the scallions in it were cold and thrown on top not even sautéed in it, like it normally is the lettuce wrap was lukewarm as well and I did not return it Being that, there was hardly anybody in the place should not have been cold. Then they sat someone next to our table that reached highly of weed that it was so much it made me sick for the rest of the evening by time I left I did not feel good at all, the whole restaurant was open and they put everybody in the same spots together knowing that these people smell that bad the bill in the end including Mongolian chicken, lettuce wrap, one hot tea and two desserts to go with $75 plus tip came out to around $90 And it was cold. Won’t be back anytime soon. Highly disappointed the time that we arrived was for 10 PM. They close at 11 not a great experience.

Waitress was wonderful. Food took so long to come out (Reservations for 6 , we left 20 to 9). Cold soup had to be replaced. Overall. No waiting , people nice food was tasty ( except for Shrimp too salty). This was a Saturday on the 4th of July weekend so maybe a reason for some issues (understaffed maybe). We always return to try again.

The food was disgusting. This used to be such a great restaurant. They even messed up my friend’s fried rice twice to the point where she said I’ll just go without rice. My dumplings came out cold. All of our meals tasted like cafeteria food. I paid over $200 for 3 people for food and drinks and highly regret it. One of the worst restaurants I’ve ever experienced and will NEVER eats here again. What a shame to see such a yummy place become so low quality. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! You think..how can they mess up sautéed veggies with rice…But they did. Stay away from this disgusting place!

Food is consistent and good. Service was not attentive and slow in a half full restaurant. Now the check out on the customer. Qr Reader and you enter your digits. Was kind of a letdown. Again, food was good.

Sat for 20 minutes before a server came to our table. Ended up with server from another section took care of us. He was very nice but obviously frazzled. We asked if they were short staffed but he says it’s always like that. Overall food was good but would not eat there again.

The waitress took forever to bring us the food, the food was cold the entree that I order (dynamite shrimp) looks like it was missing shrimps very poor dish. The waitress was nothing friendly and always on a rush. It was a special ocasion and I put it on this app and nothing happened. Definitely not coming back.

We came for a last minute Mother’s Day stop. We were not disappointed! The service was great- food and drink were delicious. The only thing that prevented me from 5 stars was the greasy fried calamari which we did send back. Otherwise we orders chicken, tofu, and steak. We will be coming back!

We came here for Mothers Day and it went great. The Host (maybe manager?) left a nice Mother’s Day card on the table for the ladies. Our server was amazing - forgot his name (maybe Daniel?) but he was attentive and gave us great service! Not to mention the food was better than I remembered it from the last time I had it years ago. We can’t wait to come back, thanks PF Changs!

Error upon check in. Waited 30 mins to get to table. Walking were seated before us. Washroom was disgusting Ordered food and stayed now we are in a hurry. Food was slow to come out. Very disappointing

Food was ok along with the service. The bathrooms were disgusting. Bathrooms were smelly and the floors (men’s and women’s) were sticky. No excuse for that sorry.

6:00pm was our reservation. We were approached by waitress 10 minutes later. Out of the tea we wanted. Ordered soft drinks which came pretty quick. Ordered apps and dinner at that time. It took 1 1/2 hours for food to come. People were going up to server station complaining and we witnessed Manager go to complaining tables who were all waiting very long for food after ordering. Our server told us they were short staffed in kitchen. People were walking out after servers did not approach them after 15 minutes. We watched the take out customers waiting forever for orders and complaining to staff. It was Easter Sunday evening. This was unacceptable for a restaurant of your caliber. It is my wife's favorite. It was a disaster of an evening for many customers. This restaurant should have told people that the wait was going to be very long and not seat walk ins. Seating should have been limited to what kitchen staff could handle. Instead the manager didn't take any action in limiting seating. The place was a disaster. Won't be going to back for a long time if we go at all.

The food was amazing , much much better than Boca We had a little incident , when waiter brought our drinks one was spilled and my husband saw it coming so he was not drenched in tequila 🤣it was all good not her fault at all , she felt awful and we made her feel that it was fine and accidents happen , she eventually brought his drink after all was cleaned up and did not charge us for that drink

Ordered the Mongolian beef and literally was served 10 small pieces of beef … this entree looked ridiculous never will be back again … the appetizer had more food then the entree for less price 🙄

There was no hot tea. Person who makes it did not come to work. California roll was inedible. It smelled like a dirty dish rag and rice was wet. Was taken off the bill without question. Wonton soup was greasy and wontons were hard. I did not like beef and broccoli. Sesame chicken, shrimp fried rice and shrimp and lobster sauce was okay. Prices too high for the value. $13 for a california roll? Maybe it was just the one in sunrise but I will never throw my money away by eating in another pf chang.

Service was so slow - took 1.5 hours to get our meal. After ordering we were told that two of the five dishes we ordered were no longer available. The restaurant comped us a dessert but then 1.5 hours later still hadn’t brought it so we had to get it to go, which made for 2 very disappointed children.

El peor servicio que hemos tenido en un P.F. chang's!! El personal sin interés por ayudar, tardaron más de una hora en traer los alimentos. Una pésima actitud del personal ( a todos los niveles) y la ineficientes es clara. No volvería nunca más a este restaurant., no tienen una actitud de servicio y arrepentida estoy al sugerir reservar en este lugar.

Very busy because it was the day after Christmas. Our sever was excellent. The food was not up to standard as expected. Pasta was dry and the Mongolian beef was overcooked and also dry.

I scheduled our reservation, my mom went to check-in she stated that the hostess was not pleasant upon her arrival. The hostess stated that she couldn’t find our reservation however once I arrived it appeared that she was able to locate my name. Katlynn or Kaylynn was not attentive enough, it appeared that she was in a bit of a rush when taking our order. Our bowl of soup was just enough for 2 (stated that it feed up to 6), she gave us an excuse about the bowl size. We never received our green beans she never check on us to make sure everything was going well. However observed another server by the name of Tammy who appeared to be give excellent service… At any case the table were in disarray and the the restaurant appeared to be understaffed. I’m a PFChang rewards member, so I will be returning hopefully to better service.
