For the 2nd time in a row. I asked for a booth and never got it. You would think they can reserve it with a sign. When I got there all of there booths were taken. I made not use Open Table for PF Chang going forward.

Went here primarily because of gluten free food options which are not easy to find with many Asian cuisines. Food quality surprised. Service was a team rather than one individual and was good/friendly even though the bar was slow. Appreciated its attention to food allergy issues. Interior design was a little over the top. Food portions, presentation, and pricing all good.

I go there quite often. On Mother's Day, however, my wife was finished with her food before my kids received theirs. Perhaps, they were overburdened because of the holiday.

It was busy and Mother's Day! Our server was really great! The food was great and I appreciated the chef accommodating my dietary needs. Our server first confirmed if cooks could prepare it properly. It was great! The only issue is that my meal took a very long time. By the time it arrived at table, y husband and mom were almost done with their meals. I asked them not to wait as their meals would've been cold. Without us requesting it, our waiter apologized and remove my meal from the bill to our surprise! That was above and beyond. Thanks to our wonderful waiter and thanks again tot eh chef who prepared my meal. While it took a while, our waiter was great and overall experience was great! Thanks PF Cjangs!

Friday afternoon business lunch and it wasn't an encouraging start as the restaurant was almost empty with no life upon arrival. Our orders went in smoothly and the food came out in time. Everyone liked their meals as we all went with the lunch special - 3 items. There wasn't anything exceptional but the food was tasty, portion size was good and the server pleasant. Be aware that Open Table reservations may not work - I was told that the system didn't "talk" to the restaurant so I made a phone reservation as well. The review request came 3 days after dining later so I believe that there is a problem as this typically comes the next day. As a destination it appears to be a good place for a quiet lunch as the bustle that I've previously seen at PF Chang's seems to be missing here. It isn't real Chinese food but good for what it is and we were all satisfied.

Kinda forgot about this place located near by home. The service was great and the foods was tasty. Good mid-week dinner option to avoid the weekend crowds.

Haven’t been there in a long time and overall impressions are lower. Not as special ac I remember and facilities were a bit worn and old. Service was excellent and food we good, but was disappointed that lettuce wraps were served with Romaine instead of Iceberg lettuce as represented in menu and website photos. So okay but not as special of a place as I remember.

It had been over 8 years since coming to this particular P. F. Chang's, mainly because back then (2016), they did not take reservations. Now that they are on Open Table, they will be added to our list of favorite "celebration" restaurants. For a busy holiday (New Year's Eve), service was excellent.
