P.F. Chang's - Spokane
Food we ordered was fabulous. Only issue was the extraordinary amount of noise.
We love PF Chang's in Spokane. The food and drinks were excellent along with he friendly service.
There was mixup with our reservation and our table ended being taken by a different group. After explaining to the hostess the situation that I observed unfolding, a different table was prepared for our party of 10 and we were seated about 20 minutes late. Hopefully a lesson to be learned about calling out parties by their first name. Aside from the mixup at the beginning, our experience was pretty good. Our server was great and the food was awesome.
Unfortunately, even with a reservation we didn't get seated until 20 minutes after the reservation. We ordered an appetizer, drinks and our meal, but only hot our drinks. Since we had an event to get to and the meal was taking a long time we had to leave before ever getting our food.
I would suggest if there's an event going on downtown that you make your reservation time 2 hours or more before your event or you probably won't get to eat.
I like this place, I don't get to go too often and this was a disappointing experience.
Great atmosphere. Menu is really big...I am low carb focused, so beef and broccoli option works great.
The Kung Lao chicken was very dry and hard to eat. It was busy so service was average
We always go New Years Eve. We made reservations but had to wait about 20 more minutes. When we were seated we had to wait another hour for our food due to the high volume of people. Last year we went at the same time and there were no issues. Food was great!! I would still go next year!!
Went to P F Changs to celebrate the 77th birthday of a dear friend. He had his heart set on sweat and sour pork, but didn't see it on the menu. The server stated it could be made for him, which the cook did! Made our friends day extra special. Thank you for the wonderful service and meal. We all enjoyed our wonderful lunch!
The service, food & drinks were very good and we will defiantly return.
I had indicated in the reservation that the occasion was to celebrate a birthday. There was no acknowledgement of this when greeted by the host. The staff was rather lackluster in their attitude towards guests. It was not a busy night, with plenty of staff and yet service was very slow. The only redeeming aspect of the entire evening was that the food was good.
Had a great late-night meal after the theater. Always a hit with my family.
P.F. Chang’s is our family favorite in Spokane. They have a fantastic gluten free menu, and we have never been disappointed in the food or the service.
Our sweet Asian waitress was very friendly, efficient, and eager to make our experience a good one. Food is always good.
We had a great server! It was nice to go to a restaurant able to accommodate 6 of us. The food was decent but the best part was the service.
Good Food and nice atmosphere! The service was really good as well. This is really expensive for rice and meat though. Very over priced. We used to eat at PF Changs alot, but some of the menu items have increased in price by $10 or more in the past couple of years! I like PF Changs, but I dont like it that much!
Great as usual. Server was a little slow. Food made up for it.
We celebrated our 10th anniversary here! The shrimp pad Thai and Kung Pao was delicious. Brandon, our server, took great care of us...attentive but not annoying. Such a fun evening!
We love PF Changs. We used the online app to reserve a table, received a confirmation, but the restaurant had no record of it. We had a limited amount of time because we had to pick up some folks at the airport. They were great about finding us a table and we had a great meal and wonderful service.
We have dined at PF Chang's many times in other cities and always enjoyed it, but the quality of the food was nowhere near what we normally enjoy. Very disappointed with every dish we ordered.
Food was awesome
We are regular diners at Chang’s but always for dinner. This was a luncheon visit and we were very pleased. We started with egg roll...delicious! Entrees were bowls, a new concept. DH chose Mongolian Beef with fried rice. Mine tempura shrimp and vegetables with fried rice. Both satisfying and delicious.
