P.F. Chang's - Sherman Oaks
Below average dining experience.
Food wasn’t great
Food was delicious and the service was great we went for a lunch birthday celebration and the restaurant was nice and quite with not to many people
Our open table reservation helped so much when we arrived to check in. Huge crowd of people wanting tables we notified them that we had a reservation, they asked “open table “? We said yes and we’re seated immediately. Service, drink, food all perfect and always the reason we keep coming back to P.F. Chang’s!!!
Pleasant waitress, there when needed but not intrusive.
We had a great dinner! The service was phenomenal, the food was delicious, and didn't sound as loud as usual.
The food was good, the service outstanding.
Service and wish trying accommodate my preferences were an A+. The food was mediocre. Overall, the place was fine and I would definitely go back. Having eaten at other PF Changs, the food here was inferior to others in their chain.
Always great and quick seating !
Everything was great except for the fact that our table was in the corner near the front entrance and it was FREEZING there. I think they need to put something to fill the gap between the waiting area and the table that is behind the wall.
Our server was GREAT!! Food is always delicious!!
Hostess would not let us check in inspire if having a reservation she said we would need to wait 45 minutes. We left without dining
PF Changs never fails to deliver. Great service and attention in the Sherman Oaks location on Saturday night. Terrific food and value. Join their rewards program and earn free entrees or get offers via email like free appetizers, etc. on specific days.
Our server Malka was excellent. And we always enjoy going to this location. Sorely miss the Beverly Center location.
The service was slow and the food compared to other times was not very good I.e the pot of soup was not hot thought after a long wait we were told that it was because they had to make it then and when we told the waiter that it barely had broth for 2 cups he said he could make some more and would hold off on the main courses, and as soon as he left they brought the main course.at least he took it off the bill.Disapointed it was a cold night and hot soup was something we were looking forward to.The salmon was a bit dry
We were there over 3 hours and we’re never rushed.
Our server was fantastic! Please, please, please open a PF Changs in Santa Clarita...we desperately need one!!!
The best service I've had there in a long time. Our waiter was the best
Peaceful and delicious!
Our Food was delivered to wrong table. Second go round 20 minutes later arrived cold & doughy.
Had to send flairs up to get service.
Didn’t want to go in first place but went cuz convenient to theatre...poor decision!!!
Year end holiday luncheon
The location was great and the service was wonderful!!! Our server, Griffin, was AMAZING!!!!
Great Mai Tai
Had reservation for 8 and the service was fantastic! Food was great.
Thank you for finally subscribing to Open Table!! Very easy to make a reservation.
Very conscious about our gluten free requests
Good lunch and great service
Maya was exceptional.
Good food but small portions. Friendly service but very busy on a Saturday night so server was covering many tables at once.
Always love PF Chang’s. On Fri-Sun they have the for 2 pre-fix. Great value.
I’ve had many meals at PF Chang’s but is is definitely not like it used to be.
We ordered an appetizer, soup and entrees. Our appetizer had barely arrived when the soup was delivered. I had not even had a spoonful of soup when the entrees arrived. I questioned this but the person who brought the food just proceeded to put the dishes on the already cluttered table. I wanted to send the entrees back but who knows what happens to the food when you do that ....
Then, during the meal, no one came by to get the empty soup bowls or remove unnecessary wine glasses.
The table was way too crowded, the entrees got cold while we worked on the appetizer and soup — so this was really not a very good dining experience.
I noticed the next table was not cleared up for at least a 1/2 hour after the customers left.
Upon leaving the restaurant, I asked if they were short staffed but the answer was no.
PF Chang’s is convenient after seeing a movie but we’re not likely to return any time soon.
They ran out of brown rice, it came to the table when we were all done.
We had to ask for table settings.
We had to ask for water then refills.
Food was good our server was excellent
Our food service was not very attentive to our table
I enjoyed the restaurant and my party enjoyed the food. I had the fried rice (vegetarian) with no eggs lacked a lot flavor. However, our waiter was very accommodating and got me every sauces that I asked for, he even accommodated my daughter that has various allergic reactions to food. The waiter would make me come back over and over again because of the outstanding service.
Worse PF Chang ever. Slow, rude and unprofessional serive. Dodd is bad. Manager dont even care about anything. Such lies about service. There is no words to explain.
This P. F. Chang's is a favorite of ours. We enjoyed a late lunch for four prior to seeing a movie at the ArchLight Theater. As it was mid-afternoon, the restaurant was not crowded, so we got the perfect table, excellent for conversation. We ordered different appetizers and entrees from the frequently changing menu, and none of us was disappointed. All the food was well prepared and beautifully presented. The restaurant had a fine beer selection, including popular IPA beers. The waitstaff was friendly, helpful, and professional. As always, we enjoyed ourselves. We will be back.
My only complaint is that I had asked for a booth if possible in the reservation and upon arriving at the restaurant was told my party would indeed get one. However 10 minutes later, the host appeared to have forgotten us. Once I reminded them we were seated immediately, but not at a booth. That said, once we were seated the service was excellent and the food tasty. Our drinks were refilled in a timely fashion, and the accommodating staff let my friends and I finish talking even once they’d begin closing cleanup for the night.
Our food was delicious, even though we waited so long for our entrees, the manager had to apologize personally. Our entrees were the smallest portions I ever seen the chain have. An I have visited a few others. The atmosphere, with the dim lighting was really nice. We made the reservation online, and was seated right away. But waited over 10 minutes before someone acknowledged us for anything. And over 30 minutes before our actual meal came. While others around us was getting their food. I did feel a bit embarrassed for us at one point. This was the only location we've this experience.
It's always great. My hokkien noodles weren't that good this time but the waiter was wonderful.
