   The server and the service was the highlight of the visit. Food was tasty but Luke warm, it was very busy and portions seem to have become smaller. The interaction and personality of the server made it a great lunch 😄

   The food was good, and our server was good, but it was so overbooked last Saturday night and really ruined our evening. When we arrived, we were told they were running 15 minutes behind the reservation time. Okay. After 30 minutes, I asked what was going on, and was told no one was leaving. Weird. We finally got seated 50 minutes after our reservation time. You can't do that - be honest and manage your customers' expectations. Then when our server came to the table, he said entrees were taking 65 minutes, so we should order as soon as possible. When we asked what was going on, he said they were slammed with online and carryout orders. I guess that's why people weren't leaving - they were waiting for their food. Unacceptable. Serve the people who are in your restaurant. Our booth was a bit dirty and the fixture above the table was coated in dust. Not a single apology for any of it.

   Made reservations on open table for 7:30. Got several texts confirming reservation. At 8:20 still standing in lobby with no clear indication of when we would be seated. Left 8:22 and went to neighboring restaurant. Maybe an off night for P.F. Chang’s but will never be going there again.

   Place was empty on a Wednesday. Bartender was our waiter, which he was a good guy in all. Just wasn’t the experience I thought I’d be getting.

   If two people at a table both upgrade and order a fried rice with their meal they should have their own servings at $5 a piece. Not have to share one bowl hoping to equally eat it. Didn’t like that at all.

   Thank you for attending us so well. I went on a double date with some close friends during dinner time who had never been to P.F. Chang's and we truly enjoyed the experience. From our server, to our dishes. Highly would recommend. The oolong tea we requested was so delicious and we enjoyed the kung pao chicken and shrimp served with fried and brown rice. It was all so delicious. Thank you for making our experience so worth it!

    Server was very pleasant and attentive. I ordered Mido Salmon and didn’t want the rice. They made it with side of broccoli and spinach. It was outstanding. I took half of it home and enjoyed another meal.

    Kind of smashed into a tight spot at a table very close to several others, when there were more open areas available. No more pork potstickers was disappointing (now just chicken or veggie). Service slow, but entrees tasty. Feel like the portions are getting smaller. Overall just an ok visit. Getting tired of not getting a booth when we eat there. Doesn’t feel special at the tables. Just cold and almost cafeteria style.

    My wife and I used to love this restaurant and the food. But this time, it was too greasy and salty. Our server was excellent, but it took over 40 minutes for our food to be served.

    Upon arrival, our reservation was nowhere to be found. We were told that they were running behind when there were at least 5-8 tables open. Front host wasn’t very pleasant and manager seems discombobulated. We had 7:45 pm reservations- we sat down at 8:15 pm only because I flagged down the manger to finally sit us. The host didn’t seemed bothered to get us in- we had children with us and she wasn’t phased by it. Server was super nice and pleasant. Food was less than mediocre. PF Chang’s has been one our favorites for years (great food- great service), but we haven’t returned since at least 10 years. We decided to go back again and this was our experience- horrible. Unfortunately, this was our last time eating at this restaurant, ever again. :(

    They didn’t make what I ordered that they say they would make. The table was all full of water from the last person cleaning the table. Table sticky. Service and food has dropped.

    Half the restraunt is open and wait times are horrible due to the lack of staff. Once in our service was very good, but they need to get back to pre-covid operations.

    Dianna was a great waitress, made excellent suggestions for drinks(especially the Japanese whiskey, I think called Suntory.) Sushi was very good and the Lettuce wrap appetizer was more than enough for the wife as her dinner. Will go back again!

    We had a reservation on open table but when we got there- they didn’t have a record of it. We showed the host our confirmation and he told us he sometimes doesn’t get the Rez from open table. He took my name down. We waited 30 minutes and watched as they seated people who just came in prior to us. I asked about my name. He said those people had a reservation and were being seated. He asked me for my name the 3 times I went up to ask about how much longer to wait. We finally just left. Awful customer service. Why bother having open table if it doesn’t work?

    Staffing and customer service continues to be a real issue at this restaurant. I booked reservation on OpenTable and was then told by restaurant that they cant always see them and it is best if I call and confirm. Sounds like a you problem and not a me problem. Manager couldn't care less about the service as I waited 1.5 hours for my food and I was only one person. When it came the order was wrong and was forced to eat as the kitchen was "backed up" and would take time to remake. I would really avoid this restaurant until they get their act together. Very sad.

    The waitress did a super job! She gave us plenty of time to decide on drinks, main dishes and dessert. She overheard our conversation that we were celebrating a birthday and came out with the big sparkler in our desserts. However, the two men at the reception desk seemed overwhelmed and a bit confused. Even though we had a reservation, they asked us to come back in 10 minutes while they took care of people in front of us. I don't think I have ever been asked that before. It was pouring rain outside so we couldn't go out there to wait. The mall was closing but still open enough that we could wander the upper level for a few minutes. When we returned, they sat us at our table but the place was filling up, more than with just those who had been waiting ahead of us when we first arrived. I found that a bit annoying.

    Service was absolutely horrible. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food. Which then came out incorrect and were forced to eat because we couldn’t wait another hour. Very disappointing to say the least. Management their is unsympathetic and said they have no control over lack of staffing.

    Wow! I'm not sure if Dustin, our waiter, made the whole experience at PF Chang's much more awesome, but we loved every minute we were there. I had asked him, if what we ordered was too much and he said, it seemed perfect for the amount of people. It was not too little and not too much. His recommendations were spot on. He'd come to the table to check on us. Refilled our drinks, with fresh ice (that's important).. I hate being served watered down drinks. Drinks were perfectly cold. Especially, on such a warm day. I had also ordered a Pellegrino and he poured it for me, like a glass of wine. I think most restaurants just leave it there for you to do. I think that might be the standard. Such a kind gentlemen. Top notch service there. Asked us, how our food was from the appetizers, all the way to our entrees. He went to go pour me another dose of Pellegrino, since my glass was empty and I still had more Pellegrino..see what I mean? Top notch service. The tables around me, seemed to be getting the same great service from Dustin. He was busy, but full attention to every table he had. We had a little left over and he prepared our take out containers and bagged it for us. While food cost, was a little on the high side, when you come to such a beautiful decorated place and get the service that we received, you almost don't care about that. Our waiter is a keeper and hope all of them follow that same attentiveness. Customers want that experience! It makes it so special and we definitely will be back. Thank you Dustin and PF Chang's in Schaumburg for everything! A++!

    This place used to be one of my favorite places. But now it is so bad. First we were “welcomed” by a guy who was very rude. He told us we couldn’t sit outside because they only had two waiters (on a Sunday when before you couldn’t get a table at all without reservations). Then we were told we could only order lemonade or pink lemonade as drinks because they didn’t have a bartender. The waitress was slow and rude also. The place was EMPTY is not like she had many people to serve. The food was over cooked and had no taste. And to top thinks off, the waitress brought us the wrong bill and told us that by mistake she gave ours to another table and they paid it, so we had to pay theirs. She said it was around the same amount and there was no way to fix it since the other table already paid our bill. Such a horrible experience. I will never go back there.

    Since using Open Table to do the reservation we were seated near the bar with the bartender as the server. Meat was a little overcooked and the service was average but obvious that the waitress didn't see tables as her primary responsibility over the bar.
