P.F. Chang's - Santa Monica
It was good as always.
Great server, RJ or LJ?
Always reliable- good food and service. Love the Mai Tai!
Unfortunately, the food was sub par in relation to the price of the food. It took over 20 minutes to get a glass of wine from the server. I have recently gone to the Torrance and Anaheim location and the food and service was excellent. I will not be returning to the Santa Monica location.
Everyone was very friendly and professional.
Thank you for doing a great job. We appreciated the personal service.
Everything was pretty good. We will come back.
We were seated a little before our 6PM reservation, which was very nice! The restaurant was not busy and we were greeted by our server a few short minutes after being seated.
I gave the overall experience 4-stars because our server took longer than usual to bring us our beverages and appetizers. We waited almost 20 minutes for our drinks alone and then the appetizers followed. I am not sure what the delay was considering (as I stated earlier) the restaurant was not busy and there were several tables open. She wasn’t very attentive once our meals arrived; she didn’t bother asking if we needed another beverage although my glass sat empty.
The food was delicious (as usual) and we made the best our rainy Saturday night.
Always a great deal here and excellent service too.
The waiter was very patient with us, helpful and professional. I liked my Pad Thai and the Strawberry Cucumber Lemonade. The Brussels sprouts were too spicy for me. But I definitely recommend this place for lunch and dinner.
I always have a good experience here.
Our party arrived a little late, but seated us right away. No server came to provide set ups or water. A few minutes later a table of 6 next to us got up and left saying that they had a 6:45 reservation, had ordered and had not received their order. It was now 8:00. We ask some people at the next table, they had been there since 6:00. They had not received their order. It was Christmas Eve. The lines and crowd for take out were very long. We got up and left after hearing about all this. We went to a Mexican restaurant down the street where it was very pleasant, not crowded and service was great.
Overbooked & understaffed. We had a 7:15 reservation and we're seated at 7:45 only because I insisted on sitting at a table that had been cleaned off but not reset. When the waitress finally took our order she said to order everything we wanted with our drink order because the kitchen was way backed up. When we got the first item 30 min later, we still had no place settings. Our poor waitress was very sweet and gave us 30 dollars off our bill which we gave back to her in tip. When we left , the restaurant had been closed for an hour and people were still waiting for take out orders that had been called in 2 hours eArlier.
Christmas Eve. Knowing a likely high demand for both walk-in and take out, the restaurant was woefully unprepared for the onslaught of diners. We had a reservation at 7:00 and while we actually sat down at about 7:10, we did not get our good until after 9:00 and only saw our server twice. We finally had to get up and roam around the restaurant to find water to re-fill our glasses. We love PF Chang. But we hated our Christmas Eve experience in Santa Monica. That said, the food was good.
We waited one and a half hours after our lettuce wrap. No food being served to anyone, just filling phone orders.
We paid for the wrap and left.
Poorly run and disorganized .
Waited 30 minutes even though we had a reservation. First were seated at a table that was too small for us. Waited 2 hours and still didn’t get food we ordered other than two appetizer. They served us two dishes to “tie us over” as we waited for the food we actually order. We ended up leaving 2 hours and 15 minutes after arriving/ordering without getting our food. Horrible experience!
We dined Christmas Eve - the kitchen and staff were overextended and service was galatial. Our entrees arrived over an hour after we ordered. Our appetizers followed another 15 minutes later. If not for our waiter, who remained professional and pleasant throughout our experience, our ratings would have been lower. P.F. Chang's must accommodate unusually high demand with appropriate staffing - not shift this burden onto its customers.
Waited 1 hour 15 minutes to get our food. They apparently (told quietly) that they serve take out orders first. Liked the food though.
We love their tasty freshly made dishes. Great variety.
We loved everything about this restaurant .
Food and service were amazing !
The restaurant was 1/2 empty on a weeknight and it too 15 minutes to seat us despite our reservation.
Our server was great.
Food was fine, nothing worth repeating, not plated in a particularly compelling way.
Food was good a bit over priced for what you get but their dishes are really good. Great ambience for a date but also good to take kids too. Love that it’s versatile. Our service was excellent. Our sever Deshaun (not sure how to spell his name) was on point. He was on it and we loved his service which made the night. Will go back. Just wish the prices were a little more reasonable especially for noodles and chicken.
Soup came after main dishes. By the time we finished the soup, the main course dishes were cold.
Very pricey for the service.
Originally the restaurant could not locate the reservation I made 7 hours prior but eventually they found it. Overall great food and service.
I love the Thousand Oaks location but something about this location seemed run downed and dirty. The food was not as good either.
