We loved everything we ordered. Our server was very helpful and good. We arrived 45 minutes early and they gave us a table by the window as requested. We definitely will come back.

Service needs an overhaul from bartenders to servers, along with hostess. Pretty disorganized and you walk into an late 90’s environment that looks like it needs a good deep cleaning and updating. Save yourself from this, if you can. Food was flavorful and well prepared, as the only saving grace. I’d do takeout next time, but still overpriced.

They brought the starter and the main meal together??? And 10 min later the cheque. Could not have been faster. In and out in 25 min. And it was not busy. Bad experience.

We love PF Chang’s and so were disappointed by this visit to the Santa Monica location. The service was friendly, but slow and they forgot to bring our drinks. The food wasn’t up to par, which was surprising given the remarkable consistency we’ve experienced at other Chang’s locations. The server mentioned that they had a “ton” of to-go orders (we visited on New Years evening), so we’ll just chock it up to a bad night to eat out.
