The food was mediocre this time. The croutons which were served with hot and sour soup were stale and not freshly made . The appetizer and the main dish were hardly warm. This is the second time in a row that we didn’t enjoy this place.

We went in to celebrate my daughters 20th birthday and I mentioned to the waiter 3 times it was her birthday. He never wished her happy birthday. In fact every time we said thank you he never followed with a your welcome. Food was good though.

I am a huge fan of PF Chang. My neighbor was one of its founders. The food quality and cleanliness of this particular PF Chang was terrible. I was really disappointed.

I have been to this location each time I visit Destin and over the years it has progressively gotten worse and worse. we waited 15+ mins even though we had a reservation & then when we got to the table we ordered immediately but despite we waited about an hour 1/2 for our food. my chicken came without the rice and I waited additionally for a singular cup of rice for about 20 mins they brought be fried and than the white rice I had ordered. really awful service we were checked on maybe twice ? I wont visit again next time I come to Destin.

Everything about our experience at this P.F. Chang's restaurant was excellent. We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation and seated within 3 minutes of our arrival. The service was excellent. Sean made sure that we had refills on our drinks any time we needed them. Our appetizers and main dishes came out in a very timely fashion and were all hot and fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was relaxed and laid back which was exactly what we needed after a long and busy day. I highly recommend this place to anyone!!!

The place was a mess when we got there. Tables and bar were dirty as the bar tender had no help. They didn’t have our reservation in the system so we had to wait. They said mgmt reviews the open table requests and decides to accept or not.

When we got there, they couldn’t find where we had made reservations on open table. When they finally found that they failed to put it down, they put us on wait list just like we had walked in without reservations. Seemed to blame problem was that we used open table instead of direct with restaurant. Didn’t leave us with good customer experience.

Start to finnish a train wreck..."cleaning your table now" turned into 20 minute wait, mixed up drinks waiting at the bar, waiter dropped dishes at another table that splattered up and noticeable on our our shirts (mgr - bring your dry cleaning bill in and we'll reimburse you, ya coming back for that), 48 minute wait for basic food, "sorry we are understaffed"...but they just kept piling the people in, dirty dishes everywhere....$300 bucks later and just disgusted. Would NOT recommend anyone going there for a few weeks to see if they work out some issues. 7 days later and restaurant not responded.

My server was good, food was very good Didn’t want to sit at the entrance to the kitchen I suggested another open booth but was told there was no server for that table (feeble excuse) we sat at the bar They could have done better...

Booked a 7:15 reservation, didn’t get seated till 7:45. Service was slow and meal came without the side of rice and by the time we finished our meal, the rice came.

Food is consistently good. This time service was “ok”: had reservation, host said there would be a 20 minute wait even though there were a lot of empty tables - then she said it would be 10 minutes after I told her i had reservation. Waitor was pleasant but didn’t give us the sauce with the Buddha feast and it took a while to get it.

It took them 20 minutes to seat us, even though we had a reservation. It took 45 minutes to get the food, which was blend, and not as good as in other PF Changs. It is expensive for what you get.
