Went for a weekday lunch soon after opening. Ordered pad Thai, was a bogo if another entree was ordered, eggplant, and stir fried asparagus with a mojito. The service was slow from the kitchen was slow and my server was not very attentive. There was a hair in my pad Thai, so I ordered fried rice and Mongolian potstickers instead. They ended up comping the fried rice but since this was to replace the pad Thai, it should have been comped anyway. The server recommended the pot stickers and they were decent but felt the compensation for the hair was less then adequate considering I wouldn’t have been charged for the I trial item anyway. It took a total of 1 hour from start to finish and after the hair was found, the plate used to serve was left on the table with remaining pad Thai despite the dish being taken back to the kitchen. I was not offered another drink or beverage. The manager did come to the table promptly and was apologetic but all in all didn’t right the wrong.

We were a large party (12) celebrating a 1st Communion. Katie was our waitress and helped guide us through appetizers, dinner and dessert. She recommended number of items based on our group and portion sizes. She kept everyone's glasses full and was just so helpful.

It took 30 minutes to get our drinks and then place our order for appetizers. The drinks had to go back multiple times (the explanation was a new bartender). It got better once the food started arriving, but something has changed (this location used to be packed and the service can be a little slow, but nothing like this visit).

We always forget about coming to this place, but the food is so good that we should come more often. The Blushing Geisha was an awesomely refreshing cocktail. The mongolian beef and walnut melon prawns were also delicious. The food is made from scratch daily, so it is extra fresh.

Understaffed and had to wait 20 minutes for a server. The manager was helpful. Food was greasy and not well flavored as you might expect "spicey" to be.

Got a gift card for PF Chang's and wanted to have some of that good food we had several years ago.
We were surprised that the menu was completely different. All of our favorites were no where to be found. We ordered appetizer and main course items. The main course items arrived and then the appetizers came several minutes later. The food was OK but not the quality we remembered from before.
The food is OK and the Value is fine. It is just not what it was in the past

Server was very knowledge when asked about specifics of dishes we were going to order. Food came out in a timely manner. Server constantly checked in with us to give us updates on when the food would be out and see if we needed anything else. Food tasted great! Will definitely recommend to others and be returning for future visits!

I would always recommend PF's to friends as a Mall eatery convenient for shopping and movies. But what has happened at PF's in my 4 year absence from dining there is sad. The menu has lessened and the quality of the bar staff has been jaded as well as the hostess/manager in charge of flow and positioning wait staff. We were seated, bar/app order taken, and a lapse of 20 minutes till orders arrived. We put in our main course orders and they didn't arrive until in 45 minutes later. We asked another server for our 2nd drink order which was placed 20 minutes after our first to "kill time" since our server disappeared. She was very nice, but told us she was needed in the back for a party of 22 that arrived. In my wait staff experience the front end should have given our table to the next section. I reflected that in my 15% tip. It was disruptive to the evening seeing the tables around us turn over twice!

Overall good experience. There was quite the delay in receiving our entrées after drinks and emptied out so we were surprise at dinner took so long.

Upon check-in the hostess did not seat us right away and said we had to wait 5-10 minutes. Our reservation was for 6pm and upon asking at 6:20 she informed us that they really don't check the opentable reservations and that it's better to just call them directly. So then why offer it as a service for your customers.

Food is too expensive and not worth the price. Everything was much too bland and needed hot sauce to spice up. Servers are not very attentive. One the whole OK but I would try other restaurants.

This particular PF Chang's has it all! Beautiful decor, outstanding menu, fresh ingredients, and wonderful service from hostess to server! Really look forward to going back.

They didn’t seem to have our reservation we made through open table. We got an email confirming it. So the wait was long. Then the wait for food was very long. They did bring my daughter rice before the meal since she was getting upset.

We had reservations for 4 at 5:30 PM via OpenTable. We got there at 5:15. Stood around for about 10 minutes without any acknowledgment from the girl at the front desk. Finally, I had to be a little assertive and tell her that I had reservations at 5:30. She couldn't find my reservation. I had to show my confirmation email from OpenTable. Apparently, they had not synced their system to receive the reservation. Mine was made 2 days ago. There were other people waiting in line. Some with and some without reservations. There were 3 girls up front and their "boss" running around messing with the computer looking busy but not seating anyone. This was the worst experience of incompetent people running the front desk of a restaurant. Eventually, we got seated at 6:00 PM. Only 30 minutes late even though there were plenty of empty tables. Our waitress was nice but clueless. Dumplings? She had to check if there were any left. Japanese Old fashioned? They were out of it. Whatever that meant! Regular Old Fashioned? She would have to check. Got our meal at 6:35. At least, the food was good. But, we couldn't wait to get out of there. Won't be going there again. But, we may order food to pick up.

Made reservation at 5 pm for dinner. Parking lot was totally packed so was late...arrived about 520. They said they lost the open table orders. Restaurant was empty but 20 of us were waiting to be seated.

Waited until 545, then seated.

Once seated took along time..until 6:30 to be served.

All in all a long wait...finished about 745.

Server and food were excellent.

Checked in for reservation 10 minutes early. Told they were behind and we would be seated in 20 minutes. Another guest waiting for a table said he had a reservation and had been waiting almost an hour and had not been seated. He was told kitchen was behind and that was why they were not seated. We waited another 45 minutes and discovered they hadn't actually checked us in. Overheard another party that had been waiting an hour say they were told that all tables had been mistakenly overbooked and that was why there was a delay. Who knows why there was a delay, staff communication very poor. After waiting an hour, told it would be 20 minutes. It was like the Seinfeld Chinese Restaurant episode. We finally gave up and left. Will never choose this restaurant again.

Had a reservation, but we were seated :20 minutes late. Waited :45 for food to arrive but it never came. Had to leave without eating because we had a movie to see. Completely understaffed; empty tables all around but still couldn’t get the food out on time.

Tried to order 3 different glasses of wine but they were out of all of the wines that I like. So the manager was very apologetic and even gave us complementary wine and beer for our trouble.

We made a reservation using Opentable and when we went their ontime, they said they dont have the reservation! Also, the person at the front was rude and she did not have time to talk to us! Finally, we talked to the manager and got the table. What good is making reservation earlier?
The waitress was so friendly but the food was less than average.
I will NOT recommend this place.
