Food was good overall. My wife had the sea bass and raved about it. I made the reservation with OpenTable and the host told me that I did not have a reservation. We worked through that. The waiter was less than motivated and more interested in chatting with fellow employees than serving his clients.

Arrived at 9PM...not a lot of tables with people. Waiter took a while to show up, but took our drink and apps order right away...came back maybe 5 minutes later with water served out of a steel pitcher that tasted like it had been there all day. Limes helped.

Waiter had recited his overly dramatic and extremely loud schpiel initially telling us about the 700-degree works and how fast they cooked. Another 19 minutes and the appetizers came out...and nowhere near 700 degrees! And still no drinks.

So, waiter retrieves the drinks then I guess he was planning to dash again...but we weren't in for a 3-hour meal, so we ordered. Spare ribs were tough. Pot-stickers above-average at best.

Finished the apps and two metallic waters later the entrees showed up. Not 700 degrees. Beef was chewy...sauce was good. The fried cauliflower wasn't prepared well...very bitter. We pressed on.

Waiter was more interested in taking new orders and processing checks than actually serving and it showed. Finally came back, tried to up sell another 20-minute drink, brought to-go boxes, and we left.

Walking to our car we noticed the manager and another co-worker hanging out in a booth and three more employees in full uniform standing outside in the receiving alcove smoking. It's no wonder everything took so long: nobody works at this place!

Won't go back. Wouldn't recommend this particular PF Chang's to anyone.

The restaurant was busy but we got seated quickly. First impressions were that it needed cleaned, debris visible on the floors all around. Food was good and what you would expect from this restaurant. Good GF options and separate menu. Server and service was great. Bathrooms were very messy and needed a good cleaning. My feelings upon leaving were, good food and service but I hope no one gets sick. Next day, no one did! Just need to improve appearance and bathrooms for great review.

The food was delicious but the service wasn’t good at all. We chose to come at 4:30 to avoid a busy dinner rush since we had a baby with us and the dinner just took forever. Our sever was VERY slow with everything. We got waters when we got there and it took at least 10 minutes to get those. My husband then ordered 2 beers and those didn’t come until we were basically ready for the check. This is our 3rd time there and it was probably the worst time. The guy who brought out the food was super nice and told us the brown rice was unlimited since our server did not tell us that.

Cornelius greeted us with a fabulous smile. Megan was an attentive server. Food was excellent! We will return for great food and caring staff.

We had New Years Eve reservations and the place was empty. Even though there were only 4 other tables when we arrived, service was good, but not quick or attentive. Had to regularly ask for refills on beverages. Server was pleasant.

The food was good, not as great as in past visits. Pace of meal was slowed (one appetizer was comped) even though restaurant was only half full. When the staff cleared/re-set the tables, they were so noisy it was hard to hear table conversation. Overall, good, not great. Will probably give it another try since past experiences were much better.

Made a reservation for Christmas Eve and was able to be seated right away. Server was very good and not pushy and food was delicious. Will definitely dine there again

When we arrived , the restaurant did not have our reservation. They indicated they were having issues with Open Table. However, they seated us right away, it was Christmas Eve and very crowded, so appreciated that they seated us! Our server was awesome, but bar service VERY slow, took over 20 minutes to get a margarita! Also, our entrees came like 2 minutes after our appetizers arrived which was annoying, the server apologized and brought us another free appetizer. Overall, nice night with a few glitches. Open Table needs to fix this issue

When we arrived they had no record of our reservation even though I had received a confirmation from Open Table the day before. They told me that the Open Table app had been closed down three days prior and I heard them tell another customer the same thing. I made my reservations two weeks before the date, so they clearly had an issue. They were accommodating and were able to get us seated, but I suspect they had many customers come in who were told there was no reservation on file. Not good considering it was Christmas Eve,

Service was very good, but disappointed in the high price charged for mixed drinks. Priced much higher than other fine dining establishments & the cocktail glasses were only half full...felt cheated when charged $14.50 for a half glass Manhattan. Drink before you go! There were 6 in our party & most were pleased with the food excep those that ordered the Mongolian beef as it was over cooked & tough.

This location is all over with serving courses. Side dishes were delivered as appetizers; mains served next; dim sum brought out much later (and after 2nd request).

My wife and I were very underwhelmed with our lunch experience. She’s a vegetarian and ordered the Buddha’s Feast, but when it arrived we didn’t see any tofu. The server pointed out one small piece and then left. It was the single piece of tofu in the entire dish. After we told the server this, he did bring a small bowl full of more tofu.

My honey chicken was also underwhelming as it did not seem to have been cooked/heated through. The meat was fine (I think) but a lot of the breading was lukewarm mush.

Our server was exceedingly talkative and kept going off on tangents including how he was new and he was not good at carrying trays, etc.

Overall, not what I expect from P. F. Chang’s.

The food and service was fantastic. We love it here! The ex- Executive Chef went out of his way to accommodate my food allergies. Truly an awesome guy! Thank you for all you did in making our meal a great one!

Generally the food is really good. This visit, not so much. Had Kung Pao Chicken and chicken was way overcooked. More like chicken jerky. Won't deter us from going back. We enjoy the food generally.

We had what we thought would be early reservations 6:45. Place really filled up fast and then emptied earlier than we thought. We were practically only ones left. At full capacity the noise allowed us to only sit next to each other - not across the table.
I had requested a small cake with a message on it. No one knew what I was talking about. Since it was my date's and my birthdays, we did get two complimentary special desserts. Excellent.

Waiter had trouble figuring payment with a Gift Card plus cash. I think he shortchanged himself on the tip.
