   Overall the food was very good. Only thing we thought was just OK was the 2 sushi rolls which werre served ice cold leading me to figure the were pre-made in advance. We like our sushi warm or room temp, but to each their own. Service was excelant.

   Sam was an amazing server! She always made sure we had what we needed, made great recommendations on food, and told us how we could get the best value for what we wanted. She also made the dining experience special for Valentine’s Day. Thank you, Sam!!

   This experience was horrible. Our Opentable reservation, they couldn't find. We waited 30m minutes for 1 of 2 appetizers to come out...then after 40 minutes the second appetizer came out. Then our main courses came out after 50 minutes, and every meal was cold...obviously the cooked up the main courses after the first appetizer came out...they forgot the 2nd appetizer. Drinks too long as well. And the best part, the waitress asked us if we could leave her a good review....seriously! Never going back to this location. Mismanaged at best.

   I love coming to this place. No matter which one I go to I always have a good time. Today did not disappoint. Our server Ty took awesome care of us! The food was delicious (as always), hot and right on time! Looking forward to the next time already!

   I had the hot and sour soup and that was good. My kids had the California Roll and fried rice, also good. My main course was the Thai curry noodles. It was extremely salty that it was barely edible. I considered sending it back (which I never do) but the server never came back to even check on us to see how everything was. Server didn’t come back except to ask if we wanted dessert. I literally watered my meal down with the ice water that I had. Not sure I will be back any time soon unfortunately.

   Made the reservation through open table. When I got to the restaurant on time, they didn’t had my reservation in their system. It was a struggle to get a table.

   Server was very kind and helpful even working with many tables. Food was so yummy. Server recommended how to get most value off the menu.

   After a restaurant in Morris Plains overbooked and couldn’t honor our reservation, I pivoted on OpenTable and found a 745pm rez at PF Changs. We showed up at 740. Despite there being tables available, the manager said it would be at least 30 min wait before we were seated. The manager said OpenTable didn’t feed into their reservation system. Really? Why would you partner with that platform then. It was truly unacceptable. With hungry kids , we opted to eat elsewhere

    Worst experience here I’ve had! Not asked if i wanted anything to even drink until I had to get up and ask for server. Table next to me had screaming children for over 20 minutes to point others were asking to move. Screaming child table had not had service yet, and finally left. We ALL were like thank goodness. If a child is screaming at top of lungs for 20 minutes, management could KINDLY ask for child to be taken out of restaurant until calmed down.
