Family of 4- We took my daughter there because she chose it for her 16th birthday . The service was extremely slow and this was a Tuesday night ! took forever to get just drinks! The food was nothing special and over priced . I also mentioned it was her 16th birthday and the waiter just brought a bunch of extra fortune cookies -anywhere else I would expect some kind of dessert! And the food was nothing better than what you could buy at the food court or take out . Disappointing- I’m don’t plan to return.

We were there on a very busy day, so maybe not a typical experience. Service was slow, food was mediocre at best. Flavor was lacking.
Our waiters were so attentive. I dine here often, but this experience made me want to send all of my colleagues here for business outings. The food, the ambiance, the staff and their service, were all, above my expectations. All of our food came out hot, they even provided us with a little extra sauce for the dishes that were saucy. I can’t wait to go back.

We got right in with our reservation at 615. We ordered at 623. 2 adults and 3 children it then took 45 mins to get our food? It wasn't even that busy! Love the place but I think 45mins for rice, Noddles and chicken is a bit much!

Always a solid standby for tasty, consistent asian food.
A team at PF Chang's in Victor informed us that reservations made on Open Table don't really count with them. Needless to say it was a very frustrating situation this evening as we had to wait in the queue for 30 minutes past our reservation. I would recommend you call the restaurant directly.
Food was cold. Sent back and arrived colder than the first time. Took over an hour to get the meal. Only the rice was hot.

Made reservations for 5:30. At 5:50 we we're still not seated. We ended up going elsewhere as we have child and needed to get to bed at a reasonable hour.

Quest service ever, from having a half hour delay being seated for a reservation , to over an hour delay being our food after appetizers. Horrendous experience

It was mother’s day and the kitchen was extremely slow. I understand that can be a very busy day but It took an hour and a half from when we sat down to when we were served. Our waitress was excellent and apologized profusely explaining that they were taking to many take out orders. My meal, pepper steak, was so over cooked that I could hardly chew the meat. I had to leave most of it. I will never go back to PF Chang’s.

We had a great waiter who accommodated all our requests and went to the manager to get us our coupon for appetizers
I always enjoy the food at P.F. Chang's. It is one of our favorite chain restaurants.
Being early in the week and a snowy evening it was not busy the evening we dined there. We were seated right away. We waited a little bit for someone to come to the table which would generally lead me to downgrade the service but the server who came to our table said he was not the waiter for this table but would be happy to get us started. We were ready to order drinks and dinner so he took our entire dinner. He stopped by a few minutes later to make sure everything was ok. He said the server assigned to our table was overloaded so he would take care of us.
Our drinks came out quickly. I had the Pink Pig Spritz, a special for Chinese New Year and my dining partner had the ginger beer . Both were tasty. We shared the lobster avocado sushi role which was excellent. I had the Spicy Chang Chicken and my dining partner had the Thai Chicken Curry. One minor complaint was that our entrees came out a little too quickly after the appetizer. It was not a problem because we enjoyed all of them together. Our server stopped by a few times to make sure all was good and to refill our water. He apologized again for the slow start to our dinner.
When we were done we asked for our check and our server boxed up our leftovers and brought us fortune cookies. Shortly afterwards the manager stopped by our table to further apologize and insisted we take home a dessert on him.
It was an excellent experience.
This visit was not as fun as usual. Our server was a robot. Just mechanical and scripted and so meh. ‘Drinks?, how about drinks?, just entrees?, no, we can’t substitute anything for rice, everything ok, right, dessert?, coffee?’ We could use a little more from our server and in the past we have very much enjoyed the service. The food itself isn’t really a great value. Over 50.00 with tip for 2 plates of beef and broccoli and a side of spinach. We’re low carb so we don’t have the rice; I really think we should have been offered a substitute side. Even cheap diners do this. Not impressed with this visit at all. Less PF Chang’s that we like and more just assembly line PF Cheapskate’s.

Great night out with friends for the Chinese New Year; so glad we made reservations online via Open Table in advance as it was busy :)
Loved our dinner but had to wait almost 1 1/2 hour to get our food. Apps came right out...was not offered a drink for our time...never saw the manager...
Server was good.....kept apologizing
Was told when we walked in that they weren’t sure about our reservation because we made it online... and that we should ALWAYS call... then we were seated. Our server was nice... but slow, unorganized... and then gone... apparently he left and they gave us to someone else (I’m guessing the first guy quit?!). The 2nd guy was doing his best but it was NYE and now he’s got extra work... the food was ok, but really the table never was cleared, and it took hours for us to get food when it was ordered. We will not return to eat there again.
I should add that as I walked through the bar area to the restroom, there were numerous people complaining that they’d waited hours for their food that was called in for pick up. Bottom line is that they didn’t seem to have their act together. Scheduling was done sparsely for a notoriously busy evening.

Filthy tables. No utensils. Long wait -- over an hour -- for food on a day/time that didn't seem too particularly busy. Found out the kitchen was backed up because of take-out orders. Dine-in's should be served first. Never again.

The only problem I had with my visit 12/30/2018 is the long wait for food. It took 48 minutes for our food to come out
Seated quick, apps came quickly, all was good - entrees a little slow (wait staff informed table seated after us the kitchen was backed up. Not the best ever visit, by far not the worst. 4 stars....
Seemed very understaffed. Table was dirty and plates too. Food was missing some of its usual flavor.
Waitress did her best to overcome these obstacles and made up for a lot of the shortcomings. Still paying $30 per person I expect better.
Had a reservation, was forgotten about after I checked in, had to wait 20 mins to be seated .... came during shift change and was left sitting at the table for 10 mins before a server even came over and greeted us.

Portion sizes have decreased. We had an appetizer and a lunch bowl and I was still hungry.

There were 6 of us. 3 orders were incorrect. We ordered 4 appetizers, one appetizer never made it out. One person didn’t get the soup they ordered. After we brought it to their attention it was brought out. There were a lot of mistakes made so when 3 ppl ordered the tiny shot glass dessert after dinner, we were given 2 extra at no charge as a ‘remedy’ for all the mix ups. This place used to be one of our favorite places for dinner, but each time we returned the main entree/portions have gotten noticeably smaller and smaller each time. It seems like the rice is now the main entree unfortunately instead of the other way around. In order to be full we had to add a lot of rice to our plates because the dinner was very small. VERY disappointing. Food tastes good. It used to be great. Still enjoy the atmosphere. SOMETHING has changed in regard to quality. Isn’t one of our favorite restaurants anymore. Very expensive for the amount of food we got. Wish it would go back to the way it used to be years ago...

Food is great and I love that the portions are smaller. It is pretty loud with the music they play, I don't recommend a table near the kitchen.
They have made some changes to the menu, so it is nice to see new options.
