This place does not exist. Don’t make a reservation here. This location closed in November 2020. I can’t believe Open Table hasn’t fixed this issue yet.
Quiet clean n the foor was awesome
I found it very disturbing to be told by the Hostess that my reservation through the Open Table app was not received by the PF Chang reservation system. She then proceeded to tell me that "PF Chang doesn't accept reservations anymore through Open Table. In the future make your reservation through our own website." If your no taking reservations through Open Table then remove yourself from the service. Needless to say my experience started off rocky but the food was good.
The server Lemar was amazing! He was super professional, smiling, patient, attentive, and efficient.
Food was great!
Service was great our server shay was super nice and informative of the menu.
We enjoyed the family style offerings and we had plenty to take home. The dessert wasn’t as great, I got tiramisu and it they covered the whole plate and dessert in what looked like a cup of cinnamon.

Maybe this night everyone was clumsy. In the 2 hours we were there staff broke about 5 dishes. One of them being the table right behind us. The spring rolls were dripping with grease and the banana desert thing was gross the banana was obviously not ripe. I’ll give it another try one day but no time soon.

Our waitress was truly outstanding. Best i have had at any restaurant for a long time. She was attentive without hovering and took exceptional care of us.

We had a completely unacceptable experience. We arrived at 5:45 pm for a confirmed reservation through Open Table -- confirmed by the standard totally explicit OpenTable email. When we arrived we were told "We don't accept reservations through OpenTable" -- or at least not on weekends. As my daughter (with special needs) was crying, one of the hosts actually told us we were at fault because we should have called the restaurant to confirm that they accept OpenTable -- a pretty amazing misunderstanding of the nature of this product. The manager did NOT apologize, did NOT offer us drinks while she made us wait half an hour for a table (all while looking at a noisy, dirty, very poorly maintained version of this franchise) without every actually getting us a table. We left, so I cannot comment on the quality of the food. The quality of the staff and the experience was horrendous, and we will not dine at ANY PF Chang location again until we receive an appropriate response to our outstanding complaint. (And no, PF Chang, the two $10 coupons you have sent us without comment do not represent an appropriate response).
We wanted to try P.F. Chang’s again and were not at all overwhelmed with the food. We were used to flavorful dishes but were disappointed. We won’t be returning.

This is the second time I have been to the Ridge Hill location and I have not been impressed either time. I must say the service was excellent, but again the food left something to be desired. I ordered the BBQ ribs appetizer because they are always so delicious and meaty, but today 4 of the 6 ribs had very little meat on them, and they were very fatty. I ordered the Wonton Soup, which it turns out is not your typical Wonton Soup - it was good, but the chicken in it was very dry.

I had the shrimp Tempura for the first time and it was very good. I also had the Spicy chicken. Everything was really good.

Will never go back there. How in the world is it still allowed to remain open? It looks dirty as soon as you walk in. Food on the floor. Tables look dirty. The kitchen area doesn’t even look clean. What happened to this chain? Don’t think it’s going to last! Totally disappointed. Only good service was the waitress.

Had a reservation and we were seated almost 35 minutes after our scheduled time.
Once we finally were escorted to our table we were greeted by our friendly server. She took our drinks order but never gave us our serviettes and utensils!!! We only received three of our 4 drinks. And after receiving ours apps I had to flag the server down for our serviettes 🥴🥴
From the previously posted reviews we knew not be in any rush ordering our entries!! So we ordered our apps and the children's entries!!
The apps arrived in a timely fashion and were lovely!!! PF Changs food is always enjoyable!
Once the apps were on the table we ordered the dinner!! Yikes we had only finished the apps and wow there was dinner!! Personally I like a little rest between courses!! It would be nice if kitchen had better timing in that way!!!! However, It was delicious!
We were celebrating my daughters birthday and she enjoyed the happy birthday song with dessert and a candle!!!
Server was very nice and tried her best to be accommodating!! Overall experience was ok!! Would I go back no not again!!!
I had high hopes for my trip to P.F. Chang's in Ridge Hill. I have had good experiences at other branches in AL and ATL (the city location and the airport location).
First and most importantly, the rice was horrible. It had at least 3 different textures from slightly crunchy to hard to mushy. None of those textures was the right one. I mentioned it to our server and she said sorry and walked away.
The drinks took too long, because we received them after our appetizers. A second drink ordered came with the check (not requested) and the dessert menu. I was confused about why we would receive them together. When we ordered dessert the waitress requested the check back to update it.
All in all, it was not what was expected from P. F. Chang's from my past experiences.

Service poor, the food I will not recommend to my worst enemy , got sick from it.
The place itself is amazing and the servers are all very well mannered. Just had a bad case of flies in the restaurant so couldn’t enjoy the food. Also had a server swap after drink orders...almost always means being forgotten about by the server tagging in.
Great food at an affordable price range
I got my appetizer with the main course . Everything came together .They have a lot of employees walking around but the service is not good. They had dirty tables . I just didn’t enjoy my meal . Sorry not coming back .

I much prefer writing about great experiences but hopefully someone will pay attention to the problems that P.F. Chang's- at Ridge Hill has to address at some point. Like several others already on record the staff are not aware that Open Table is taking reservations. We were greeted with, "We don't do that" - happily a manager intervened at immediately sat us at a table. The reception area was mobbed and the young folks manning their stations looked frazzled by the long lines of people in the entry Hall area.
The waiter was pleasant and our orders were processed quickly. Two appetizers- but they did not come out of the kitchen together - so we finished the first and a server literally deposited the next one on our table with dirty plates and silverware making no attempt to clear the table. We were asked to keep our used silverware covered in the sticky sauces from the first dish. P.F. Chang's has changed. I remember when the food at one of the Manhattan sites was interesting. Now it's gloopy, sweet or sweet/sour sauces and under-fried doughy chicken or beef bits. Even the "fried rice" is soft and mushy. I no longer recognize the Asian cooking - not sure any real cooking is happening here. We actually decided that one of the dishes wasn't very appetizing - so we asked to sample a third main dish. That took up to 30 minutes to arrive. During that time you could see how furiously hard everyone was working - literally racing around to serve food but the coordination was missing. The kitchen churns out barely finished dishes - to servers whose only function is to race the food to the table and have nothing to do with clearing away any dishes. No one offered water, and no one came to bus the table until literally 90 minutes into the meal. I only noticed one busboy. And the noise -deafening. Aside from the confused receptionists, the staff inside the restaurant are all young and eager but have no guidance and apparently little training.
Honestly, no reason to return.

DISGUSTING!!! I will NEVER return to this restaurant again. First I was given a dirty glass which they corrected. Then I ordered the chicken lettuce wrap. The lettuce was ripped up into tiny pieces. The manager claim they ran out of lettuce but I saw 4 more orders after my order. I ordered Mongolian beef for dinner. The manager was very nice he apologize for the 20 minute wait for our entree. He said they were making more sauce for the Mongolian beef which used to be my favorite dish. To my surprise, when my entrée did arrive it was dry and hard with the biggest pieces of scallions; I’ve ever seen in my life. By then I was so disgusted I just wanted to leave. The beef was dry & hard from being over cooked. Where was the sauce that the manager claim they were making. NEVER AGAIN!!
I use to go to the White Plains location and so happy this one was opened in Ridgehill, Yonkers. Always love the food and drinks at PF Chang! Our waiternthat day gave us good attention. Thanks

PF Chang's at Ridge Hill did not disappoint! The food, the service, and the price are all terrific! Mom and I went for the Happy Hour -- $6 drinks and appetizers before 6pm. We shared (4) appetizers -- crab wontons, calamari, shrimp dumplings, and chicken lettuce wraps. All were delicious! And the drinks -- she had the Asian Pear Mojito and I ordered the Blushing Geisha -- soooooo GOOD! Needless to say, WE WILL BE BACK VERY SOON!!!
Hostess had me wait forever even though I had a reservation. One of the kind waiters notice and brought it to the managers attention and we were quickly seated. Hostess didn’t even apologize. Meanwhile she was seating people who came way after us. Hey folks, get your act together if you want to make your one year anniversary. Restaurants don’t last that long at that spot. Hmmm. I wonder why.
Total mismanagement. Took them more than 40 min to seat us even after we booked a time through opentable. In the first hour we only received a cold bowl of soup. The food was super late and the servers were running clueless. After that they missed items from our order. The hot and sour soup was just sour and had no heat. Lo Mein had no salt and was sweet. Will not recommend anyone to go there.
What an awful experience. Had a reservation booked at 8:15, reached 8:14, left at 8:30 didn’t get called in to be seated. The front hostess was very rude. I came in before a family of 5 and they were greeted and treated first. The hostess constantly fraternized with her coworkers rather than greet the on coming guests. It seemed operationally, P.F. Chang’s in ridge hill, needs train the staff to handle high volumes of guests. The majority of guests coming left within 3 minutes due to the poor door to seating wait times.
Everyone was super nice from the moment we arrived until we left. It was my first time ever going to this chain restaurant and happy to say that it was much better than expected
It was okay. The service needs attention though. Took the server about 20 minutes for a glass of water...
