P.F. Chang's - Richmond
1st time ever eating at this restaurant. Great food. Will for sure return.
I had a reservation at 7 but arrived early. Hostess said that was not a problem. Food was great and our waitress was awesome.
My fish was very over cooked
Though it seems that they may have not received our reservation request, we were still seated immediately when we arrived. Christopher was our server; friendly but somewhat mechanical. We ate off of the GF menu and were not disappointed!
I haven’t been to P F Chang’s in a while. The food is always good and never disappoints.
Good food and service, friendly staff, good portion size for the price of the meal.
Service was slow but that’s to be expected on a Saturday night.
We had great service from Lizzie for our family birthday dinner. Our group had a lot of special dietary needs and she offered suggestions and was super patient. Not only that, she was very quick and right on with her serving of the courses and beverages. Add to that she arranged a birthday dessert and card for my husband. She and the whole hostess and restaurant team were great and went above and beyond the call of duty!
PF Chang has a unique menu that is bound to please most everyone. We started with their lettuce wraps which were delicious, then the entrees, which were most adequate in size, well prepared and tasted very good. Our server was prompt and checked on us frequently. We had an enjoyable dinner.
Nice ~ not rushed.
We had a coupon for free chicken fried rice and got the tempura shrimp lunch bowl as well. Everything was very good, as usual!
We go here at least once every other week. My daughter works at the mall.
The waitress we had was awful. The food was pretty good, but her service was so poor it overshadowed the food and ambiance. It really made us unhappy and ruined our experience. With 3 young children, the slow service really made lunch drag on and on.
Perfect place for any occasion. Good always good and service was great!
Excellent tempura calamari and vegs.......outstanding shrimp and pork dumplings. Won Ton for 6 persons was generous and flavorful. Entre : shrimp and lobster sauce w/ brown rice was the crowning achievement.
Waitress unttentive food was just ok.very loud .not a great experience.
Hot white rice was underneath I unfried.
The food was adequate at best, and in our opinion not worth the prices charged, so our disappointment is really a matter of value.
GREAT TIME, AS USUAL. JUST WISH WE HAD ONE IN WILMINGTON , NORTH CAROLINA.
Bad management-overbooked -we had a 7pm reservation-made a month ago-was seated after 8pm-then was told it was a 2hr backup for food orders-the waitress sad it was because of takeout-if we were told this first we would have not stayed -we talked to manger -he said nothing he can do it was home office making the decision-merry Christmas P.F. Chang’s
This is NOT the place to go for Christmas Eve, ever. Although we had a reservation, we waited an hour to be seated. We then waited another hour for our food. Our waitress was terrific, but the restaurant was seriously over-booked. Some tables waited an hour and a half for their reserved table. It was clear that the restaurant was simply trying to maximize profit by accepting way too many reservations. We will never go back during the holidays. There was one table of elderly adults, and they waited over an hour and a half for their reserved table. When they were seated, they were told that it would be at least an hour for their food. Several members in their party went home without eating. That was sad to watch. The restaurant should be embarrassed by how they treated people on Christmas Eve.
We had a 530 reservation on Christmas eve. We were sat at the table around 5:50...no big deal. The waitress came about 10 minutes later and took our drink and app orders. We waited for another 20 minutes for drinks...including water. About an hour later 2 out of the 4 apps came out and were cold. At 7, we asked to speak to a manager. At 730 no one came so we decided to walk out. This was just a miserable experience....had young kids with me and it was a special occasion. Won't be back!!!
The food was super fresh, and wonderfully tasty. Our Server, Angela, was professional yet very warm and friendly. Even in the rush of a few days before Christmas, we felt very relaxed and loved every minute we were at PF Changs Stony Point. We also loved every bite we ate! Thanks!
The food was great and the service was fantastic. The restaurant was busy. We are glad we made reservations. They had plenty of servers and were able to keep things moving along. We didn't have to wait long to be served and never felt rushed. The food was good and the portions were large.
Love their happy hour including the lettuce chicken wraps and the french fried green beans. can't beat them. And wines are very good prices at happy hour also.
Good food but was a long wait in between appetizers and main course.
The service as awesome... the food was great. Celebrating my sons college graduation.
Always love P.F. Chang’s
Service was incredibly slow. Took forever to get food, drinks and our bill. Food was fine
Great food and service. Reservation was executed perfectly!
Food was excellent, service lack-luster. Make reservations, this location is full at certain times - but food orders come out quickly and correctly.
Orange chicken recipe changed and not for the better.... Enjoyed my pad Thai... Service was under par.. didn't check back to see.how our food was
Only brought 1 cup with the teapot.. when we were disappointed with chicken dish..she said she was sorry.. didn't offer any options to make ok.
Overall this was ok. The calamari was on the salty side. Don't remember the dish name ,but claimed to have chili sauce in it to make it spicy. Didn't even taste it.
We were an adult party of five. The wait staff was great. Always there to bring refills or answer questions. Four out of the five entree’s were delicious. My husband ordered the King Filet Mignon entree. The beef was over cooked and cut into really small pieces. I think the amount of beef (3oz?) was really minuscule. The flavor of the dish was average. Would not recommend this dish to anyone. The other entrees ordered and throughly enjoyed were: Shrimp and Lobster sauce, Pepper Steak, Chicken Lo Mien, and Honey Chicken. We will be back. Just won’t order the one dish again.
Restaurant was clean and staffed well for a rainy night. Food was very good and portions were excellent. Management and servers were polite and friendly. My wife and I did feel neglected by our server most of the night. Not sure if she was holding down multiple tables, the kitchen, waiting staff and additional duties as well.
This is our second visit, when the wait staff was not up to par. After waiting 15 minutes, we physically went to the hostess and asked if our server would be coming soon. Even though she and the manager apologized, excessibe wait time is unexceptable, ecspecially when the dining area was not even one fouth full.
PF Chang's never disappoints! We took advantage of the Chang's for Two offer and got soups, an appetizer, entrees and a dessert to share for $50. Everything was delicious - lettuce wraps, kung pao, pad thai...
It was a fairly quiet night at this restaurant therefore initial service was prompt. However as the meal progressed the service got a little slower and we had to wait probably a little longer than expected for our next course. Food came out hot and it’s very tasty and plentiful. The only concern was that one of the dishes we ordered was more spicy than the waiter had expressed, therefor my wife found it somewhat uncomfortable due to her sensitivity to seasoning. Apparently the waiter was not made aware that this dish had a higher level of spices then the menu had offered. Otherwise, the meal was good and we enjoyed ourselves and will definitely go back.
Service was excellent. Our server took good care of us. It was a party of four celebrating a nephews birthday.
