The food was great at happy hour and regular menu, the music was a little too loud on the patio dinning area but not too bad that we couldn’t hear each other. The server seemed to be in a hurry to get us to eat and go and our plan was to have a few drinks and appetizers from the happy hour and relax but we felt a little rushed to order our food. Overall it great we always enjoy eating here.

They did a great job under the Covid circumstances.

They gave us a free appetizer, which was nice. But there was something wrong with the music track system and we had to listen to the same Rita Ora song 7 or 8 times in a row. Then after that a Culture Club song was playing repeatedly but we left after the third repeat.

The waiter was attentive and the timeliness of the courses were appropriate. The hostess seated us promptly and the food was great!

Perfect evening. Entertaining visitors from Houston. Waiter was professional, expedient and pleasant. Food, as has been our experience, was hot and meticulously prepared. Especially pleased with menu selections for one of our visitors who is gluten intolerant. We'll be back!

I booked the reservation through open table and I got passed over for seating a number of times. Apparently they don’t look at the open table reservations frequently after you check in. They suggested just calling. I recommend on a busy Friday don’t use this app. Disappointed to say the least

Food has really gone downhill the last few years. Broccoli Beef was poor quality (used to be great). Ordered Mongolian Beef with added Asparagus, but none included. Then Manager came over and did not believe us...

New Year’s Eve; we knew it would be busy but the service was very slow. It was topped off with a 30 minute wait for our Lava Cakes. The center chocolate was solid chocolate. The waiter claimed he saw it being microwaved. Which then necessitated the question on if it was microwaved, why did it take 30 minutes.

Sat at the bar to avoid a wait for a table. Saturday evening, so very crowded - but the bar folks kept up quite well. Had an assortment of apps, soup, and entrees. Very enjoyable evening.

We had Buddha s feast for our main entree! Excellent and sauce was just spicy 🌶 enough to make it delicious! Wait staff was very prompt and extremely courteous! Pre-dinner drinks were very good! My wife had the coconut mojitos...yummm! We can’t wait to dine there again!

Our server was very attentive and helpful. The drinks came quickly as well as all the food. Over all everything was tasty and we got a delicious dessert for celebrating my husband's birthday.

We were seated immediately in a booth, however there was a large party next to us and they were very loud. Food was very tasty!!

It was so delicious we enjoyed the Mongolian beef dishes the wraps for our appetizer and our entrance dinner as well plus our double chocolate chip cake for our dessert that was absolutely delicious plus our waitress Rachel was super amazing 😀😀😎😎😎

We have dined at PF Changs several times before and always leave satisfied. This time was special
as we were celebrating a wedding anniversary with another couple. The food was well up to our
expectations. The service was pretty good but it seemed as though maybe there were not enough
personnel to take care of customers. The waitstaff were running rather hard to cover the territory.
We were there rather early due to some later commitments, so perhaps later they have more personnel.

We have never been huge fans of any of the chain restaurants, but our visiting family has always enjoyed PF Changs. We end up going once a year or so for that reason. Prior to this visit, I would leave pleasantly surprised with the food.

Unfortunately, the menu has changed dramatically and the kitchen seemed to be way out of sync. We were unable to order off menu favorites from before, and the remaining choices were not very interesting. The broccoli ginger chicken was probably the worst that we tried: raw broccoli, undetectable ginger in a bland sauce, and some chicken breast slices.

I don't know if the cooks were bad or if the new recipes are bad, but we were not inspired (nor were they).

For what it's worth, our server was good. The surprisingly empty restaurant for a Thursday dining probably helped.

The Food is Good, but you do not get enough for what you pay. We ordered Orange Chicken and got a whopping 10 pieces for 5 people. There's more garnish on the plates than food. Barely any Mongolian Beef also. Very, very overpriced for what you actually receive. Way too expensive for the small amount of food on each plate.

Food is always on spot and service this time from Matt was great - thanks Matt!
Only issue was this was the 2nd time that the hostess did not register our arrival thru Open Table and was noted as a no-show.

Pricey for Asian food but consistently delicious. Good service and nice ambience.

Some items were very good(lettuce wraps) while others were average (breaded diablo shrimp(?)was greasy). Our server, Brittany was very cordial and attentive.

Restaurant was terribly dirty and only about half full. Sadly the servers are having to bus their own tables as there is no bus boy for this location. The dirtiest PFC’s I have ever been in. Our server was super nice but the food came out extremely slow. Won’t be back at this location as the manager didn’t seem to want to help his crew out.
