   I visited PF Changs while on a business trip. The service was outstanding. Our waitress was training a new waiter. Both of them were very good with service and attentive to us. I ordered the shrimp with lobster sauce, the fried rice and egg flower soup. The food was okay. The food was salty and I had a bad after taste after I left the restaurant. Could be the MSG? If I go back, I may try something different.

   The food was yummy and consistent, as usual and the atmosphere on the patio was awesome (especially after leaving snow behind at home a few short days ago), including the sounds from an outdoor concert in the near vicinity. The only disappointments were the removal of the ‘Changs for 2’ dinner option, along with the smaller portions. Regardless, we will still be back for my Fiancée’s birthday very soon!!

   PF CHANGS always honors reservations and seats you on time even when they are busy. The food is good. In the past year's I would have rated it Very Good - but like the service it has gone down, most likely because of not being able to hire enough staff etc. The waiters and bus staff were all running around trying their best to serve everyone as best as possible.

   Slow slow slow service. Waited 30+ minutes between courses. Finally had to have receptionist track down waiter in order to get bill. Was there for two hours. Food was good.

   We always have a great experience at this location. Service was great. My husband had the salmon and said it was good but a little undercooked for his taste. I had the Shrimp LO-me in and it was delicious.

    It’s been a while since we had been. Service however was slow and not very attentive. Appetizers were good but entrees were just ok. Honey chicken and sweet and sour chicken batter was not crisp and doughy. Sea bass was very good. Average meal overall

    The worst Americanized Chinese meal we have eaten in the last ten years or more. All the dishes were greasy. Very greasy. The pan-fried dumplings tasted greasy to the point you could not tell the flavor. The Singapore noodles were equally greasy and did not score high in the flavor department. Very disappointing. This is not a Chinese meals Asians would line up for.,

    We were very disappointed in your Reservation system. Our confirmation number was 6694. We arrived right on time, but the hostess stated she had no record of any reservation in our name. I showed her the confirmation on my cellphone and she asked me to wait a few minutes and she would seat us. After 20 minutes we were finally seated. The server was very polite and helpful and the food was delicious. Our only complaint was about the missing confirmation.

    The food wasn’t hot. The orange Shrimp was a bit soggy should be more Crispy. The food seems to have gone downhill. Used to be a fav when coming to palm desert.

    a huge fan of the food and we had wonderful service I found the restaurant incredibly difficult to get to. Not being familiar with the Rivers complex I didn’t know how to park close to the restaurant. I don’t recommend going for the first time after dark.

    Terrible food. Worse than Chinese freezer dinners at Geocery store. Beef in beef fried rice was shoe leather. “Dumplings” were basically undercooked gyoza. Honey shrimp was so deep fried and covered in sauce couldn’t tell what we were eating. It’s really gone down hill. The service was great!

    It was a very busy evening and even with reservations we ended up in the overflow room which was noisier than the main dining area. Service was very slow though we were not in a hurry so not that inconvenient. Problem was our dishes were tepid. I had soup which was almost congealed before I finished. Calamari appetizer was excellent and appropriately warm. It was our main meals that arrived well after they had been prepared by the kitchen. Our waiter was nice but rarely had time to visit our table. It is the usual supply-demand struggles of restaurants and other industries. The next evening my reheated soup was excellent and reminded me how less enjoyable it had been the night we dined. We did not complain or send food back to the kitchen. It was obvious they were trying to do the best under the circumstances.

    It was an anniversary dinner. Got there a couple minutes early, but didn't get seated until 10 + minutes after we got there. Then they sat us at a 2 seater table, I thought we'd get a more romantic booth table. Service was spotty. Our waiter did not come by very often. Waiting at least 20 minutes after we finished our meal and I had the credit card on the table. I finally asked a worker if they could find our waiter so we could pay our check. Never did see our server. There was a happy anniversary sign on the table.

    Wow!!! I found out very quickly that OpenTable reservations mean nothing to this particular restaurant location. We were finally seated at 7:08 p.m., while our reservation was for 6:30 p.m. We were told by the overworked and under supported greeting hostess, "Oh well, you made your reservation on OpenTable". Many, many walk up clients with no reservations along with many phone and online orders took precedence to us as OpenTable clients. As we were hosting another couple, it was very, very embarrassing. I was anticipating that the restaurant manager might help out the greeting hostess and also, offer his apologizes to us as clients. But nothing! Very, very unprofessional.

    Even though it was the middle of November and cool outside, the air conditioning was blowing so cold down on us that we had to keep our coats on . The food was not very hot when it was served and then proceeded to get very cold as the A/C blew down . We informed our server and he notified the manager but the A/C never stopped.     This is a favorite restaurant of ours. The menu offers lots of plant-based options, and shrimp, chicken, beef, tofu, noodle dishes, and sushi. The sauces are fresh and flavorful. We always ask for spicy and get a plate of sriracha, hot mustard, vinegar and soy sauce to stir up a tasty dip. For our special birthday, we ordered a slice of the chocolate cake - and it was scrumptious! Moist and rich!
