Food was good, as always. Service good as always. Ambiance suffered a bit when half way through our meal the volume of the piped-in music got cranked way up and conversation became awfully difficult. Our server recommended the house beer which was terrific!

The ambiance is beautiful, service is excellent but the food is terrible. This is my second time going to PF Chang’s and it was awful again! I thought I would try it one more time to see if it was my food selection; clearly it’s the entire menu! I have tasted much better food at Panda Express.

Our waiter was awesome, but we waited over 20 minutes to order. Our drinks waited about a half an hour to place our meal order by the time my kids are done with their kids meal. We still didn’t have our food.

Excellent food and service. So glad we chose to go there. It’s a beautiful restaurant and the staff are very courteous.

PF Changs has lost its appeal for my family and I over the last few years. The food mediocre. Lacking flavor and occasionally dry. Prices have always been at a premium, now more so than ever. Please save the "cost of goods" argument, you've always charged a lot. The service, lacking. Servers no longer mix your sauce at your table, opting to instead bringing it in disposable containers like a inexpensive take out establishment. "Well, because of covid, blah blah blah.", its an excuse. Show some pride and justify your price structure. The ambiance, occasionally dirty. Bathrooms dingy, sink counters damp and nary a cleaning person in sight. Trash cans over flowing and stuffed with paper towels. Utensils on the seating floors and chop sticks kicked around and no one to pick them up or even care. Doesn't hold the esteem it once did. Try harder or ill go elsewhere.

Food quality was not very good. I don’t think most of us enjoyed our meals. The drinks were good. Service was also good. Food quality was the only issue.
