P.F. Chang's - Orlando
It was great
The sauces to our meals were completely off I ordered Mongolian beef and it did not taste like it same for my husbands honey chicken the fried rice was ok it was just not what were used to with P.F. Chang’s
Been to PF's many times, this was probably the most disappointing. Food was barely room temperature. Egg rolls were almost cold. Main course dishes were no better.
Always consistent, never fails!
Good food and drinks, quite a slow service though. Don’t carry some of our fav teas anymore..like white tangerine.
Like what happened to someone else, we made reservations, got there a few minutes before the reservation, and they said we would be seated in 10-15 minutes. However, they kept seating people before us. After waiting an extra 25 minutes past our reservations I had to go up and ask what was going on. The main hostess (not the one that originally helped me) said that the other hostess had never even bothered to check us in. After the inconvenience, the Chang's Spicy Chicken was great, but the Beef Lo Mein was horrible.
First off, they didn’t have my reservation when I arrived. I was told that open table reservations have to be added manually by them. I had to wait 20 min past my reservation time to be seated. Our server was distracted and inattentive. My club soda and my son’s sprite were topped off with water. When we ordered, I ordered an additional “to go” meal. This order was never entered and we sat for 20 minutes waiting for that after we were finished and ready to leave.
Food was great. Service was great. Didn’t feel rushed
I love my PFC in Huntsville, AL. The dood in the Orlando location wasn’t properly cooked, in fact most of of our teammate were still frozen. Not a great experience but we still had an enjoyable evening.
Service was the worst I’ve ever had. The lady in a table next to us literally got up and left before her food came. Won’t go back.
Amazing family time with fantastic food!!
You can't go wrong with any PF Chang restaurant. We hadn't been in several years (we live on the West Coast of Canada) but enjoyed it as expected but it wasn't as good as we have experienced in other places hence why I gave our experience 4 stars instead of 5.
Birthday for our daughter
My experience at the PF Chang's was not a good one. I had to ask about my reservation when the time came up. We walked around the restaurant for an empty table but couldn't find one for us, we had to go back to the entrance to wait until anothe table was found. The only table available was actually by the bathroom entrance where people are going in and out. When asked about it, the manager or whoever he was, told us it was the best location away from the noise and all.
Good was delivered hot and tasty. Our server was informative and attentive.
Food was great as always. Had the dry rub ribs and bang bang shrimp appetizer. Both were excellent and for our main course we got the surf and turf with spinach substituted for the potatos and the orange peel chicken with brown rice. Both were excellent and our waiter Javier was very attentive and took great care of us. Will definitely go back to this location.
Great service food amazing
We had reservations and they upheld them despite us being 5-7 minutes late. Our waitress (I believe her name was Valerie-I cannot remember for sure) was kind and gave us attentive service despite it being such a busy night. She was quick and checked on us throughout to see if we needed anything else. The hostesses were also kind as we were coming/going.
Got seated right away! And on Valentine's Day no less!! And they were crowded! Service was great! Food was great!! Will definitely be back! 😁
Loved the new family style menu with options that let us share platters overall great experience and will be back for sure!
Arrived a few minutes before our reservation time. Hostess could not accommodate our request for a booth, even after realizing we requested it with our original reservation. Very poor service. If you reserve, be wary , might need to double check that they can even really accommodate your reservation.
Birthday- nice large booth- all the food hot tasty and pretty quick and service superb
It was a little chaotic when we got there... some food came out really cold, others lukewarm and others hot. Wish it was consistent
Went to PF Chang for the first time yesterday, and I must say I am thrilled. Everything from the circular booths to the service was great. I recommend the sweet and sour chicken and a old fashioned to follow it up.
Service is ok, messed up with the order.
We made reservations and they kept seating people before us. We had to wait an extra half hour past our reservations. I had to say something 3 times.
When seated, our waitress was attentive. Had great food! Foods expensive and how does a Chinese place not have fried rice?
I would go back, but menu is lacking and it’s expensive.
Awesome meal awesome service Great ambience! I would Highly recommend going
Understaffed for a Saturday night. Food was good, but took too long. Service was lacking as they appeared to be missing some servers.
I love Japanese and Chinese food, and PF Chang has a very authentic and delicious food
Had reservation and still had a 10 minute wait time. Front hostesses seemed a bit disorganized and one of them was rude to a group of customers. One hostess (blonde hair) told them 5 minutes because they are putting tables together. She leaves to do that and the other hostess (black hair) comes by and asked if they need a seat. They told her the blonde woman said 5 minutes, then this black haired host said it will be 20 minutes with a rude tone. The customers repeated themselves (it’s a big group btw, like 10 or so)...and the hostess said No, I am telling you it’s gonna be 20 minutes. That is no way to talk to a customer that brought their friends and family in to dine at your restaurant. She was not warm, nor welcoming and she should not represent PF Changs in this matter. We sat there watching this and I wish I had called the manager just to speak to him/her what I just saw.
As for our dining experience, getting refills took awhile and the server either was new or not trained well, but he was not like the previous servers we’ve had. He just needs a bit more touch of class. Some folks there looked a little rougher than usual. Maybe the restaurant was under staffed. Food was good though.
Food is always good but this experience had us waiting 90 minutes for our mains with some items still missing after multiple apologizes. Manager helped out but was not until we raised concerns.
I love the Chicken lettuce wraps! Valery was a great server, was a little busy so it took her a few minutes to refill my soda and the food took a while to come out. But everything was great and I had a good time.
Service and food were great! Unfortunately when I arrived there was no record of my reservation, that I had booked an hour and a half prior to. Although I had a confirmation sent to my email. The hostess added us to the hour and a half wait list. We ended up eating at the bar. A little disappointing, as my husband and I were out celebrating our anniversary.
Upon entering there was a wait however, it was a table for two and greeter sat us at a table immediately (kudos). Ordered lettuce wraps and was given the butt end of lettuce which was impossible to wrap. Server did bring new lettuce but that should of never happened (quality control). After our order was placed we waited nearly an hour for a salmon & chicken plates. Server checked several times. I spoke with the supervisor and was given a discount for our wait as a table entered nearly 30 minutes after us received their food before we received ours.
Food was alright but we just had an unlucky experience at this location. The surrounding tables seemed to be fine however one waiter wasn’t on his game & a guest refilled his own water glass. When waiter went by he didn’t seem to care! What was aggravating for me to watch is the restaurant was slowed down.
Good food. Very crowded. Typical for Friday nights.
Slow service and had to wait 15 mins past reservation time for table. Server told us manager had understaffed restaurant - which is a poor excuse for slow service.
Booked a table last minute and from moment we entered received great service. Our main food server Brian was excellent. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. He guided us on food choices and was probably the best server we have come across during this stay to Orlando. The food was fab so we would definitely recommend and will be back on our next visit to Orlando.
Glad we decided to have our New Year’s Eve dinner here. We started with the unsweetened mango iced teas which were very refreshing and the steamed shrimp dumplings. For our entrees, we had the Salt and Pepper Prawns, Mongolian Beef and Long Life Noodles. The beef was tender and perfectly seasoned. The prawns had a light crunchy coating and toasted salty black beans sprinkled on top. The side of noodles were a little spicy and maybe next time we’ll have the Lo Mein but plain instead. We enjoyed every bite of our dinner!
Made a reservation for Dec 31 dinner. It was crazy, kind of disorganized - at least the the reservation and line management. Things got better after we finally made it to our table, food was great, sadly they ran out of Fortune cookies early that evening -I know, not a biggie, but kids love them, and was a let down.
