My husband and I had a wonderful delicious dinner for our monthly date night. Service was a little slow, but nothing horrible. Food was incredibly good. Great quality

We made reservation at the wrong location, but they still treated us like we had one and even on Val day we didn’t have to wait!

They couldn’t find our reservations. After waiting and hour and a half we left

We will not return, because the restaurant is too small. The entryway is always blocked, 35 minute wait with reservation. The floors were dirty with food from the previous guest. The first plates were returned to the kitchen.

Actually got in before reservation time. Service was good and the food was very good but very pricy

The dish (tempura bowl) we came in for again a week later was no longer on the menu. Very disappointed as that was the reason we decided to go back on Valentines day.

Took my wife for Valentine’s Day. Everything was great except the new menu which is out of your control. The cauliflower appetizer is one of the main items we go to P.F. Chang’s for and its gone. Other than that Open table has been nothing but amazing for me.

We had a reservation for 7; waited a half hour to be seated.Drink order took 20 minutes plus.Had to remind three times to get a glass of ice requested when we sat down.

Food was very good,tasteful and generous portions.

Noise level very high; anyone with hearing g challenges would struggle.

Food was very good...one order was mixed up server(wrong fried rice was delivered) but served left the wrong fried rice for us and recognized the mistake and brought us the correct order to go. Nice way of dealing with mistake.

Faltaba poco para el cierre, asi q mientras comiamos limpiaban eñ piso, cerraron la barra, la cocina ofrecio lo que quiso y no el menu completo etc. nosotros llegamos a la hora reservada puntualmente, NO deberian ofrecer ese horario si no van a trabajar completos y con ganas

I have always loved PF Changs. But what a HUGE disappointment!!! The place was empty. Unusual for PFChangs. When we got our food, we knew why. Chicken lettuce wraps had good filling. But why give us lettuce leaves that were so hard to use? They gave us the lettuce core. In the past lettuce leaves were cut, ready to use and easy to pull apart. They said they ran out of eggplant and chicken. The two chicken orders we were able to get before they ran out, were terrible. Orange Peel Chicken the usual way and Orange Peel Chicken without being battered and fried were both dry, chewy, sauce was gross. By the way, we later heard the next table ordering chicken and not being told they were out. Spinach was good in the Chilean Seabass dish, but the Chilean Seabass did not have the moist texture of Chilean Seabass and was fishy, maybe it wasn't fresh? Off the menu Dan Dan noodles lacked the usual slight chewiness and elasticity. Can't believe they were out of eggplant. Service was good.

Fresh ingredients make all the difference. Food is ALWAYS fresh and flavorful. We travel 40 minutes just to eat here. What made the experience even more enjoyable was our server, Bianca! SHOUT-OUT TO BIANCA!!!

Great restaurant but too long of a wait. The food wasn’t worth the price. I’ve gotten the same food at Panda for a lower price without the hour wait. Great customer service by the servers

It was awesome! The server was very informational and helpful with helping decide on what to get. He did not let us down!

Hice una reservación por open table y cuando llegue al lugar tuve que esperar 15 minutos por que su sistema no está configurado con open table eso me dijo la que me atendió el servicio en este lugar muy lento

Definitely not as good as it’s been in the past. The meat from all our dishes was overcooked and hard. Seemed old and dried out like it was sitting there. Definitely did not appear to be freshly cooked. In addition, ordered an appetizer of kimchi fries and received no kimchi. When asked the server advised the kitchen was out of kimchi. How LOW is that to serve something and try to pass it off. Would not expect something like that from and “upper class” place like this. Very disappointing

We had a 7 pm reservation and got seated at 7:45.

We booked a table and checked in at that time. They were very busy, I thought we were overlooked but we were just still waiting for a table. They had large groups that were taking a lot of the tables that night. Our wait was about another 15-20 minutes. The server came right away to ask about drinks and appetizers then took our order. Wait time for food was average. The food was delicious. Loved the spring rolls, good size for the price. The walnut shrimp is awesome and had enough to take home. The orange chicken had a little heat to it but still very good. I highly recommend this restaurant.

our meal took 55 minutes after we ordered the restaurant was under staffed and not able to handle a full house this is the busiest time of year in Orlando it should not of been a surprise

Wait time was longer than anticipated, even with a reservation. This PF Chang’s is always more busy than a normal store should be. I hope they open another location in the tourist area.

Really pleased with the family size Mongolian beef that comes with the lo mein noodles (really delicious!); the portion of salt and pepper shrimp though seemed to have shrunk. The BBQ ribs appetizer wasn’t tender enough. Still a solid meal but not 5 star this time. Service was good!

very long wait even though we had a booking for 7.30 we got food at 9.15

We made a reservation for 7:15. The lobby was really busy with several reservations ahead of us. Despite the rude service at the hostess stand, we decided to sit at the bar at 8:10 pm since our table wasn’t even close to being ready.

If it was that backed up, honesty and transparency is needed. We would’ve either chosen to eat there or visit another restaurant in the area. No one should have to wait 55+minutes for a reservation.

Brian at the bar was FABULOUS! He served great drinks and the food was served hot and quick.

We had a few issues, but the manager wads amazing and took care of everything right away. Very attentive. We have been to several locations of PFC and this is by far the best we've seen. High recommended.

We had a terrible experience at this PF Chang’s. Our first course did not arrive until 25 minutes after we ordered it, the waitress was nice but a looking around the restaurant there were more people looking for food than enjoying a meal. This is a PF Chang’s to be avoided.

Had a reservation for 9 pm. Showed up at 830 didn’t get seated until 930.

Server had a poor attitude.

Everything was great. It just not my favorite place to eat personally. Service was great though.

The restaurant was out of edemame yet the server gave us a free bowl of soup. Then the wrong entree was delivered and we couldn’t find our server to let him know. Over 12 min later someone else delivered our correct entry. No compensation was granted. We were very disappointed with our service.

Reserved online. Seated promptly. Food appeared quickly. No issues. Enjoyed our dinner.
