I can always count on PF Changs for a great meal and good service. As of yet I have not found a good Chinese restaurant in Utah, but I can depend on PF Changs to deliver.

Got us seated quickly but then waited 45 minutes for our appetizers and almost an hour for our entrees. Food portions were small and quality of the food isn’t what it used to be. Won’t be going back.

In a state with no decent Asian food restaurants, thank goodness for P.F.Changs. sadly the place wasn't very busy, which is bad for this restaurant. We had a good meal and the service was good.

When we go out to eat which is quite often, One of the most important things is that our food is hot. This place is not cheap so I expect premium service. I always hold the server accountable for making sure our food is delivered hot. Our food was cold like it had maybe had been sitting for some time in the kitchen. So I have to give PFChangs a poor rating and since I vote with my dollars we won’t be going here for a while.

Great restaurant for variety of menu choices, good to great food, good service, all in a comfortable, casual atmosphere. A bit of a wait to be seated for lunch this trip, not usually the case with an Open Table reservation, assume will be a one time instance. Enjoy eating at P.F. Chang's.

Went out with my wife for dinner and wanted something close and reliably good. Was able to get a last minute reservation so we didn’t have to wait. We got the chili garlic green beans for an appetizer. They were good and not too spicy for my wife. For dinnerI ordered the Kung Pao Shrimp. It was delicious. It is my go to if I ever go to PFC. My wife ordered the Mongolian Beef and it too was great. She normally gets the ginger chicken and broccoli and said she slightly enjoys that more but had no regrets with her order. The service was attentive and on point. You can’t go wrong with PF Changs. This trip didn’t disappoint.

We made the reservation with Open Table and I received confirmation of the reservation. When we arrived they had no reservation for me. They were able to get us in. The food and service was great as usual.

They told me open table reservation doesn’t connect to their restaurant’s system so I was lucky it wasn’t busy when I arrived. That would of been frustrating.

Arrived to a very busy restaurant and all waiting areas full. Was asked to “wait for a few minutes” and that we would be seated “as quickly as possible” which turned into an over 45 minute wait. Party after party was sat before us until we were finally sat and the restaurant cleared out yet it took 15 minutes to get cocktails and our sushi appetizer came out before them, which was ordered 5-10 minutes after the sushi. All of the delays are understandable as both of us [a party of 2] have worked in restaurants. I attribute this failure to the poor management of the staff who not once visited any tables or or assisted the staff in the 2+ hours at the establishment. But because of this experience I will definitely not be revisiting this or any affiliated restaurants, Cheesecake Factory, BWW, etc. because the food is meh...and and the management in place in the area don’t really care about the patrons or staff. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND supporting these businesses, and will continue to support local restaurants. Just glad we had a gift card to “comp” the bill down to a reasonable price because the manager failed to recognize there were many failures but alas they had no remorse because all they cared about was getting our money, not providing a good experience.

Our waitress, Lucy, was amazing! The coconut cooler drinks are awesome! Ever dish we ordered turned out delicious! We were even given a birthday dessert for celebrating my husband's birthday!

The food was great but the restaurant told us they didn’t have a reservation. They said that Open Table doesn’t always communicate their reservations to the actual restaurant. So that was a pain!

It’s was overall good birthday dinner. Our waiter was great, he let us know ahead of time that he was also bar tending and that we wouldn’t see him as much, but he did better than most waiters I’ve had. I was really impressed on the waiter. The food was alright, my wife and I left feeling a little sick, but the waiter won us over. Would go back for him.

Although they initially didn’t find our reservation it was handled quickly and without issue. They got my order wrong too but they fixed it quickly and let us just keep the incorrect dish which worked out since there were a lot of us and others could eat it. The bill amount was great for 6 people. Overall it was a good experience.

I made a reservation for 6:30 and it was honored. We sat at a table that seemed too close to the other people eating next to us and our food took a while to come (understandable because it was Valentine’s Day). Besides that it was good! Great service and the waitress brought us strawberry lemonade for free because of the food wait.

We enjoyed a great dinner with friends. The wait for the food was a little long, but our server noticed it and comped us with free dessert. He was very attentive and the food was good as usual. We love the honey walnut shrimp!
