P.F. Chang's - Northville Township
Did not find it too attractive a venue for a birthday celebration.
Too loud and service was ok at best.
Food was ok nothing great either.
Even though i mentioned birthday celebration in the reservation, the staff did not acknowledge birthday in the party.
Always excellent food
Fun, excellent food and great atmosphere! Cheers!
Love PF Changs! The tables at this restaurant are pretty close to each other. It made it difficult to walk around them without disturbing people to make it to our table and I am not a big person. Food was yummy as always!!
Fried rice was very good. The chicken and beef dishes were also very good. You won't leave hungry. They are willing to alter their entrees to meet your requests. They can make entrees more or less spicy and add vegetables. RSVP is suggested as they get busy during dinner hours.
Service was the worst I have experienced at a PF Chang’s.
Manager on duty could not have been bothered to jump in and help our struggling server (so bad) until our table started to complain.
Lots of employees standing around yet dirty dishes piled up in front of us, no clean plates for entrees, drinks slow, then the check was all messed up and the manager finally jumped in...mind you there was about 4 other tables in the entire restaurant at the time and the host was on his phone... so sad to see what was once a great place for a business meal go downhill like that.
Courteous, friendly service from beggining till the end.
Only negative thing was that we were seated very close to the bathroom entrance
when there were plenty of other table for 4 available includign booth.
Usually we enjoy this restaurant but the food quality was just not good recently. Small protein portions and undercooked vegetables. Really disappointing.
Had another good dining experience at PF Changs. Our waiter Steven was awesome! I was there at prime dinner time on a Saturday evening holding a meeting. We took way longer than expected but Steven never rushed us or seemed inpatient. He was attentive the entire time.
We will be back soon, my husband loves the Lobster and Shrimp Fried Rice. I enjoy the shrimp dumplings and lettuce wraps. The cocktails at PF Chang's are very enjoyable as well. Their house made ginger beer Moscow Mule is wonderful and their Asian Pear Mojito are a couple of my favorites.
Food was good. The restaurant evidently has multiple ways to make reservations and they did not find mine at first. Seemed like they were seating people with reservations that were not made through open table first. The restaurant was half empty when we first got there and yet we still waited 10 minutes before being seated. It took almost 10 more minutes before a server came to the table. Once we got that far, service was very good. Lettuce wraps were great as was the pepper steak. My wife's ginger chicken was kind of bland. She refused to complain but added salt and pepper at home and said it was much better.
Can’t beat happy hour drinks and apps at PFC!
The waiter was great! The food overall was delicious!
Way too many green scallions on Mongolian beef and the Pat tai (sp?). They were half the Mongolian beef and a third of the plate of Pat Tai. Why? So many we thought at first they were green beans. The lobster roll and tempura sushi was excellent as was the crispy honey shrimp and spicy green beans. They ran out of sticky rice for sushi so gave us an entree in place of one sushi. Overall it was good with a few odd things.
Reservation did not work. Said they didn't have open table. Why are they listed on this app?
Most of the food is salty.
So we have to ask for it less.
Another fabulous meal at one of our favorite dining establishments. Thanks Billy and crew!
Everything was fine. Server was fabulous and compensated for the pretty good food. We stayed a long while and she was happy and attentive the entire time. Food not as good as my “regular” PFC IN Ann Arbor, no idea why. Long term fan and that hasn’t changed.
We had a very enjoyable meal. The calamari is delicious!
Great service, good menu choices, well prepared and attractive in the plate.
We had the best waitress ever!
Warm and welcoming atmosphere, scrumptious food and excellent service (thanks Matt!) brings us back frequently. Cheers!
Fish was over cooked and rubbery. Sauce on fish was seemingly slightly burned. At least it had an off flavor. Best part of the meal was the beer. I didn’t even like the dish eaten by the guy I was with (he let me try it). I won’t be back.
We had a late lunch there on a Sunday afternoon. We beat the church rush so it was relatively quiet. We got our appetizers and drinks within a reasonable time. Our main course was served hot and we were well attended to. Only downside is that it is extremely drafty in there. You KNEW when the door was open. Made it a little uncomfortable but other than that, good experience.
Good food, great service. Management/server offered service “above and beyond”, addressing a concern which was not of their doing. It was very much appreciated.
Service was fantastic. Our food was very good and we had enough left over for another day.
Great food and service. Small portions. But pricey.
Good location off major roads. Fine service and great food. A little pricey but their periodic free sushi and other discounts help a lot. Definitely join their frequent diner program.
