LOVE the new lunch specials. The spicy chicken was very good and the hot ginger peach tea was also very nice. Service was friendly but a bit slow.

Upon being seated, we waited for our server for over 20 minutes and ultimately ended up leaving the restaurant before we even got water or service.

Our server Grant was great! Only problem I had was that my rewards points did not get added to my account and I had to email someone to get it credited to my account.

this once wonderful restaurant has lost it's way, cut out so many layers of service and quality in the name of profits -- still a good venue for asian food but that's even debatable with it's price points ... not to late to adjust course and celebrate the original experience but time is running out

The service was terrible. Our order came out entree first then appetizers. I had to remind the server twice about the soup order and his response was that the fish only takes 10 minutes to come out. My reply was how long does it take soup to come out, knowing full well he never put the soup orders in. One bowl came and I had to ask yet again for the other two bowls. The food is basic Chinese food. Nothing special with a high price tag. The floor was dirty with used napkins on it. The hostess just waved me through to wander the restaurant to find my partial party already seated. The front end management of this location is not good. We won’t be back. BTW our reservation was for 5pm so it wasn’t even during a rush time. No excuses.

Great food and service! The Mongolian beef and Sesame chicken were outstanding! Our waiter, KD, was excellent! He should be commended for his service!

Dined here with a gluten free family member. PF Chang’s has a great gluten free selection and even serves gluten free dishes on red plates, making it easy to know what is gluten free and what isn’t. Service was great as well!
