P.F. Chang's - Northpark
Egg Drop Soup
Food was excellent, We both thought the server was not pleasant and was not very good or attentive.
Met a customer there for lunch. Ambiance was great. Music was a bit loud for my preference so sitting across from my customer I felt like I had to speak a Luke more loudly than I normally do, and I'm kinda loud as it is, lol. But other than that, good as great, service was wonderful, price was great. I do recommend.
Thanks! We’ll share this with our team! Hope to see you soon!
We go all the time. Love north park PF Chang’s! Love getting our valet parking validated too!!
Thanks for sharing this! We’ll make sure to share this with our team! We hope to see you soon!
Made a reservation and were first taken directly to a table right by hostess stand. Asked her to move us further from entrance and people sitting and staring at us that were waiting on tables. She walks us ten feet and sits us right next to kids. On purpose. There were plenty of seats by windows.
If you make a reservation, I would think you should get a better pick of seats. Food was very good though.
Reservations were easy to set and modify as needed. They accommodated our unexpected guest without a blink. Service was great and all was well. Thanks!!!
The food is always good. The service was a little slow but sufficient.
Always good food
I was surprised to see more gluten free options on the menu.
Food is not very good. P.F.Chang’s is another example of a restaurant that was ruined by corporate people. You can get better food at Panda Express. We will not go back.
Service was incredibly slow. It took 10-15 minutes for server to return with our beverages so we could order food. And we just ordered soft drinks. They were not at all busy. We were also disappointed that we could not order the lunch portion on a Sunday. We did not see on the virtual menu that it was not on the weekends. But they were not willing to make an exception. Food was on par with past visits.
Was seated in conjunction with our reservation. Stephanie, our server, was great. She was super busy and very attentive.
Great food in great atmosphere! I recommend it highly!
We have been dining at P.F. Chang’s for more than 15 years. The past year the service & food has declined & we just thought it was the challenge of COVID... however our experience in November & then Christmas Eve at the Northpark Dallas location was beyond anything we could pass off on COVID-19 struggles. Even with virtually NO customers in the restaurant, the drink orders (for only 3 of us) took over 20 minutes... the main course was served before we got out appetizers... I could go on, but I feel it is a waste of my time.
The service was terrible. Food was great, but despite having a reservation (which was the bright spot, we walked right in to our table) it was downhill from there. It was freezing and we asked to move to a spot by the window and host said "no". Despite our reservation, they left those spots open to walk ins. It was so cold inside the experience was just uncomfortable. The service was just flat terrible. We waited 15 min to even be greeted by our waitress. She could only recall one thing at a time, so do not ask for a drink refill and more sauce, you would only get one of those, not both. Tons of places to eat around there, I think I will pick another one next time.
Great attentive service!
Enjoyed dining on patio.
The worst service I’ve received at a restaurant in many years. Host/hostess did not care about getting us table, I finally asked if our table was ready, “oh yes right this way”. Worst part, you could tell the sever had not been trained. Zero management presence on the floor, I had to ask for the manager. Bless his heart he had not been trained as well. After he listened to my complaint then he asked “What can I do to make it right?” I told him I wasn’t looking forward anything comped, I wanted him to know that the server had not been trained properly and that had a manger been walking the floor and doing table checks they would’ve seen the issues. P F Chang’s missed multiple opportunities for additional sales, what a waste.
Hadn’t been to PF Chang’s since moving to Dallas - and I now wonder why I hadn’t been earlier! The food was amazing - the service great. Definitely recommended!
We were seated in a booth right by the kitchen; definitely took away from the ambience & our dining experience. All the servers were working hard & the traffic pattern & flow made us feel almost in the way. Our server was tired & somewhat distracted. Overall not a great experience like we’ve had in the past.
Great flavors and very large portions. Had potstickers and edamame for appetizers; followed with Mongolian beef and wonderful Honey shrimp with fried rice.
Very good friendly waiter-Tomas.
Will definitely be back!
Last time we were at this location the service was very poor. Definite change. Everyone was very attentive. We must have had 6 different people help with parts of the meal. Food good as always. Back on our regular list.
Poor and inattentive service. The food was substandard and the wait to pay or even offer other items was pitiful. I have been to other locations and this was very disappointing.
We enjoy the food selections, and always enjoy the dry rub ribs, lettuce wraps, green bean appetizer and cocktails. Nice staff and service. Highly recommend.
Waiter was slow to attend to us
Great food. Our waiter was really good. Got our food in a
Great service. Always love coming in. Lunch time is the best.
Drink refills are hard to come by. Especially after check is paid.
Food is high quality and environment warm and fun.
Great place to meet friends for happy hour and then stay for dinner! Nice variety of happy hour menu items and drinks.
Although a little late date wise, we had a wonderful Chinese New Year Brunch last Sunday at PFC. The egg drop soup was delicious as was the lobster starter. Our Sea Bass entire was served on a bed of spinach and was out standing.
Great as always!
We went out for an early Valentine's dinner. The food was delicious. We couldn't find Dan Dan Noodles on the menu but our waiter Geotge assured us it was available. Speaking of George... He was so attentive but not too attentive., very helpful with suggestions, accommodating with special requests, and such a pleasant guy.
Great location and food! Valet parking very convenient
We came here for our son's birthday dinner (he's 2) since he loves the food and we figured this would be a kid-friendly place. We asked for his food to come out first, which it did, which is always nice. We had an issue with my husband's cocktail being rung in incorrectly but our waitress couldn't have been nicer and let us have it while they made the correct one. When the right one was brought over they included an additional cocktail for him (not sure how appropriate of a way that is to celebrate a toddler's birthday haha but my husband was certainly excited!). The food was good, it's not going to be the most authentic as it's PF Chang's but still enjoyable. The cherry on the cake was our waitress putting a candle on our son's mini dessert and even staying to sing happy birthday to him with us.
It was a great experience. Service was great.
This is our guilty pleasure before seeing a movie at Northpark. Great options for appetizers and entrees! We don't try anything unusual... Because the basics are so great! Beef w/broccoli and hot and sour soup for me... Wonton soup and Kung Pao chicken for my husband.
Decided to meet up with friends and family to celebrate a birthday, thanks to the staff at P.F. Chang’s for accommodating us!
Waitress was awesome but hostess was rude and not accommodating. Reservation was for 6:30 but she said she hadn’t been checking the open table notifications. Then she made us wait until 6:55 to be seated while she seated walk ins ahead of us for twenty minutes to the plethora of empty tables. I complained to a different hostess and she sat me down immediately. Which was nice but also annoying considering I could’ve apparently been seated right away the whole time.
