3 out of 5 stars I usually enjoy P.F. Chang’s, but my experience this time was mixed. As with previous visits, my OpenTable reservation didn’t show up in their system. Luckily, the restaurant wasn’t busy, so we were seated quickly without too much trouble. The menu has good variety, but the portions don’t always match the price. My dish had a ton of lo mein and barely any Mongolian beef, which was disappointing. The veggie spring rolls tasted stale, like they’d been frozen and refried more than once. I still like P.F. Chang’s overall and think this may have just been an off day, but I’d love to see more consistency with both the food and reservation process.

Very crowded on Mother’s Day, so service was slow. The waiter was very nice and gave us free appetizer and dessert. Food was great.

Haven’t been in years and stopped in with my husband on an unexpected date night. The service was amazing our waitress was so kind, made recommendations, and even offered a free appetizer. Bottles of wine were 50% off to our surprise. Good meal and value!

P.F. Chang’s at Northlake was a great choice for our group. When we arrived, we discovered that OpenTable had not sent over our confirmed reservation. After showing my confirmation emails and allowing the hostess to view my app, she seated us within 10 minutes. Overall, the food was delicious. The couple with us are vegetarians, and they raved about the vegetarian options. I had the Mongolian beef with lo mein, and my husband had the shrimp with fried rice—both were excellent. The plating was a bit unusual, as the dishes came in separate bowls, and my husband’s rice was served in the same bowl as our friend’s husband’s, as if for family-style sharing. That was unexpected. Other than that, we had a great time. I would recommend the restaurant but would book directly with them rather than using OpenTable

We had reservations and wasn’t seated until 30 minutes after when my wife asked for the third time. We could see open seating, so that was frustrating. The floors were filthy with food everywhere and the bathrooms were nasty with no towel or toilet paper in the women’s bathroom.

We went there on New Year’s Eve. The food was very disappointing. My Mongolian beef was hard and burnt at the edges, and the accompanying greens were old and tough. My companions rice was okay but nothing to write home about. Very disappointing indeed.
