We checked open table prior to arriving, saw great availability, so we just walked in. Front desk told everyone it was a 1:45 to 2 hour wait. Most people left. Did not offer to seat us outside, then 15 minutes later a group asked to sit outside and was promptly seated, while we waited. We made reservations with open table, received confirmation, and then went to the front desk with our reservation. The front desk told us that they were not connected to open table- and our reservation was not valid. She was easily able to confirm my name and reservation confirmation somehow though. They did seat us within 45 minutes- but the whole experience was spoiled by the unhelpful and confrontational front desk staff.

Aubrey was our server she was negligent. She placed our order wrong then very rarely came back to the table. She never refilled our beverages and we had to consistently remind her of things that were missing. The manager was friendly and apologized for the issues, even when Aubrey brought our check she didn't apologizes for the issues.

I hadn't been there in a few years, food was not as good as I remembered. I used to love the Kung Pao Chicken but they changed it and it really wasn't that great. There was no cocktail menu, we were told to use the QR code to look it up but still couldn't find it, ended up doing a Google search and stumbled on one. I'm in no hurry to go back.

I love PF Changs it is always an awesome time and the servers are very nice. The meal is comparable to none and we always have more than enough to take home.

Their open table reservations do not convert to their system. We made reservation on opentable and they didn’t have a table booked for us. However the hostess was really nice to get us seated ASAP!

Mostly all associates were wearing face masks and in compliance with North Carolina Covid regulations. However, one of the food runners had his mouth covered but not his nose. Not good considering he’s carrying customers food out. Additionally, 3 customers in one group were sat while not wearing any masks. They were walked past several tables of customers eating food and none of the 3 had masks on. My opinion is they should not have been sat due to the NC Covid regulations. We will not return based upon these guidelines not being followed.

The staff said that that the open table app reservations were “glitchy” and they had no record of our 7:30 pm reservation. That added us to the list and we were seated at 8:05 pm.
Not ideal but the staff was delightful and we were very well cared for once we were seated. So after wonderful service and a delicious meal ....all Was Forgiven!

When we arrived and checked in, we were told that the open table app was down and our reservations couldn’t be located. Instead of moving us to the front of the list, we were added as walk in guests...at the back of the 45 minute line.

Once seated, it took our waitress 10 minutes to appear and introduce herself. Another 5 minutes for beverages. Food was timely and delicious.

Overall, just a bad experience other than the food.

We made a reservation for valentines and it was so crowded that it took 20 mins to find parking and the area in front of the host/hostess was packed. We had a toddler and had to leave. We went back the next week and still crowded but manageable and the food was great!

I love PFC...everyone knows its my favorite place...i only made reservations and went tonight because today is my birthday but the quality of the food matched the atmosphere!! It was rushed and not as good or look as good as usually...we had a great waitress Jordan...and i got a cute dessert for my birthday!! I will never give up on PFC but probably won't go on Valentine's Day again!!

Valentines dinner so of course it was noisy, packed and a little slow, but overall they handled everything great. Had 6:45 reservations but it was well after 7 before we were seated and after 8 before our food came out, but as i said, it was valentines day so we were expecting it.

Chaos at checkin. Made a 6:30 PM "reservation." 90 minutes later after being told "15 minutes" and "you're next" to no avail and seeing more people coming than leaving, my friend claimed a table in the bar area. After finding a table, our waiter and food were very good...except my friend's vegan meal had ZERO tofu, followed by a full bill after my friend said she didn't want to be billed for something she didn't get. But the waiter was...nice...
We have eaten here before with no issues. I don't think they are able to accommodate the number of people coming in both with and without "reservations" on busy nights. It was Valentine's Day.

Sucks!! Made reservations for 630 for three they could make it a quarter after seven he would see multiple people multiple parties I just walked in and we sat there and waited and waited and waited asked about what the wait time was since we had a reservation for 630 got a deer in the headlights look couldn’t comprehend the question apparently really sucks the worst place I’ve ever eaten out for a PF Chang’s
I would never recommend this place in Charlotte again for anyone who makes a reservation because apparently if they don’t know how to manage their reservations or their staff which is poorly trained

My wife and I celebrated our 13th anniversary. I called to make reservations and was told none were available until after 10:00pm. I hung up accessed open table and had choices of reservations between 6:45, 7:00 or 7:45 pm. Why did I have to go through open table? Then I got there and the little girl and the hostess receiving desk had a real attitude. I was informed they would seat us as soon as possible. As if she was discouraging me from eating there. I explained that my reservations were for 7:45 and my expectation was to be seated by then. I tried to get the managers attention multiple times but was avoided. The food was not up to par and the manager and first impression from being addressed at the front desk was less than desirable. I will say our waiter was the highlight of the evening by far!

Ok, so I rarely feel strongly enough to review anything unless it’s a truly outstanding experience. I do have an outstanding experience to tell, but it’s not outstanding in a good way😑. My friend and were in Charlotte this weekend with the Oprah’s 2020 Vision tour. After a busy day at the Spectrum center, we were tired and hungry. We had the sweetest waitress. She did everything right, was attentive and very conscientious about my whole food allergy thing. About mid way through dinner she was taking a large tray of food to a large party behind our table and slipped or tripped, not even sure what happened but the hot food went all down the side my arm and thigh and leg, in my chair, splattered on my ankles and shoes. I literally couldn’t get up until they cleaned the food and broken plates from around me. Of course, she’s mortified and I am too. Now it’s important to pay attention to the rest of this story because I am not complaining about the waitress who accidentally did this. She did everything right up until that accident and reacted just how she should’ve after it. The MANAGER however, never came over in the midst of this chaos. He met me on my way to the bathroom and said what just happened. I said “I’m not sure if she tripped or slipped, but accidentally spilled her tray down me. Let me go clean this up and I’ll talk to you more.” No one offered me towels or anything to go clean up with so I did my best with paper towels that just disintegrated. I was a sticky mess and my clothes are ruined. When I finally came out he was nowhere to be found, and he never once came to our table. In fact I never laid eyes on him again and was given our bill to pay in full. We were not offered even a free drink, dessert, or sorry about that from the manager! Absolutely worst business practices I’ve ever witnessed from a manager. He should take lessons from the waitress on how to appropriately react to situations.

We arrived on time for our reservation but it took another 45 minutes to seat us then an hour after that we still did not have our food. When we finally got it the food was delicious as usual. I’ve never had such a bad experience at PF Changs.

Took my daughter out for her birthday. Made reservation on open table was told it would be 5 minutes, then was told they didn’t have a table for us and it would be over an hour and a half. Not a happy father.

Our service was phenomenal and our server should be commended. She was very pleasant and attentive and I wish I could remember her name. The food was very good and came out timed appropriately between appetizer and entree. Unfortunately there was lot of young children in the restaurant and their noise volume was a bit annoying at times. But, not the restaurants fault, parents didn’t seem to care to tend to them. I do believe that the seating set-up for the restaurant doesn’t help with acoustics. Between the young children’s banter and the loud music, it was a little much at times. But on a whole, we still enjoyed a nice meal.

We had reservations for 7 and weren’t seated until 7:35. We didn’t order until almost 8. Food came out at 8:45. The food isn’t worth the wait.

Last 2 visits both food and service disappointing...Both times servers deliver food w/o removing previous empty plates. Food quality has gone down. Mongolian Beef overcooked, Rice dry.

Visiting on a Thursday evening, I had made reservations through open table. I was still parking the car when the rest of the party went inside. They were told there WAS NO RESERVATION for us but that they would try to seat us. When I got in, I asked the FOUR ladies at the hostess stand to double-check on the reservation. They said, no reservation. I told them I had made the reservations two days earlier in open table and could show them the email. Suddenly, they found the reservation. Why does it take FOUR people to so this job so poorly???

After we were seated, the rest of the evening was very good. Our server, Johnny, was very attentive and worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed thought the dinner. The restaurant manager even checked in with us and helped with navigating the menu for one of us with severe food allergies. She was able to help identify a custom solution which turned out to be delicious and safe.

If you can stomach the apathy, ineptitude, and lack of customer focus at the front door, the rest of your dinner should be really good.

Another great experience!! Our server was the best yet. We sat in the bar area, and she was on top of everything. When you are eating spicy food you never want to run out of a drink and we NEVER did. Top of the line server. We will be back soon!
