The server was tending the bar and the tables. We ordered a Togo order while eating our meal and had to ask for the Togo order 2 times. She forgot and we walked up to the front to ask again

The Shrimp with Lobster Sauce is the best dish I have had there. Though I wish they would take some of the carbs of their dishes. There is enough just with the rice alone. The shrimp dish was one of the lowest carb dishes. I guess too many hidden sugars in the sauces.

I had dined at this location on several occasions previously and generally enjoyed the experience. My recent visit was a disappointment overall. The dining table was sticky and a Lo mein order was served cold. The previous diffused lighting had been replaced with overhead lights that were too bright, and the resulting ambience was more appropriate for a cafeteria.

The food was good and it was a decent value, but they need a new Manager. At least 20-25 people were waiting on a table, while several tables were empty for 15 minutes or more. It struck me that they were very unorganized.

Good thing we had a 5:30 reservation for our group. Wait staff was good. Things took longer than we expected to arrive - our drinks, apps and entrees - and that was before tables began to fill up in the restaurant. We finally finished eating and paying our tab by 7:50 pm. I would think people who arrived at 6:30 or later ended up spending even more time than that b4 going home for the night.

Staffing issue the night we went. Backed up kitchen, etc. lettuce wraps were decent. Calamari was over cooked but they comped us which was nice. Mongolian beef was good. Pork fried rice was excellent.

Food was excellent. Best Kung pao chicken and Mongolia beef we’ve had in a long time! Service was so-so as it seemed there was some confusion on who was serving which tables. Our server was friendly but rushed and a bit overwhelmed. All in all it was a great foodie experience!

Poorly managed restaurant. 50 minute wait time from the start of our reservation to the time we got something other than water delivered to our table. Poor follow up from manager, no apologies, just excuses. Will think twice before eating here again. Service and atmosphere is definitely lacking.

Beef and broccoli was “okay”. Meat was somewhat dry and broccoli was pre steamed. The seasoning is very good but the meat was terrible.

Our server was great, but the food was a little lacking this time. Chicken and shrimp were over cooked, and entrées came to the table lukewarm instead of hot.

Everything was pretty good …. except we had 6:15 reservations and many walks in came that got seated before us . Then we got seated around 15 later and put into a small booth for 4 of us. I asked about the bigger booth right across from us, they said no. Then 2 minutes later they sat a party of 2 in the big booth. That irritated me. It was strange that they also called to confirm about names of birthday celebrants , but when time for dessert the waitress had no clue we were there for a birthday. The food was good, fresh and hot.

We celebrated my mom's 103 birthday, and this place went out of their way to make it special. The table was set beautifully and there was not only a special dessert, but a card waiting for her at the table. Kudos.

Hadn’t been in years and thought we’d give it a try again. Drinks were excellent as well as the service. Dumplings had zero flavor. Rest of the food we ordered was meh. For 3 people, 3 drinks, 4 appetizers, and 2 entrees the bill was a whopping $170. For Northbrook, for P.F. Chang’s! Insane.
