P.F. Chang's - Newport Beach

We had excellent service, wish I asked their names.
Food was mediocre. Very small portions for average price 18.00 each. Steamed rice served cold.
Too many restaurants with far better food/value.

Meh! Food was okay, but nothing spectacular. The waiter seemed a little checked out and not too attentive. He forgot to take a discounted item off the bill so we had to wait a bit ,but no big deal. I guess there was a reason we hadn't been there in awhile. It's just not as good as it used to be.

Booked with Open Table and we were seated within 5 minutes even though there was a waiting line. Brought friends that had never been to PF Changs before and happily they had the usual terrific food and service.

The drink pitchers are ridiculous. 1 pitcher holds 2 drinks but is more then 2xs the cost? Why are the pitchers half the size of regular pitchers?

The greeting at the front was nice and the table was prompt. Our server, Jeff, was very nice and attentive. The food was delicious.

I have dined at a few different P.F. Chang's, and I can state without hesitation, the Newport Beach location has better food than the rest, and the service is always great! The ocean view setting is very nice as well.

Had chicken dish. Very good. Also had beef dish. First one under beef on the menu. Meat very tough dry and chewy. Would not order that again.

Good has gone down hill and to top it off there was a black hair in my food

booked on Open Table and finally seated 30 mins after our reservation. As we waited people at desk stated that waiting list was over an hour as new people appeared. Should our time not have been available as it was not made available?

We love PF Chang's in Newport. The service, food and ambiance is always great.

The rice wasn’t gluten free and we ordered gluten free very disappointing and not a good meal. I have celiac and the manager didn’t check on us. Waiter Matt was exceptional and very pleasant. Thanks again Matt

GREAT WAITER!!

My spouse and I came here for our anniversary. We live this restaurant. Our specialty cocktails were very good. We each ordered an entree and had to take half home as the portions are large.

Great seats beside the window looking out on the ocean.

PF Chang food is consistently good, and this was excellent again. Great table with a lovely view, terrific service, and a superb evening with an out of town guest.

Cathy the bartender server was great! The food was excellent!

The manager, hostess, bar staff are all exceptional. The food is incredible. The double pan fried Noodles with chicken and the Mongolian beef are unreal dishes!

It was a birthday dinner and the whole staff gave me a birthday card!! I also got free dessert and everything was delicious. Our servers were attentive and the manager fits her "how's it going?" check, but it was actually conversational and so friendly unlike other places where it's just mandatory and awkward. We had such a surprisingly awesome time. Also, you can see the ocean from the tables!

Wonderful as always! Never disappoints! Fantastic view. Truly an enjoyable night out after the theater.

Our server forgot our soups and my friend's lunch order. We told the manager when she stop by our table but nothing was done. We were expecting some type of service recovery from the manager. Really disappointing. Probably won't return for a long time.

Always great food that is consistently prepared to an excellent standard. Our server, Michelle, was wonderful. Try the Volcano Roll! You’ll ‘lava’ it! ;)

We especially love the Salt & Pepper Prawns and Orange Chicken. The Happy Hour wine prices from 3 - 6 pm, even in dining room are appreciated as well. We'll be back often.

Always great!

We had a great waiter. We always order the lettuce wraps and the waiter took the time to tell us how they cut them so perfectly. The food is always consistent no matter which PF Chang’s you visit.
The only thing my husband and I commented on was how dark the restaurant was.

Service was slow but food was worth waiting for. It was Oscars night so kitchen was slammed with to go orders. Manager came over to us and other tables and explained the situation.

The waiting area is too small

We usually enjoy PF Chang's, but this time the food and service were average at best. Think new staff because the service was slow and unorganized and food was cold by the time it arrived.

No power in the mall and one by one each restaurant lost power.
The time it took to get the food was beyond normal expectations.
The 2 woman next to us were compensated and got free meals. They acted like witches with a capital B.
We are a polite couple and always enjoy PFC.
Nice people never finish first i guess!

A great place to share a good meal while watching the sunset. We shared wonton soup (delicious!), dim sum and lo mein. The perfect blend of flavors.

Waited forever for soup that was cold and lite fare.........door dash should not impact live customer treatment.
