   We were very surprised to learn PF Changs does not accept reservations from Open Table. They did honor our reservation about 20 minutes later than our reservation but they said they were working to be removed from Open Table.

   I made my reservation thru OpenTable but when I arrived they told me they didn’t accept reservations this way. I was 15 minutes early and ended up waiting 45 minutes to be seated. Then dinner took 2 hours. They brought our food out at all different times, plus brought my son the wrong thing twice. Quite a mess up all the way around. We tried to be patient. The manager came out to apologize but they didn’t even offer to comp us anything. I don’t think I will ever go back to this location.

   Busy location. Reservations recommended. Good food with great presentation. Some minor service issues that comes with new location. Dining room is very loud. Hard to have a conversation. Patio in the back is much more quiet but limited seating. Overall, a welcome addition to the area. Love.

   Well upon arrival it seems PF Chang's is "not sychronized" with Open Table so even though I had a confirmation of my reservation from Open Table, it was NOT in the PFCs reservation system. Luckily, it was at 4pm when the place opens and we just sat at the bar.
