P.F. Chang's - Natick
Rushed for Bill and Desert 40mins into meal. Felt like I was dining with a timer
Ian is a great server and most polite guy around!!!!!!! Fantastic experience. He deserves a promotion!!!!! Or a raise. Clearly manager material!
Great birthday dinner!
Normally I love PF Chang’s but tonight was a disaster. Our table had no place settings or silverware and we had to ask for it three times. Twice after the appetizers came. We asked for tea and never received it. w asked for more rice and never received it. And a whole host of other issues. Normally it is great, so I am chalking it up to a bad night. But boy was it bad

Food was good but Pad Tai was very spicy- the waiter said it should have a pepper next to it on the menu to indicate that it is indeed spicy but doesn't. Clearly not the first complaint they have had about the heat.
The party sitting next to us behaved as if they were at their house. Feet up on chairs, watching videos on their phones that we could hear perfectly at our table. Wearing caps while eating.
The server brought us dirty glasses. When we told him, he argued that they were wet. Gross! Glasses should not be wet! But that wasn't the problem. The glasses had lipstick on them, which I had to show the server. Why couldn't he just take them back instead of debating if they were dirty or not.
Windows were dirty and smudged with children's fingerprints' (?).
Floor was sticky.
The water served was at room temperature.
This visit to PF Chang’s was disappointing. The waitress was great and gave us very good service. We ordered the Wok Filet Mignon entree and the meat was not filet. It was very tough and grizzly. When the waitress asked how our meal was we told her we were unhappy with the entree. She ordered another filet and this time it was correct and tasted like filet. Why were we are served the wrong meat? I’ve always enjoyed eating at PF Chang’s, but it seems that the food quality and service are declining.
As usual most everything was great. However, the chicken lettuce wraps were dry and I didn’t like the flavor. I won’t order that again
There's always something that doesn't go right here... and lately, it's very very slow... a long time to get chow from the kitchen. Our won ton soup, that has always been a reliable dish, has disappointed on the past couple of visits... once served cold, tonight the won tons were overcooked, the wrapper almost disappearing. No more won ton for me.
The one thing that is always great are the pork dumplings... excellent. Sesame chicken fine enough. The potential is great, but they just don't seem to execute well and are inconsistent.
Food came incredibly fast. Almost too fast. Couldn’t even finish the app before dinner was there. Waitress was very nice but not super attentive and spoke so soft we could barely hear her. Food was amazing. Would definitely return.
I just wish they would slow down. The rush your dinner
Thanks for sharing your feedback with us and we are sorry to hear about your disappointment. We will be sure to share your feedback with our team.
This place is in major need of an overhaul... things are not operating very well. Before adding new menu items, perhaps they should figure out the basics first. They didn't have the wine I ordered... that can happen, but it took a very long time to tell me. Our food took a long time and one dish finally arrived... out chicken wraps were just ok... then the other took another 10 minutes! The 2nd dish, the shrimp with orange sauce, not as good as in the past. They switched the shrimp to very small shrimp... not smart... not as good. Odd as the place wasn't very busy, so why the kitchen so slow?
Anyway, this spot is going in the wrong direction. I want to like it here but just not worth the aggravation... I'm out.
Took 10 minutes for the server to show up at my table. My husband asked for a drink and a glass of water. The drink took another 10-15 minutes. We asked for the water 3 times before she brought it. No apologies or even awareness that she was at least mildly incompetent.
Terrific meal for two. Ginger chicken, Beef Sichuan ans spicy green beans. Enough left over for another meal . Great service. Good value when using their Rewards card promotion. Not busy on a sunday night at 6:00.
Good mall option. Our won ton soup was very good... light broth. Loved our honey chicken and the orange shrimp... served with rice. Great pan fried dumplings here. Good service.
Food was outstanding. Chilean sea bass was incredible.
The food was great, the service was just as GOOD..The Banana spring rolls were amazing..we will be back!!
On a Friday night, pretty quiet in the dining room. Kitchen was able to do a fine job on our Long Noodles w/Shrimp and Orange Chicken... both very good and served very hot. Service from Maria was excellent!
Food in this location is surprisingly delicious. The Mongolian beef, long-life noodles with large shrimp, and the Mandarin salad are my favorites! Server was excellent!
Our lettuce warps filling had a burnt look and taste. The Pork in our Lo Mein was huge chunks hard to cut with butter knife. Waitress gave us the check and then came back to see if it was ready only to then ask us if we wanted to order desert.
Definitely order the lettuce wraps! Everything was delicious!
Server was awesome! Food is consistently delish!
Good food & good atmosphere
Our large bowl of won ton soup was perfect tonight, esp. on a bitter cold evening. Orange peel shrimp, lettuce wraps, fried rice, pork dumplings, dragon rolls, bottle of Chardonnay. Good meal.
The food and the ambiance was spectacular. Will be back again.
I had a fantastic meal at P.F. Chang’s in Natick Mall with my girlfriend. We really enjoy the food at our local P.F. Chang’s in Syracuse and had similar expectations for this location. We were not disappointed as the food was excellent and timely and the service was top notch.
We traditionally went every New Years but the service was so bad (staff hungover) that we switched to NY Eve. Staff wasn't inattentive but the place definitely seems to lack management oversight. Despite having a reservations, the "hostess" put us in a bad table and then when we complained moved us to a table that was worse....then promptly left. Tracked her down to get a reasonable table which she obliges, made a face and walked off. Our waiter then disappeared and another stepped because we were "out of the view" of waiter #1. From there on ...smooth sailing! Food was very good. The small size of wine by the glass may be the smallest I've ever seen....like a vineyard tasting. Good luck, the food was worth the aggravation.
Great food very fresh
Waiter was excellent
Table was perfect
And entire staff was outstanding
We have been to PF Chang’s in multiple locations many times over the past +/-10 years and have enjoyed ourselves. This visit at Natick was disappointing. Food quality was lacking on many levels. We did alert management of the problems and they were very apologetic and took responsibility for the dinner flaws as well as a majority of our bill. They are a quality oriented restaurant and this one experience won’t keep us from going back.
Visited during a shopping trip with my daughters. Waiter was excellent but support staff a little off - tried to serve my soup twice and my daughters meal twice.
The food and service is always good at this location.
As usual, the dining experience here is not without its challenges... mostly service issues and the food served not that hot. The food itself is pretty good. The rest is hit or miss. Comes down to staffing and training. Lots of potential here. Egg rolls and chicken wraps were good. Pork dumplings the best. Orange Peel shrimp and Honey chicken good.
Superb meal and experience as always
Service ok but not great. All meals good with exception that beef and broccoli was weak- beef over cooked.
I requested a booth in my open table reservation and although there were several available, we were sat at a table.
We waited almost 15 minutes for our server to even come to our table and then she seemed displeased that we wanted to put in our entire order. This is unappreciated for adults but completely unexceptable for families with young children.
Relaxed and welcoming. The food was perfect after a long morning of shopping.
Everything we ordered (4 of us) was horrible. The food ranged from bad to disgusting. "housemade" eggrolls that were soggy and falling apart. Egg drop soup that was sweet??? Cold, gloopy, covered in sugary sauces...Just disgusting. Server couldn't care less.
Good food and fast service
We regularly go to P.F. Chang's and we like food there.
Great for 7 of us although we needed to wait as our reservation was for 6. This is a very busy restaurant but service was good.
