    Service was good they didn’t have our reservation that I made on Open Table in their system but were able to seat us. Food was pretty good nothing special

    Greeted and confirmed that we had open table reservation and got seated right away. Most servers were very attentive and friendly. One young lady who brought us the cocktail tossed a straw on the table that was crushed with the wrapper that was barely hanging on. She clearly did not take pride in her work. The food was good and tasty. The prices were reasonable for a Westernized Asian style restaurant.

    tried crab wontons, lettuce wraps, pork wontons, chicken lo mein, california roll and shrimp tempura roll. all were excellent Service was great. great food for a reasonable price.

    I’m a parent just out with my daughters. My 14 year old and 8 year old. I dropped my wireless ear bud right before we were about to pay. It fell underneath the seat. Our waiter got on his knees And located the ear bud. Anyone who uses earbuds knows that they aren’t cheap LOL. Anyway, with out having to ask him. He, saved me from having to look for myself and look crazy. I wish I knew his name for the review but I appreciated what he did. In addition, his service was excellent! He was attentive, approachable & polite. We enjoyed the food and the experience!! Thanks !

    I ate at P.F. Chang's with several friends and we enjoyed a variety of food and drinks. All were very good and the service by Mundy was outstanding.

    New Year’s Eve. Host said my OpenTable reservation wasn’t in the system, but he would seat us anyway. He was friendly & had great energy. Server was super busy but courteous & helpful. Could not hear him well, as the dining room music is way too loud. The music level honestly took away from the entire dining experience. Between that & the masks, was nearly impossible to communicate. Overall, a great experience as always. Please address the music level.

    The broccoli should be cut up so that you can eat with chopsticks & the price is 33% too high. Good quality & service though.

    The restaurant appeared to be understaffed, resulting in poor service. The food was not up to the standards from my visits to other P.F. Chang restaurants.

    We enjoy this restaurant, but this last experience was terrible. Our waiter got 3 things wrong with our order. And I never had a manhattan cocktail with foam on top!

    Where to begin? Service was awful. One shared appetizer arrived 10 minutes before the other and we hadn't finished eating them when they brought all the main corded and piled them on the table . Lettuce wraps arrived cold. Although the manager comes one main course we'll probably not go back any time soon. Too bad because the food that arrived hot was very good but the service was a real turn off.
