P.F. Chang's - Myrtle Beach
I chose P.F. Chang’s for lunch on Mother’s Day with my mother and daughters for a total party of 7. I made my reservation in advance on open table for 1:30. My daughter (an adult) showed up first at 1:15 ish and was told that they had sent me a message saying that our reservation had been changed to 8:30 pm and they couldn’t do anything about it. She went outside and called me. I pulled up the reservation to see if there was any notes or communication, and no there was not. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. She told us to please come back (which I was pulling in by this time), that she was sorry. There was a large table for us immediately ready so I can’t even imagine what the complication could have been, but not a great way to start a celebration.
We chose P. F. Chang's for Mother's Day because it is one of the few Myrtle Beach restaurants where you can make reservations. It is also quite close to our home and the weather was terrible so we did not want to drive far. We were glad we had reservations, because it was so full that the hostess had to turn people away. It was a little more noisy than we had remembered it, but also full of people. Considering how many tables she had to serve, our waitress did an excellent job. My husband had sweet and sour chicken and I had the broccoli and beef. Both dishes were delicious and there was plenty to take home for another meal. Because it was a special day, the restaurant served little mini desserts. I chose the chocolate one and it was the perfect end to a delightful meal.
Great food good ambiance
Started to take on the feeding trough mentality of most Myrtle Beach Restaurants. Poor service, quality of the food is simply embarrassing.
We're sorry to see this. If you would like to discuss your feedback with us in further detail, please reach out to us at 480-888-3100. Thank you!
Everything was fine...except wait staff should be trained to remove used dinnerware spent $90. Per person and left a 25% tip but the experience was a bit more Diner than Dining experience from the actual service perspective. He was very nice but inexperienced and untrained.
Prom night. Very busy and noisy. Felt like staff was frazzled and short staffed. Food was good, as always. Tried mewmongolian beef app- did not taste like Mongolian beef, so probably one time only. Also tried new avocado spring rolls - did not like consistency, but that’s just me. Drinks and service good!
The food was not the up to par for a PF Chang’s. I was extremely disappointed with the Sweet and Sour Chicken. The chicken was cold and I prefer my food not to be mixed with other people’s food at the table, I ordered brown rice and it was put in the same bowl with a couple’s white rice.
We were 1 hour early for our reservation and happily told there would be no problem in seating us. Our meal was excellent as was Charles, our server. Thank you.
They didn’t have our Open Table Reservation because they “never check that.”
The tables were so close together we could have been eating with the guests next to us. The food was mediocre at best. Very disappointed.
Good food, great company. Food a little pricey for what you get but I'll be back
Who doesn't love P.F. Chang's lettuce wraps? Delicious as always! Everyone was pleased with their order and found their lunch portions to be sizable. Service was friendly, efficient and attentive. The atmosphere made conversing easy.
Good food and good service
The food a service were good and efficient, I really have no complaints I was just hoping for something more
Good fresh food for good prices.
Our waitress was the best. The soup and appetizers were great. The food was just ok.
All was good except for hostess with her bad attitude when asking for a certain table.
Great friendly service
Service was not bad, just not what we are used to at PF Chang’s.
Consistent, very flavorful and good service. We also love the ambiance.
Food was very good. Tables are too close together and the open floor design diminishes the ambiance. The availability of more booths would be an improvement.
I usually go to the Syracuse location. This time we were in Myrtle Beach location. We were greeted correctly and shown to our table. The four wine glasses on the table were covered with some sort or linen threads.
When our wine bottle arrived, the server did not removed the bottle neck wrap, he just poke thru and removed the cork.
We asked for 2 main dishes and 2 chicken fried rice with no eggs. When our order arrived, the server place the plates on the table and said 2 fried rice with chicken and no eggs. It was a surprise to me to hear him say this, because both bowls did not have chicken in them and mine had eggs.
We addressed it to the server, who offered to take them back. We declined his offer.
At the end of our meal we got the check for the full price and we did not get the fortune cookies.
Multiple small issues that were not at the level of service and quality we are used to from PF Chang.
We decided neither of us felt like cooking so made a quick reservation on open table. We were seated quickly, ordered right away, and enjoyed the meal. Staff was friendly and efficient. Food was good. Wine was nice. We shared the ginger chicken with broccoli and orange shrimp.
The service and food were excellent. They were extremely busy because it was New Year's eve and did a great job.
The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly and our waitress was great! However, our table was right by the door to the take out area and it was quite chilly since there is nothing between you the constantly opening door. We asked to move to another table but they were booked. If I am ever seated there again, I will wait for another table and not be chilled while I am trying to enjoy my meal.
Our server was excellent, Everyone couldn’t have been nicer, The problem was we had reservations for 645 and we didn’t get seated till 730, We felt that they were busting down tables of four to get people in rather than cleaning a table for five.or giving us a bigger table. The manager was super ,she took the sting out for us waiting by our giving us our appetizers and drinks free. We understand it was a busy night, we will be back. Great Restaurant!!
I love PF Changs...great birthday dinner. Enjoyed Bridgette our server and her recommendations.
Great food, great service. Loved the ambiance.
We always enjoy our meal here, and have a favorite waiter we request(John). He always suggest we try something new, we also have favorites. Never disappointed.
Great will do it again
Great service. It was my husbands birthday and he thoroughly enjoyed his dinner.
They did not have my reservation through open table.
I did get seated and told the girls st the desk to make sure they notify opening table.
I contacted open table the next morning, and was confirmed no show.
My points were giving to me. Thank you for the great response.to my email and applying my points.
We had Meredith. She was excellent. Loved the food and the two hosts named lindsay and gabby
Food was good and reasonably priced, waiter was pleasant and attentive, we’ll visit again.
Good food and service as always! We will be back soon!
Date night with husband
We originally scheduled a reservation with Open Table for 8:15. We arrived on time and the table was not ready, no biggie things happen sometimes and we were flexible. Once we are seated we place our drink and two orders of lettuce wraps. When the wraps arrive the lettuce provided was brown, we had to request more lettuce. When the entrees arrive the waitress Courtney never follows up with us to see if everything is cooked to our liking, never offered to get us anything else, she left and never returned. I personally went through the whole visit with only 1 glass of water. Food was poor, lettuce wraps were enjoyable with a fresh head of lettuce. Highly disappointed, we drove 2 hours to experience the upscale chinese and it failed miserably. This is my second bad experience there, so a review was a must!
Great as usual . Good service no wait time with open table
Service always professional, friendly, quick and accommodating. Staff is very familiar with menu and eager to help and make adjustments to dish to accommodate dietary needs. I would, and have, recommended this restaurant to friend of different generations. Reasonably priced
