Using open table. Made the reservation early Sunday for Sunday afternoon dinner. The restaurant did not have the reservation. They said they update OpenTable reservations nightly. (There systems do not talk to one another). So for same day reservations be advise to call the restaurant. The host found the reservation on open table but that did not do any good - it was not on Chang’s system.

Will never go here. The host people were super nice and sweet, but the moment we got to our seat, it was all downhill from there 1) waited almost 10 mins just to have a waiter greet us and take our order. Instead the 2 host people took our order. 2) after that, we ordered our food. When we got the egg drop soup, it tasted EXACTLY like CAMPBELL’s Chicken Noodle soup. Kid you not LOL. The cream cheese wontons were bland and tasteless. The sauce they say on was good 3) when our waiter finally came by, we asked for a refill of water, WE NEVER GOT IT. 4) Idk what happened to our waiter but we never saw him after he gave us our appetizers. Another waiter brought our food. Never checked up on us. I needed a box for our food and we wanted our check, I had to go to the host stand to ask for our waiter. Overall, this experience was not worth what we paid for.

NEVER EVER again. This, was the worst, experience at a restaurant in a long time. We were 15 minutes early and got seated. The plates that we’re already at the table were greasy and the table also. When we called a waiter, he said oh that’s only water. We said no you can write a name in that grease with your fingers so he replaced the plates with New ones and cleaned the table. But the menu and the skin on the arms Were still sticking on the table. Called the manager and we got a new table. Food came after 40 minutes. Only about 10% of the tables in the whole restaurants were taken so manager said they were understaffed, and she apologized. Our birthday was noted on the reservation but nothing was recognized or done. Taste of the food was good. When we left the restaurant about 8:30 pm only four tables where occupied, and after this experience, we don’t wonder why. One day later, I’m still missing OpenTable points after we called and we were told that we have to go on the PF Chang website to register and give the receipt number. Why can’t they correct their mistakes on their own. We know PF Chang from Ft. Lauderdale as an upscaled restaurant with very good service. We can’t understand why is this restaurant is PF Chang at all They sent a private message two days later, and wanted me to give them all my contact information so they can contact me. They never did. What is this all about just to show that they would care about customers?

We had dinner on a Wednesday evening, there were 6 of us.The drinks were good, the service was fantastic. The chef made special dietary accommodations for us. Everyone enjoyed their meals.

Had a reservation and showed up 10 min early and checked in. We had special accommodations and could be seated at the bar immediately or wait 30-45 min for a table which is what we asked for. Time and time again I come here and they never look at accommodations portion of the reservation. Although not guaranteed most restaurants try to accommodate you as best as possible and are aware of it before you check in. But not here.

Our waitress, Karen, was pleasant, personable and very attentive! The food was good, however, we do miss the appetizer sampler platter. This P.F. Chang’s never disappoints!

Everything was great. They didn’t have my reservations but were able to seat us quickly. The servers were nice and accommodating. The food was pretty good. I do feel it is a tad over priced for what you good. Nonetheless did was a good experience overall.

Food was fine, not fantastic but good. With my dirty martini ordered the brine used had gone bad. The drink was terrible and this brine was all they had. Our waitress was pleasant but pulled into to many directions making service less than what it should have been. Drink orders orders and add on’s were extremely delayed. Hard to eat a meal with nothing to drink, including a glass of water.

The food and service were good. Everything was fine except we sat at booth in the bar. The smell was disgusting. It’s smelled like old, stale beer. The floors in the bar leading to the bathroom were so covered in grease that you had to be very careful not to fall.

I had my birthday at PF Chang’s and the whole experience was nothing, but great. The table was decorated and the sever was kind. The food was amazing. Plus it is well kept up. Well done PF Chang’s.

Took 1:15 to take our entree orders after we were seated. Just a miserable experience all around. Asst manager said they had ran out of all sauces and were making them all fresh for us. My entree came out 10 minutes after everyone else was finished. My sons got there just before that. Took my entree and app off the bill without asking, which I appreciated, but I’d rather had a good meal at full price.

The shrimp with lobster sauce was not good. The small shrimp were over cooked with the edges rolled and not fresh. The sauce was unbalanced with a dominance of black bean sauce. They charged extra for the fried rice and I was not informed of this. Very disappointed as my experience with the south Florida locations has always been superb.

Great experience, the food was awesome. It’s best to make the reservation online, and management will make sure that you’re taken care of. Our food was a little late arriving from the kitchen, but management took a portion off the bill.

I love duck and Peking Duck is the only duck dish on the menu right now. It is presented as a make your own Duck Tacos kind of thing with sliced breast and a leg with thinly sliced vegetables and two sauces, pita halves. At first I thought what a strange way to serve duck, but it turned out to be very tasty. I even had enough for leftovers for the next day. I will be ordering this again. Our server was great, very attentive. However, our meal took a really long time to come out and the fried rice I had ordered did not come out with my meal. We had to wait for the rice order to be made and it came out so late that I just took it home instead of holding up the rest of our birthday party. All 3 of us loved our food, just not the unusually long wait this trip for our food.

They don’t like Open Table. Had a reservation for 6pm. Arrived 5 minutes early. Host desk seemed confused about Open Table reservations. Then proceeded to seat every party in the lobby and several that came in after us without reservations and a larger party that was 30 minutes early for their reservation. Every time I asked if they had our table ready I was told that their system doesn’t update from Open Table and that they were trying not to overwhelm their servers. Doesn’t explain why they would seat a larger party 30 minutes before their reservation while we continue to wait. Learned our lesson- don’t use Open Table at PF Chang’s.

Why do you have menu’s for alcohol but not food. I have to read a small menu on my phone. Come on. Our waiter was very nice and understanding but the food has gone down. I hope things will improve.

Very fresh and tasty food. Very good portions for the $. Loved the fresh, properly cooked vegetables (not mushy, crisp yet tender) I had Sesame Chicken and my wife had Orange Chicken. Our opinion is this is the best Chinese food in the area, Nice atmosphere too. Our waitress was helpful and friendly. All around a very good dining experience that didn't break the bank. Under $52.00 with tax tip and 1 adult beverage.
