   We used to love PF Chang's. Not sure what happened but this one definitely needs an update. Our server was very pleasant and effecient, the chicken lettuce wraps were the best thing on the menu but please make some updates in the selections to make it healthier and tastier and in the decor and overall look of the establishment.

   Too sweet. Not authentic. No moo shu too bad. Shrimp coated too much with flour. Tempura style better

   Unfortunately, when we arrived to the restaurant, the hostess let us know that they were running almost an hour behind and that the kitchen had crashed several times and they were not honoring reservations at that time. We decided to leave and were not able to fulfill our reservation. There were several empty tables, and it appeared that they were trying to catch up on current guests. It was Christmas Eve, so everyone was being very understanding, but online they were still accepting new reservations. I would encourage them to plan better in the future!

   Atmosphere was very good with low noise and clean restaurant. Waiter needs training in table manners (reached across tables awkwardly to set down food). Food looked and tasted like it came out of a box and was heated in a microwave. This was my first visit to a P.F. Chang's and expected a meal looking and tasting like it was made fresh to order. Perhaps my last visit.

   We have been frequenting PF Changs for 17 years, in various locations, and states that we always order the same thing. The Charleston/Mt. Pleasant location by far was the worst inedible food I have ever been serviced. To boot when they gave us fortune cookies... my cookie had no fortune 😕 No one offered any compensation or discount when we mentioned how awful it was.

   They added a few new items to the menu. I ordered the NEW Kung Pao Beef. The beef was very tender and tasted great. Always great service.
