Asian
P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok™ food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum, hand chop and slice all vegetables and meats, handcraft every sauce and wok-cook each recipe, every day in every restaurant using wholesome, fresh ingredients. With roots in Chinese cooking, the culinary landscape at P.F. Chang's now stretches across Asia with diverse, culturally inspired recipes including hand-rolled sushi, Vietnamese-style soups and bowls, traditional Chinese dim sum, wok-fired chicken and beef entrées, and family style noodles and rice. All made from scratch every day.

We had to wait over 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge our presence. When we said we had a reservation we were finally seated. It was a disorganized Sunday. Everyone has bad days and this was one for them.

Meh. As in, if I never went again, it would be fine. No ambience, except as with many restaurants they think very dark somehow is atmosphere. No. Very dark means I have to get my cell phone out (which I like to put away on a date night) to use the flashlight so I can order. It also illuminated some places on the back splash of the table which needed to be cleaned. Food took a while and nobody, ever, needs to use "we are busy" on a Saturday in a restaurant. Be glad and be staffed up. Spring rolls were far too greasy and the plates are a really weird shape which means that chopsticks, or any utensil, placed on them just roll off. The ginger chicken was really oddly served with a ring of too big pieces of broccoli holding in some pretty bland and chewy chicken pieces. The husband's kung pao chicken was spicy and ok. The malbec was acceptable from a very ordinary wine list. $100 for two (including a tip) was not money well spent. I used to love me a P. F Chang. This one, not so much.

Could not get a drink at the bar. One bar tender who was not very accommodating or competent. When at table dining, long wait for a cocktail. I won’t be going back.

We made reservations for Christmas Eve for 6 of our family members. Four of them had never been before but had heard of P.F. Chang's. They were all pleasantly surprised when we got our table and started with appetizers which were quickly devoured! Everyone loved their entrees as well. The service was great and everyone left full and happy. And, hopefully they will start going to P.F. Chang's in their hometowns now after this experience :-)

One of our favorite go-to restaurants since we moved to the area this year. The service is always excellent, and as you may know, the food at PF Chang's is always fresh and delicious! Would definitely recommend!!

Arrived at restaurant, had a reservation, was able to check in early. Waitress was great, very knowledgeable of the menu. Wife has a shellfish allergies, waitress summoned the manager to explain items on the menu. Which was great. Food was hot, but didn't come out as ordered. The items that we asked to be omitted they were in it. When tasted the food it seemed to lack the flavor that we were accustomed to as the other restaurant chains that we've visited. It was our anniversary and was a little let down based on the quality of food.

Hire enough servers and bar tenders so we don't feel like we need to go up to the bar to get our own drinks . This was some of the slowest service I have experienced in Mt. Pleasant since I moved here. Love the food but not interested in staring at an empty glass for 20 minutes because the "bar is slammed." That's a management problem - not my problem!!!

Our waitress was not with it. Took 10 minutes before she acknowledged us. Forgot to bring water after I ordered. Kept apologizing. Food was good, but hope I never get this waitress again

The Surf and Turf was very good. We started with lettuce wraps, which are good but too messy.

Thought a mommy son safe would be a good idea and then my 2 yr old decided to prove me wrong. Our server, Danielle was most accommodating and we actually ended up having a great time. Food was excellent as always, but more than anything I was grateful for the staff being so nice and making us feel welcome even with a grumpy, teething toddler

When I made the reservation - I made them aware it was my husband’s birthday - but they didn’t acknowledge it 🤔
