La comida muy buena, la atención no fue la mejor , duró mucho en entenderme, el refill muy lento además que se llevó el vaso y me dejó sin tomar nada mientras traía el otro. Y algo incómodo es que el aire acondicionado estaba demasiado frío dentro del restaurante

First of all the music was way too loud for the amount of people that were there. The good was very disappointing. I ordered the kung pao shrimp was appalling. It was salty, and was not spicy at all. Also the smallest shrimp I have ever seen. The plate was mostly celery , peanuts and little chilis. Btw I don’t remember ever having celery in my kung pao. The place was empty and the meal took forever, the waiter was nice but clueless. I remember when PF Changs had standards, I guess that is not the case anymore.

Good food, very good service from our waiter and reasonable prices as the portions were more abundant considering all the negative effects of the inflation that we are all experiencing. They offer a good rewards loyalty program.

The wait staff was horrible. Our waiter tried to take our menus as we were ordering appetizers. Then did not come back to take our dinner order till we flagged him down 45 mins later. The place was practically empty and it was 730pm on a Saturday night. That explains everything. PF Changs Dolphin Mall needs a new manager!

We enjoyed being seated right away, 15 minutes earlier than our reservation time. Our waiter was very eager to assist and help. The sequence of delivery to our table of the items we ordered was also adequate. We enjoyed a drink, the appetizer and the main entrees that were all delivered as we had requested them.

Horrible experience left without eating, first of all they removed the dish we wanted to have the duck he waiter stated they stopped making it because it was expensive, then we changed to the wagyu steak. We waited an hour for our food and then they brought just one part of the order stated they steak was still bee in cooked. Well when he brought the steak he stated they were not able to cook it rare after going back and forward with the manager he decided to take it back well 30 mins passed and we never got our food, we paid for our drinks and left. Will never go back to this restaurant with such bad management.

Food was warm and dry. Seemed like it had been under a heat lamp for a while. The waitress was obviously new but did her job. She was quick to pick up the plates, without asking if we were done. Never asked for refills. Definitely not the PF Chang experience i have had before. Definitely will not be back to this one.

It would be great if servers alert customers to avoid using phones or tablets on speakers. We had a table next to us with permanent noise

The worse restaurant that I have experienced. Hostess did not give menu, bathroom dirty, food cold and brought entree with appetizers. Do not spend your money here.

This P.F. Chang’s location truly falls well below par other locations. The food was poor, I always go for the Mongolian beef and it was served overcooked, dry, barely sauce. I almost felt I was eating beef jerky. Shame, because this has always been one of my favourites. The edamame was served hot as it should but had been drenched with salt. Way too much salt thrown on top. I tried shaking most of it off and that made barely edible. I ordered a beer and the glass I got was dirty! Almost like it had only been rinsed and not washed properly. I drank my beer straight from the bottle, did not feel comfortable pouring it in that glass. Too bad really, I’ve always had pleasant experiences at the these restaurants, but this location truly falls short. I hope it’s limited to this location and not spreading throughout the others.

With PF Changs you generally know what to expect.. unfortunately this location is not up to the same standards. The fried pork dumplings were good and came on a hot plate, but both our entrees were underwhelming. One of our noodle dishes barely had noodles, we also paid extra to substitute the tofu for chicken and shrimp however the tofu was still in the dish. The bathrooms were foul. The toilets were backed up and smelly in both the womens and the mens. The atmosphere of the restaurant had nice oriental-style music playing and lanterns hanging from the ceiling that were nice- but overall the tables, booths, and rug seemed old and run down. The photos on opentable are not accurate- there is no wooden nice ambience- it is a red old rug and basic chairs with old booths. Our entrees didnt taste as good as we wouldve expected for PFChangs. We were told upon seating that there were only 2 servers on the floor but we weren't told that the server was also working as the bartender...so that is even more time for the server to be away from our table. This location also gave us a big printed out paper.. with a qr code- the size of the paper couldve served as the menu. Also to pay was another qr code which seemed strange. What if you dont have a smart phone? I would not recommend this location.

Waiter forgot our apps, 1 dessert and told us they didn’t have a liquor that was being displayed on the bar. We ended up getting it because they did have it, but the waiter didn’t know what he was doing. Real nice guy though, just seemed lost

I ordered the spicy chicken with broccoli, it was dry as hell. I had to order the sauce and it didn’t made it better. I was disappointed with this P.F. Chang’s .

Waited over 5 min to be approached by a Host/Hostess, several servers looked directly at us and never acknowledged our party. After being sat, server took about 7 min to come to our table (restaurant was mostly empty). Food was not very good and the experience worse.

When we arrived I told the restaurant receptionist that I had open table reservation, she checked and confirmed, and then she told me about 10 minutes, well we ended waiting half a hour, and she passed three different families before me with not reservation, finally after half a hour I went to check again and basically she forgot about me , she asked me my name again, definitely I’m not coming back to the one at the Dolphin Mall.
