   Went for mother's day. They were well staffed and fully prepared for the day and clientele. Even had nice mother's day cards prepared. Food came out quickly and Tony our server was attentive kind and created a stressfree experience.

   They did not have our reservation through OpenTable. Or so they said. The restaurant just didn’t pay attention to notice it. We went in and told them we had a reservation for 6:00. They asked my name, I told them Art. They said they didn’t have any reservations for 6:00 but then 10 minutes later called my legal name Arthur to get seated. That is how I am set up through OpenTable. That tells me they had the reservation but screwed up. We get seated and ordered drinks and an appetizer. The waitress then came back and took our food order. After 40 minutes our food came out but we still hadn’t received our appetizer that we specifically requested to have before our food came. 10 minutes later they came with the appetizer. We told them to keep the appetizer that it was too late. The put the appetizer on the bill but give a credit for it which allowed the server to have that total added into the suggested tip amount. Bad experience again. This was our 3rd time there and 2 of the experiences were not good

   Ordered large bowl of Won ton soup which was not hot, hardly had any chicken, shrimp, or wontons, and contained contents on top which appeared to be grease. I did ask server what was wrong with it as I’ve ordered this many times and had never seen it look like this or have this consistency . I was told that it was dumplings that settled but I don’t think that was correct. I did not eat it yet - threw it out as I did not trust it and did not want to become ill.

   Valentine’s Day dinner. We had a reservation and were seated within about 15 minutes. That was fine since the lobby was full of people waiting for tables. We found a seat at the bar and had a cocktail. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even tho they were slammed. Overall, a very nice experience.

    It had been over a year since I’ve been to this PF Changs location, and this visit was a big disappointment. The quality of food, the service, and the decor were subpar. It looked like the inside of the restaurant is in need of a make over. The food was not nearly as good as in the past. Was not impressed by anything.

    The restaurant did not have my reservation when we arrived. I’m not sure why but it wasn’t a problem because they had plenty of tables available. The food was great and our server was terrific. Thank you for offering a California Sauvignon Blanc instead of the very citrusy New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc options. I’m not fond of the very oaky Chardonnay is available so I try to opt for a Sauvignon Blanc from California. Thank you!

    We had to wait about 40-45 minutes past our reservation time before we were seated. Lobby was crowded, and in a COVID situation not the most desirable. Was a Saturday night and cold outside. Some people left after waiting an hour. Once seated, food was delivered timely, and the service was great. I forgot our server's name, but she was very friendly and helpful. We didn't like the crab wontons (not as cream cheese-filled as we like) but that was just us. Rest was very good.

    Best Chinese restaurant we have found in the Toledo area. Our server was not terrible busy and really dropped the ball. She took 25 minutes to take our drink order only to tell us, they served the last of the ingredients to Mai Tai to the couple that was seated well after us.

    Everything was good except the host stand. Had a reservation and arrived on time. They said they were clearing a table. Fine. Fifteen minutes later still clearing a table but when I asked no sorry or we will get it right away. Just got some attitude back. On the plus side the servers were wonderful.     I wanted to actually acknowledge our server because she was excellent! Regardless of asking for things like milk and having the restaurant be completely out, she handled things quite professionally and made sure we were taken care of. Which of course, is unlike our last visit, were the server put all her efforts into a larger group and somewhat ignored us to the point we'd have to ask other servers for things like extra silverware.

    Food was good. Had to ask if we had a server about 10 minutes after being sat and no greeting. Ordered 2 drinks from the bar. 1 was delivered fairly quickly, but after 15 minutes the server notified me that the bartender appa hadn't received one of the drink orders. Not the best experience we've had at this location.
