We never got in. Our 7pm reservation still want available and we have up waiting after 40additional minutes of waiting and went to Lascalas and walked right in and sat down to eat. The hostess staff at P.F. Chang’s while politely saying we will text you when ready have no idea how to manage a busy day.

They must have overbooked reservations. We were not seated útil more than an hour beyond our reservation. Then the kitchen was extremely behind. 6:15 reservations food not served until after 8:30 pm

We had a 7 pm reservation and waited more than 40 minutes for our table. We spoke with the manager and all he could say was he couldn't control the way reservations are made (online and phone are not coordinated apparently). Our server was great and the food was pretty good but I doubt we will return.

Made a 6pm reservation. Arrived at 5:55pm. Told there was a 15-20 minute wait for a table for 2. Sounds like the place was overbooked.

Awesome waitress that attended to my son and I. Timely appetizer and main dish was delicious for both of us. The key lime dessert was extremely small for the price of $5.29 however my son did enjoy it. The manager came over to see how our meal was and gave us coupons for a free appetizer next visit. This is my favorite place to visit when my son comes into New Jersey. We will look forward to enjoying a meal in June when he comes back to stay for the Summer.
