P.F. Chang's - Lynnwood
Service was good. Food was just ok . I've had better tasting food at different locations.
Food was tasteless - portions were very small
I did not care for the sweet and sour chicken. I also feel the portions of entrees at PF Changs have shrunk substantially over the last few years, and the prices just keep going up. Also, bring back the Almond & Cashew Chicken. Miss it terribly! Thanks!
This was a special occasion that my husband planned to celebrate going to P.F Chang’s for dinner. I booked reservations on OpenTable as usual and we proceeded to get ready for our date night to celebrate a milestone in my life. Life has been So busy, my husband (a little over a year), so like newlyweds haven’t had a chance to ourselves in over a month. We were very excited to spend our evening alone and together. Our 1st date was at this restaurant, so why not celebrate here! BAD idea! It had been snowing a little off and on for the early evening but nothing to bother traffic or the roads. We even arrived early. As we approach the restaurant, there is a sign up to the side saying that they are closing at 7pm due to the weather. Aka. The snow! We walked in, knowing we had a reservation at 7:15, saw people sitting and eating. We waited. And waited. I finally flagged someone down that works there and asked if they were open or not? That we had reservations. He replied “we have barely had any business in the last 2 hours, so we decided to just close.” He mentioned Nothing about the weather and said “see ya next time”. It obviously meant nothing to this restaurant that they had reservations on their list or even thought to contact them. That would be the kind thing to do, but as far as my husband and I are concerned this restaurant that we sent our 1st date at is no longer one we will be returning too! This restaurant is connected to Alderwood Mall. No one else was closed, the other restaurants around were open as usual so we decided to cross the street at eat at Cheesecake Factory and had a wonderful evening celebrating and enjoying each other and a lovely restaurant!
The only think was cleanliness. It was very busy and this suffered. Otherwise the food and service was above average.
Waitress was slow. Food was room temperature. I won’t go back. I’ve been here several times and the quality deteriorates each time.
It was “Girls Weekend” with my daughter and granddaughter. We had a wonderful time at P.F. Chang and a fun-filled weekend.
The service was excellent. The server checked with us several times to make sure everything was to our liking. The food was excellent.
Food was mediocre. Servers dropped and broke glass TWICE while we were dining. Off night in every way possible. My drink was nothing special, server lacked caring, and food was poor quality while waiting over an hour. I love PF Chang's but tonite the restaurant was all around below average, if that.
The food was fantastic. The seating was decent, but we were seated right next to the kitchen and had people walking past us constantly. Didn’t bother either of us to much. We had a reservation and got seated immediately, so that was very nice since most restaurants don’t seat right away. Even with a reservation. The greatest part about our experience as a whole was our server. She was very bright and never absent. Most servers don’t know the balance between checking in to much and not enough...she was spot on! Never missed a thing we said to her and was on top of filling our glasses almost the second they were empty. Also keep in mind that it was completely packed, so one could assume she had at least 8-10 other tables she was focused on. Please give her the recognition she deserves because she is amazing at what she does! Thank you all so much for the great experience!
Great time with family friends. Kids had fun and ate tons of food.
The spicy chicken noodle soup was great!
Enough for four people to share a cup each.
The white and brown rice has a lot to be desired, very disappointed. No flavor, and the texture is poor quality.
The booth seat is nice but even for a 6 'man the table sits higher than normal. Not sure if that could have been the seats are beaten down and not cushy enough.
Main Stream Asian food with a twist. It always amazes me that folks will eat here, but never go to an authentic asian restaurant? Food is good, it pleases the masses, but one can do better if one tries.
Great place to go! Only complaint I have is it was very noisy.. Would go back again in a heartbeat.
This experience was good, but the restaurant was not like what I remember of Chang's several years ago. The food and service were very good, but the ambiance is like dining in a table-filled ballroom with plenty of accompanying noise.
Our server was amazing! We had a table of 7 and a new guy who’s been there for a month and he did so well! Great job!
The wontons and lettuce wraps were excellent (though the lettuce wraps were late in arriving). The Phad Thai and the Beef dish were both spiced nicely. Delicious!
The mini-desserts are a treat, and sized just right for one person. The cheesecake and chocolate cake are sized to share.
Food was awesome! We liked the new menu!
As always food was tasty. Service as always could have been improved. Long wait time between boxing our meal and getting the tab. Worth the wait but just be prepared for slower service.
