Kyle, our server, was friendly, knowledgeable & made great drink recommendations. We would happily go back. We were there for happy hour and dinner. Must try their Great Wall of China dessert.

Food is always delicious at PFChangs! My favorites are chicken kung pao, Mongolian beef and salt and pepper prawns. Location is on the water, great views! Perfect for lunch, or happy hour or date night if you both love Chinese like I do. My only criticism is PF Changs over the years has raised their menu prices by a significant amount. I remember when the dinner portion for chicken kung pao used to be $15 back in the day. It’s now $23.00 for the same portion size. $8 dollars more??? Mongolian beef is now $26, and my favorite salt and pepper prawns is now $27. Seems overpriced to me- the portion size didn’t get bigger and the flavors stayed the same. I’m sure their response is “inflation has caused us over the years to increase prices, but these price increases are too much in my opinion. Other restaurant companies did not adjust their menu prices this high with the excuse of inflation. I would encourage PF Changs to revisit their strategy on menu pricing. If you want weekly incremental customers with steady traffic flow of repeats, this would do it. It now reminds me of a Benihana once a year birthday celebration event, versus someone who gets my business weekly or even monthly.

Took forever place an order. Orange chicken was all batter and no chicken. We asked for brown rice and got white rice . We love PF Changs but something is not right. What happaned???

Made reservations for 5:30 this evening and were seated at our table. We waited 10 minutes for someone to greet us or even acknowledge that we were there. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing! We walked out and no one even acknowledged that either. Whether short staffed or not, the manager or someone … anyone … needs to at least step up and acknowledge the customers, let them know you’ll be right with them, offer to bring water, etc. Get it together!

Donia our server made this experience AMAZING for my mom and I. She had great customer service and was an absolute delight! We were celebrating my 20th birthday and she made our experience 10 times better! We will definitely be returning!!

Our Lo Mein and Lettuce Wraps were good but the margarita was not just bad but horrible. The bartender must have made it wrong by measuring out the wrong amount of triple sec because that is what this margarita tasted like. I wasn’t brave enough to ask him to make me another one though because I wasn’t sure if it was his mistake or if the recipe itself was bad. Also, when I arrived for my reservation the host seem unhappy because he told me that a bit curtly that OpenTable doesn’t let PF Chang’s know when reservations are made through them and he said he didn’t see it—I assured him I had made the reservation a couple of hours in advance though. Anyway, there was no table available for my reservation so we sat at the bar rather than wait for a table. I will not be back to this P.F. Chang’s.

Quick date to grab a bite to eat and it was worth it! Our waiter Billy was super sweet and made sure we had what was needed very timely. His energy gave what it needed to give he’s AMAZING!!!!

This was the perfect place to meet up with friends after a day of conferences at the convention center. The drinks were great, and the lettuce wraps and miso salmon were delicious! We will be back!

The portions continue to shrink at PF Chang’s, and the prices continue to rise. Our local PFC closed in Pasadena, so we drove out to Long Beach because we missed our favorite dishes. We found a good Pinot Grigio on the menu, so that was a plus (the Zenato). The server was attentive, diligent, and speedy, which we appreciated. However, we were offended by the small portions in relation to the high price per dish. Our biggest complaint was finding a gritty ingredient (egg shells?) in the eggy pad thai, which we had requested be prepared *without* eggs. We sent back the pad thai and the kitchen prepared a new one, but it was the first time in my experience that any restaurant — let alone an overpriced chain restaurant — has made such an amateur mistake. We’ll try a different location next time, but it is clear why PF Chang’s are closing en masse, and why those that remain open consistently have low customer ratings. It’s a shame. It was once our favorite restaurant chain, and now their once excellent food is just a memory. My nagging question is: Why is PF Chang’s being mismanaged out of existence? Why doesn’t anyone at home office care? It’s a mystery.

It was great to have scheduled a reservation. Service was good but at times it felt the server was taking a big too long. Food and drinks were great. Overall the experience was very good and we will definitely go back.

I understand that sometimes situations as and extra person showing up in your reservation and the restaurant was not aware or prepared the extra person is difficult to accommodate. My daughter and her winter formal party arrived to their reservation and a last minute person who was sadly dropped by other friends found her self alone and my daughter kindly said just come with us. My issue is the host at your restaurant was rude and unkind about the situation. As my daughter was texting me about the situation I advice her to be kind a polite. I feel management at this restaurant should also advise their host to be kind and polite when situations like this come up. Simple etiquette.. No need to be rude!

Server went missing a few times. Waited for a while to get ramekins for soy sauce. I asked the food runner, however she never came back. The food tasted bad. All fried items tasted stale. Judging by the color and flavor of the food. It was evident that the oil in the fryer needed to be changed. FOH management and BOH supervisor/chef need to be more on top of quality of food. When server touched the table, we informed him of the bad flavor. Responded with ok, I will let them know.

Today is Christmas Eve so we had lunch at one of our favorite restaurants, PF Chang’s. We had a wonderfully delicious lunch. Began with tempura calamari with aioli, delicious. Then had Chang’s vegetarian lettuce wrap, crunchy & so tasty. The pad Thai shrimp is excellent. Also had kung pao shrimp bowl perfect with the rice. We felt very safe inside due to the high ceilings & openness of the large dining room. Great place for Christmas Eve.

We had the the signature sampler, it was excellent. Then shared the pad Thai shrimp & Kung Pao shrimp & both were delicious. We sat outside, which was very pleasant. The service was super.

When we got there they said they don’t take accept reservations through Open Table (even though it’s advertised on Open Table and I had my confirmation). It would have been a 45 minute wait even though we had made a reservation. The restaurant didn’t offer any assistance or other options.
