I was very disappointed to have to sit at a high top with other patrons jammed up against us. We made this reservation in advance. I would think we would have received priority over walk-ins. I will request next time to never be seated in the section they put us in. We could barely squeeze into our seats. Call this romantic?? Ha! The food as always was great. Our waitress was great even though she had to serve us from behind my husband because there wasn’t room for her to wait on us in a normal way! Everyone around us was also disappointed and complained as they were seated. Crazy— Valentine’s experience!

It was Valentine’s day. Our server was not very talkative and a tad slow. But the food was great and we enjoyed ourselves.

I left entire meal on plate due to spice level (after ordering same meal dozens of time in past) and waiter did not even ask - just took it away and presented bill. Actually, 2 out of 4 meals inedible - other was overcooked - must have sat under lamps, I expect. Bathrooms must not be described. Mondays?

We always have a great time every plate is great, great selection in wine..

Unfortunately the furnace had broken due to weather not their fault but it was definitely cold

In the past food generally tasted better. This time dinner was OK, nothing special. Dessert tasted like picked up smells from the refrigerator. Like it was old.Please don’t become complacent.

In the past I’ve struggled to get seated here, so booked a reservation. The restaurant was not full, and we got seated immediately.
Our waiter had amazing hair; we called him Wolverine the whole time, and he was great. Steered us toward the wonton soup, which had a tasty, substantial broth and good wontons, too. I had the lettuce wraps with chicken appetizer as my meal and they were delicious as I remembered. Fresh, crisp lettuce, the teriyaki chicken and vegetables were piping hot and served with a yummy sauce that helped prevent them from being dry at all.
Lastly I’d like to thank Wolverine, because he found my gloves in the booth after I left and ran outside (it was 7 degrees F outside that day) to bring them to me in my car!
A fortune cookie and a little human kindness were my takeaways from a lovely lunch. ❤️

Great service and food

Everything was very good. Service was good food was delicious.

Dinner with family before stage play Drury Lane

Food and service were very good. The deep fried green beans were really good. I was surprised.
Fried rice and orange chicken were also very good.

The table service was great. The bartender stood behind the bar with her phone the whole time. The floor was a mess. The limes and mint in the mojitos had brown spots. The food was inconsistent from the last time we were there. Used to come here all the time...now it's just "meh".

Good food and good service. Would like to see more dishes with vegetables included. The menus were not clean as they have been in the past.

PFChangs is one of our favorite or go to places for a good dinner out. As always the food was great.

New Year’s Eve. Very noisy. Music added to the noise level. Would not recommend for older patrons. Wait staff very courteous.

Two items I tried to order were sold at 6:30pm.

We had the lettuce wrap chicken. It had a funny burned taste that ruined my appetite for my main entree. I just ate my entree for lunch today and it was good. We asked our waiter repeatedly for the brown rice for my husbands entree. We never did get it. Overall a disappointing meal for New Years Eve.
On a good note, my daughter has food allergies. They were very accommodating.

Our server Jessica was fantastic, friendly & had a warm beautiful smile from the first time she came to our table!

We did enjoy the food, but felt the prices too high for what was served.

Mark was the best. Very friendly, helpful and made great suggestions. We will be back and ask for him.

Service was pretty good. But prices for drinks are kind of high for being what they are. Food is just ok as well. Kind of blah tasting. Nothing was really hot either.

Great dinning dining experience

Food was delicious! Chilean Sea Bass, honey baked shrimp, etc.
Kia was our server and went above and beyond when she chased us out of the restaurant to
return a forgotten credit card. We will return!

The low part of my visit was the server. He was not very friendly and failed to include the brown rice in my take home package.

Wonton Soup and Dim Sung were AMAZING! Egg rolls ok. Service was not as good as previous visits. Server seemed quite distracted and not very attentive with drinks, etc.

We tried the hoikken noodles and were not overly pleased with them. The curry was a little strong. The other entrée was the sweet and sour chicken which my husband loved. We also shared the chicken lettuce wraps which is always a hit.
