Great server and Awesome Food

Overall food and service was good. They need better lighting at the tables. Also miss the mini desserts they used to offer in the past.

New menu still good food

I ordered the 5-spiced Buddha Feast and steamed dumplings. The dumplings were not dim sum as advertised on the menu, but just potstickers. They were good, but not what I wanted or expected. The Buddha Feast was just so bland. They served it surface-of-the-sun hot so I am assuming so you wouldn't notice the lack of flavor or taste. The sauce it was in had almost no flavor at all, just a light liquid salt flavor. The tofu was not seasoned at all and was obviously just tossed in the dish at the last moment. Really disappointing. Maybe if the table had a set of spices that I could add to make it have some flavor, then that might have been fine. But with soy sauce as my only option, it was not promising. It was 15 years since the last time I was here. It will be at least another 15 years if not longer when I go back, if at all. Honestly, very disappointed at the meal. I expected better, but should not have. This is a chain restaurant after all. I should have had my expectations at that low level to begin with.

We were a few minutes early for our 5:15 reservation and when we were directed to a hi top table which I literally had trouble even pulling out a chair due to close proximity of the neighboring tables. I requested another table and was told I had to wait 2 hours for the next opening. Commonsense says the next reservation would probably take that table and I would be in line for another table...but my punishment was... we had to wait two hours because I did not like the first selection. The bartender was nice but overwhelmed. Never said thank you for our 20% tip. Needless to say we won't be back due to the unprofessional service.

I think our server hates his job, or us. Not sure which one it was but I think we deserved better. We were overcharged on our bill, never received refills and had to ask multiple times for things. I felt the food was good but I do question the “upgraded” fried rice that was nothing but brown rice. If you’re going to charge extra, make it worth it. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s just not what it used to be. Not sure if I’ll be back.

Gluten free options were excellent particularly the g/f combo fried rice and Chang's Spicy Chicken. Our guests enjoyed the lettuce wraps, egg rolls, and Mongolian beef as well.

Food was cool when it came out. Server was slow and spent lots of time at a neighboring table but our food was soooo slow. Bathroom was downright dirty and the handicap stall was locked. Restaurant in need of freshening up. Such a disappointment.

Hated that PF Changs took 26 items off their menu. Some of my favorites were removed. Will limit my going there in the future.

Hostess, server and food were all wonderful, rez was on time, they accommodated at a table vs a booth, server was attentive !

Great as always

It was overall good experience. The waiter was attentive for the most part. The food was good especially the Kung pao Brussel sprouts! My son usually doesn’t like brussel sprouts was eating it to the point that if he could he’d lick the plate. The portion size was on the small side compared to the price. Some of the dishes we ordered didn’t have the symbol saying it would be spicy but was spicy. Would try coming back to see how lunch is.

Always enjoy their food. The Red Lantern cocktail which was a special for Chinese New Year and was
delicious. They should add that permanently to their cocktail list!

We were there to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary which I had noted in my Open Table reservation. I was a bit disappointed and surprised that our Waiter never mentioned our Anniversary Celebration nor were we offered any dessert or anything extra in honor of our Wedding Anniversary as most other notable restaurants do.

Of Chang s was an awesome places with great food and fun for the family. So glad that they have the right food service and atmosphere to get the family together for an enjoyable meal

We had a 10 minutes wait for our table. Probably normal for a Saturday night. Once greeted by our server, service was orderly and attentive. Wine list was ample but had reasonable choices. Food was vey good.

New Years eve

Our waitress was wonderful but the hostess was very rude.

Food was good, service was not. From rude hostess to a server who disappeared for our entire meal, overall awful performance. Will not be back anytime soon.

Sat 25 min after our reservation. Waited 50 min for our food. Rice was overcooked and mushy

Great—best lettuce wraps ever!!!!

The restaurant provided a wide selection of food which was delicious. The service was outstanding.

One of our favorite things about PF Chang’s are the Lettuce Wraps; we always order them, and we always are amazed at how perfect the lettuce “bowls” are....we were very disappointed this time, the lettuce was romaine, not iceberg, with large flat pieces that couldn’t hold the filling.
The rest of our meal was good, and our server seemed new, maybe, but was friendly.

The food and drink are always exceptional. Their new appetizer, crispy avocado rolls, were wonderful !

Every year we pick a restaurant to go out to at Christmas time no phones , no work talk just family. The setting was great server was prompt. That’s about where it ends for good things the food was not good egg rolls were Luke warm and the dynamite shrimp was not very good at all squishy not crunchy. The Kung pow chicken was very greasy and heavy on the stomach. The Mongolian beef was good. This was truly a disappointment and not cheap at all. The main thing that was disappointing was my wife and I just ate at the P.F. Chang’s in Orland Park 2 weeks ago and it was absolutely delicious and decided to bring our kids to the Lombard location after Christmas shopping needless to say they were not very happy with it either

Jordan at the bar was very friendly and attentive. Had a great dinner with my wife.

Server was horrible. Long wait, distant, no follow up. Manager was a good listener but. Food was excellent.

It’s as expected to be honest. Service was pretty slow for a weekday, but food is as expected from a PF Chang’s. I tried their new white wine sangria cocktail and it was surprisingly good! The red was horrible tho. Otherwise, as you would expect.
