Changs needs to make some changes to their menu.Unless you order a vegetarian meal,you can’t find a protein that comes with vegetables.Most dishes are breaded and fried.Time to make some healthier choices before I will return.

We originally got seated in the restaurant area. We sat there for Approx. 10-15 minutes with no server contact. Finally we got up and went to the bar area where Dana waited on us right away. She was fabulous! This is the 2nd time that we have gotten seated in the restaurant area and have had a bad experience. My suggestion would be to sit at the bar where there is actually service and your not ignored. Also, bathroom was a mess.

being that this was mother's Day I would think the preparation could have been a little bit better for handling the volume of service that they would need to provide the experience was okay but not what I would expect out of PF Chang's.

We had quest here from out of town. They enjoyed it very much. Our meals were all very good. We decide the cost of the added fried rice was not worth it.

We fine at P.F. Chang’s regularity, just not at this location. We felt like the food was not as good. I did ask for some customization to my meal, I just wanted some steamed shrimp or fish with vegetables.. it seemed like the server could not grasp how to ask the chef for that, he told me he had to ring it in as something.. which he did and I received that dish slightly altered. The rest of our food was decent.. not what we have come to expect.

The dumplings were under cooked and we could barely eat them. Brown rice was hard as a rock. And far as value we had an appetizer and two entrees no alcohol and it was over $80.

We made reservations at PF Changs for 6:15pm and they were able to seat us 5 minutes early. We had a show that started at 8pm and we assumed and hour and 15 minutes would have been plenty of time. The wait staff was very friendly but after ordering we waited 45 minutes before asking that they check on our food. After following up, we were told that it was still going to be some time. At this point we had ordered nearly an hour ago and had to cancel our order. This isn’t our typical experience at PF Changs but it was disappointing and we ended up having to get fast food for our daughter before the show. They did provide us gift cards for the wait. Great customer service but beware of longer than normal wait times when making a reservation.

I ordered the mandarins chicken salad and discovered that there were no oranges in the salad. I asked out waiter and she said that the Resy was out of mandarin oranges. I was told this after I received the order. The waiter offered strawberries instead which worked but definitely not the same without the oranges. My husbands Pad Thai was missing the tofu. Wait staff and ambiance was great though.

The restaurant should have been closed without carpet. The server did not want to change our appetizer plates and forks for the main course. She suggested that we could use chop sticks if we did not keep our forks. Also, was server a beer bottle without a glass.

Made a reservation the young man that was the greeter told me they were people ahead of me even though I made the reservation and that their location was trying to get away from using open table! Server was great food was great!

Well first your app doesn’t work with other restaurants. We made reservations for 7pm then they called and said that wasn’t available. So we have to go at 6pm. Food had no flavor and over priced.

The hostess acted like it was an inconvenience that we made our reservation through Open Table. Almost like they don’t use it or it doesn’t integrate into their own reservation system. Had to wait 20-30 minutes for a table even with the reservation.

Well, even though the restaurant didn’t have our Open Table reservation, they got us seated within 15 minutes. The food was good, but our server was better!! It made up for the noise level which was out of control, especially for a Sunday night. But, the place was packed.

What a great place to eat! Service was attentive but not too frequent, the food was fresh, tasty and served hot, and even with a full dining room the noise wasn't too loud to have a conversation without yelling. All around, an enjoyable business dinner. Will definitely eat here again when I come back to Lansing!
