P.F. Chang's - Lakewood
Great server! Made the visit fantastic!
Thanks for sharing your feedback with us! We hope to see you soon!
We told the waiter that we had an allergy to eggs at our table. The manager brought over an allergy menu that was confusing and gave it to me with no explanation. So I asked the waiter about it. I then ordered what the waiter said was okay to order based on the egg allergy. The manager then came over and said that everything we ordered was not on the allergy menu. I was very frustrated by this. I explained that the waiter told us it was ok, his response was that the waiters are not trained about the allergy menu. He said that ALL of the proteins on the menu contain egg. So my son who is allergic to eggs has to order a plate of steamed vegetables and rice.

P.F. Chang's has become our new go to restaurant. Ordered chicken curry - delicious but it was a bit "spicy". Learned our lesson and the next time we order it we will ask to have the peppers eliminated. I ordered Mongolian Beef - tender and very tasty. We asked for Jean as our waitperson - she's great and took fantastic care of us. Will be dining at P.F. Chang's again Friday.....with Jean, of course.
Have never been disappointed at this restaurant but tonight was disappointing. Meal was luke warm & appetizers came out late...after main course was served.
May have been due to Fathers Day crowd.
It was a lovely evening except for the people next to us who toothpicked their teeth for over 20 minutes and then the woman took a back scratcher out of her purse and used it in her back. The light above us was out so it was a bit dark. The good was very good and the service was excellent.
Always good food and good service. A great restaurant any night of the week.
We went here as an anniversary date. The waitress we had took 30 minutes for us to order and was never around for refills. The service was horrible but the food and overall feel was nice.
Typically good food and though there were few diners on Sunday night, the bar service and food service was atypically poor.
A great location and the bar staff are all excellent! My wife and I go here almost every week before going to the Belmar movie theater.
We got in at our exact reservation time! So helpful. Service was great, food was great.
Caitlin was a good waitress good food and drinks fast service
The appetizers were delicious and easy to share. Everyone in our party enjoyed their entrées; especially delicious were the crispy-skinned salmon and the curry vegetables. Our server was attentive and good-natured.
This has been our favorite PF Chang's for years, but we'd forgotten about it until we saw it was available to get preferred seating on Open Table. The food is good, service was exceptional and the ambience is always nice there. It was Superbowl Sunday and we were there for a late lunch so it was very quiet. I recommend this location and PF Chang's in general. Tasty, healthy food in a nice setting.
Stopped here for dinner after a movie at Century Theatres in BelMar and were hoping for the same experience that we’re used to at other P.F. Chang’s restaurants we’ve visited. This evening we were happy to have made an OpenTable reservation in advance, but the OpenTable app had incorrect navigation directions, guiding us to the West Metro municipal building about 1/4 mile away from the actual restaurant. Pretty frustrating when you’re trying to respect your dinner reservation and arrive on time. We left the theater, got in our car and followed the driving directions only to discover later (after a phone call to the restaurant for verbal directions) that we could have simply walked two blocks to the restaurant after our movie. This needs to be addressed either by the restaurant or by OpenTable and fixed.
Once we arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes late, we were seated quickly, despite the full waiting area. Our server was friendly, but harried, spending no more than the minimum time needed to get our order. My beer was delivered in its bottle, and the server never asked if I wanted a chilled glass or preferred to drink it from the bottle. My husband had to wave down our server and ask her to deliver a glass. An order of vegetable spring rolls ordered as an appetizer arrived at the same time as our entrees, which was disappointing. And while the entrees were served hot, the spring rolls were barely warm, leading us to guess that they’d been ready and left to sit at the kitchen counter and just delivered with the full entrees. We thought about sending them back, but that would have required flagging down our server again whenever she chanced to look our way.
Overall, this is a busy restaurant on a hectic Friday night 7pm seating. But we have had excellent, attentive service many times at the Park Meadows location, so we were definitely disappointed in the rushed service. Pet peeve: our server peppered every comment with “cool” and “awesome.” Not very professional.
Not impressed wjth service at all.
Took us 10 min to be acknowledged by anyone upon seating. Then another 20 to get drinks.
I had not been to PF Chang's for years and we decided to give it try. I have to say, I remember the overall quality of the food being better and more "upscale."
I love crispy green beans and the last time I had them was in an Asian cuisine restaurant and they were flavorful and crispy and spicy. The crispy fried green beans at PF Chang's are green beans covered in a thick batter and taste like fried batter. In fact, the green beans and sweet and sour chicken are so batter-heavy that you taste little else.
We also has Spicy Chicken, Kung Pao chicken and Pepper Steak. Neither the Spicy Chicken or Kung Pao chicken were spicy (And I don't mean HOT spicy, but flavorful spicy. They were neither.) The Pepper Steak was by far the most flavorful.
I don't mean to be hard on PF Chang's, but when a restaurant advertises: "farm to wok" and charges $14-$24 for most entrees (includes just white or brown rice) you really do expect an elevated version of Panda Express.....and frankly we didn't get it.
Five of us ate for $150 (no alcohol.) We could have had the same meal from a "fast casual" chain for a third of the price and the same flavor/quality.
I tried the eggplant and it was delicious, the atmosphere is very nice and the staff warm and friendly.
Thankful this great place was open on CHRISTMAS EVE! Dawn the GM and crew were amazing! This is a family tradition for the last 4years and it will continue because of the friendly people and great food.
We were early for our reservation and they seated us right next to the kitchen. We were in a booth, but it was very noisy. My husband was on crutches so it was a very long walk for him. Our waitress was okay, but not very friendly. We are vegan so there are not a lot of options for us. The entree we chose was a new Thai butternut squash dish, it was so so.
The beef a'la sichuan was very spicy and delicious! Better than Orange Chicken for sure. Lettuce wraps are always a go-to appetizer. Holiday sangria was also a nice surprise.
Excellent, our server was attentive but sh was very busy. We didn't see her as often as we'd like.
We’ve had better experiences in the past. This time our waitress lost track of the appetizers that led to the second appetizer arriving well after the first was finished and shortly before the entrees arrived. The waitress did not acknowledge the error or the rush it produced to finish the second appetizer so as not to let the entrees cool down.
Emily was so awesome! I took my bestriend on a date night and we asked Emily random questions and she was awesome! If you want good vibes and rad hospitality ask for Emily she’s cool.
Fun menu was perfect for sharing. Happy hour pricing very reasonable. Attentive service.
Food was good service was good pric very high for dinner and short staffed 1 bus boy to entire restaurant
Really good quality food, great service. Especially liked the Pepper beef!
Tasty! Super busy because of buy-one-get-one deal going on, but we were seated right away. Outstanding food.
Server was excellent but the food was not good. I've been there for lunch and it was excellent. Maybe the second team was working on Thursday night,
I love you
Service was great and the food was good quality. Had the spicy tuna roll and the tuna was fresh. Decent wine choices that pair well with the food options.
