   Did some Christmas shopping and took family out for dinner. 13 people in total and the weather was extremely cold outside plus restaurant informed us that their heat had gone out. Regardless we arrived on time, seated and waiter started to take our orders. Food was great, service was outstanding and temperature inside restaurant was nice and wintery lol. Didn’t bother us because a lady manager kept checking up on us and the waiter was making sure everything tasted good. Enjoyed our meal and company….everyone stayed positive so no worries or complaints from our large party. Thank you!

   The hot and sour soup recipe was different. It was bland. When I ordered my entree minus green peppers the waiter’s comment was can you really taste the difference. Yes, I told him they give me heart burn. The second entree we asked for no onions and the food was served with them. A separate waiter then brought an new serving minus onions. We never saw our 1st waiter again.

   We went here for my nephews birthday. We used the app to make a reservation for 8. When we arrived at the allotted time, they did not look up a reservation, they just verified we had 8 and pushed some tables together when we arrived giving me the opinion the app was not needed. Then, the chairs we sat in had a bar in the seating portion that may at one time had padding but now protruded into the backsides of the attendees. The restaurant was not overly busy but it took a while for our food to arrive and it appeared others who arrived after us were eating first. When the food finally arrived, (at different times like it was delivered as soon as it was done) it was not “hot”. It seemed warm, but not fresh and hot like I have had at other Chang’s locations. All in all, nothing was “bad”, but it was a much lesser experience than I was expecting and have had at other locations.

    Was good good the server was good but they didn’t have my reservation that I made through open table which was strange but it always seem like the people they have at their host stand have no idea what they are doing so I guess that is what you have to expect.

    Dinner at PF Chang’s in Palmera disappointed. The service was good but the food was rather bland compared to other PF Chang’s we have been to. The Beef Sichuan was anything but Sichuan, it lacked any chilli heat. And the orange peel shrimp, long a favourite, were similarly lacking in any heat.
