   When I checked in for my 7:15 reservation at 7:00 I was placed on the waitlist. Not sure why. At 7:35 I asked where I was on the list and was told there were 3 parties ahead of me. After watching 4 parties seated inquired again and was told at that time I was placed on the waitlist and they could not explain why. They miraculously had a table for me at that point. Once seated and order was placed it took a while for my nephews meal to come out and then 10-15 minutes later the manager came over and apologized that the rest of the meals were taking a long time, said they have given out food to another table and they were going to start working on our food. They did take a meal on the ticket and gave us a dessert but overall this was not a good experience.

   Asked for gluten-free options was told my food was gluten-free but when I got home, I was extremely sick because it was not gluten-free This is very unprofessional, considering I have celiac disease I figured a high end restaurant like this would have figured this out by now, but I would say they don’t have any gluten allergies. Do not go to this restaurant.

   This restaurant facility is nice and the service there was excellent. However, the food at PF Chang's has definitely dropped in quality.

   We went there to celebrate my son graduating from college. The food was different from when I ordered another locations in the past. Other than that it was good.

   Over all everything very poor. Probably 20 people in the place and it took about 2 hours for service. Hate to see this restaurant going down like this. Overall all going downhill.

   The restaurant is dirty. A chain like this you have certain expectations and well this is the Corpus Christi version of what has normally been a consistent experience. Sticky. Everything is sticky. The floor, the tables. Everything is sticky. The bathroom was disgusting. Sticky floor that made a noise when you walk. Dirty toilet and the sink area was a mess. The service. 4 drinks. No bar drinks. Took 15 minutes to get drinks. That was after we sat for 10 minutes before someone said anything to us. (830 on NYE. The restaurant was dead) food took forever and was cold. So whatever they were doing it consisted of letting food sit out.

   I would suggest you call the restaurant directly to make a reservation. Apparently, there is an ongoing problem with this location and round table reservations not going through. Fortunately, we were able to be seated, but the five of us had to share a booth. The staff was helpful and our waitress was fantastic! Thank you, Sarah!

   Other patrons with even larger parties received their order prior to our party of 5 (4 adults and one child). We didn’t order anything out of the ordinary. Also, it seemed to take them 10 minutes to set up our table, despite having a reservation, we were on time. Lastly, do NOT order the shrimp with lobster sauce!!! Wife said it was ‘too salty’, I then tasted it and could taste baking soda (amateur cook trick to make the shrimp more plump and open up more), YUCK!!! We asked that they that dish back and remake, but later changed our mind as they would likely use baking soda again. We asked for the miso salmon, which came out great - but of course our guests watched us eat as that meal came out later (apparently they didn’t put a priority order in). They only took the shrimp with lobster sauce off of the bill, but of course charged us for the salmon. No other compensation or apology of any order was issued. I will never go to a PF Changs for the rest of my life!

   One of the wort PF Chang locations I’ve been to. My OT reservation couldn’t even be confirmed when I arrived!
