   The last 3 times I’ve dined there the servers are either new but not trained much or clueless about how to serve customers. Example/bottle wine ordered but just left on table didn’t even pour. Had to ask. Silverware had to ask for, sauces not delivered timely, food not as good as prior years visits. Shrimp under cooked and not tasty. Rice cold.

   We had a great night. We sat on the patio which was beautiful. Raymond was an awesome server. He was very attentive, concerned about my husbands allergies and took great care of us! The food was hot, fresh and cooked to perfection. Thank you Aaron for making our experience great!

   The ambiance was very nice and clean. Outdoor seating was clean and the patio was heated as is was a little chilly at first.

   We love P.F. Chang's and it's been awhile since we've been. The food was excellent, which is the most important thing about our visit. That said, the environment at the Kierland location has definitely declined. When we arrived Saturday evening around 7:00pm and the place looked a bit disheveled with and numerous tables that had not been cleared...and no one getting after it to clean things up. It just felt the place has gone down and that's disappointing as we love the restaurant. Again, the most important thing was great and that was the food...but next time, I'll probably just do take as the environment is not what I expected in north Scottsdale on Saturday evening.

    I had to ask 2 different people for water 3 times before water was delivered to the table. Several of my favorite dishes were no longer available. Used to be one of my favorite restaurants but not anymore.
