P.F. Chang's - Jacksonville

Everything was great EXCEPT for the fact there was zero social distancing. One of the people in our party backed up to a person at the next table with not more yhan 8-12 inches between them. The person at the other table in question could have been asked to move to other side of her table to space things out but was not. The overall occupancy was what it would have been pre-COVID-19. Major concern!
Food great. Drinks awesome. Service excellent.

Made a reservation for a table but where she sat us was very noisy, so we moved to the bar area. Both bartenders we had were great, the manager also came out to speak with us, super great service.

Slow service and food was just ok. Not our normal experience at PF Changs

Enjoyed sitting outside having lunch. Both our meals were delicious. Mongolian beef was very flavorful and tender. Spicy ramen with chicken had the perfect kick of heat. We’ll be back.

The place was packed without any thought to the pandemic or SoCal distancing.

We didn’t stay. Disgusting behavior by the restaurant considering the 330,000 American people who have died and many thousands that have fallen ill.

No plexi glass barriers, tables placed close together, way too many people.

Food took a while but it was delicious!!! Service was good considering the place was packed !

The pepper steak was well season and the portion was filling. The banana spring rolls, strawberries and blueberries was fresh. Looking forward to a return visit at P. F. Chang's soon.

Delicious food and great service. I do miss some of the dishes from the previous menu but they have added some new and interesting dishes to try

My wife and I wanted to go on a date after not since before the pandemic was official, so we wanted PF Chang’s. We were sat right away, but in a short time the restaurant was full, not socially distant full, I mean it was as if the pandemic wasn’t in effect. We grew increasingly uncomfortable and my wife had to wait an hour to get her food (the wrong food was delivered at first). They provided a free glass of wine which was ok, but really the whole asynchronous experience of the food arrival and her just drinking while waiting for food did not make for a pleasurable date night. Also, the lights seemed like they were turned all the way up with the brightness. We’ve been there before and it seemed they would typically dim the lights for dinner service, but that was not the case the night we went.

Server was Johnny on the spot with refills which is pretty much all I expect. Well done sir.

The food was not as good as it used to be. The menu has changed and has turned into an asian fusion instead of a chinese restaurant. The service was good, it compensated for the food.

The food was great and our waitress (Taylor) was amazing. I think a better job could have been done withsocial distancing as we made the deciding to leave when a group was seated at the table next to us. We also ordered a California roll and a shrimp tempura roll. We didn't care for the crab wonton or the spicy tuna roll, but everything else was delicious.

Food and service was excellent. Music though was very loud making even casual conversation difficult.

Have not been in that area in a while. They were my choice. Food is consistently good

I had a very enjoyable lunch with my family. The food was tasty and came out in a timely manner. Our server was very kind, attentive and answered our questions politely.
The prices are reasonable as well. It was a great experience!

I don’t know what is going on at this restaurant but the food has gotten bland. I noticed this at my last visit but just wrote it off as an off night for the kitchen.

We were a little disappointed this trip to P.F. Chang’s. The portions were about a fourth of the size that they used to be maybe a half. It was clean and the ambience was OK and the waitress was excellent. But probably wouldn’t go back because of the menu and portion change with the pricing.

service was excellent, waiter took my order quick, food came out even quicker. great experience - only downside, no fortune cookies at checkout - he was too fast in getting me out :-)

Waited 45 min for an 8pm reservation! Salty hot and sour ok ginger chicken, good kung pao shrimp, flavorless lava cake. I know why it's been a long time since I last visited.

Save yourself. Go somewhere else. Won’t return.

Showed up and was told I did not have a reservation, even after showing my Open Table. Was treated like crap when explaining I really reserved a table. Waited 50 minutes for a table. No menu offered. A QR code was offered and my phone was 0% and dead by this point. I was an inconvenience to the hostess for asking for a real menu. The service sucked. The staff was stretched thin. The restaurant was very very crowded and very very loud. Only thing good was the food - we were starving.

The poor people next to us ordered before us and did not yet have food once we paid for our tab.

Changed recipe for Orange beef, need to go back to the original!!!!!!!!!

Food was good and so was service. Strange, hostess told us that our reservation had closed out because we scheduled for 5pm. Our reservation was definitely for 6pm

Clean, masks on all employees, distancing between tables, food excellent.

We have eaten at P F Changs several times now and we have not been sorry on any of our visits.

Love the calimari dish! All the food was great! Service was exceptional - never disapointed with a visit to this PF Changs.

Made reservations on open table. Restaurant didn’t have it. Otherwise good dining experience for Americanized Chinese food

Father’s day

This was the worst experience, especially for Father's Day. This location will never see us again. We were seated after walk-ins even though I arrived 15 minutes before my reservation, they would not accommodate my request for no avocado on a roll that I get with no avocado in my home location every month, I was left without a refill almost 10 minutes, and they tried to force me to eat something that I don't eat because they didn't have the other items ready because by 1pm they ran out. The food was great, the service and experience...not at all.

Father’s Day lunch

I used Open table to make a reservation. The reservation was not honored. Told that it would be an hour wait.

It was cool, the food was good, dessert was all right a little overcooked in my opinion, we got the bao donuts. Overall I would come back, but honestly for the prices and stuff I think we could’ve probably went somewhere better. But not a bad experience at all.
